No hot water
I've been going to McDonald's since the 1960's. Today I was on the road stopped in tupelo Mississippi for breakfast. I always buy a large coffee and a large hot tea. Some of McDonald's don't have tea bags so I carry my own but they graciously will give me a large cup of hot water which in some instances I even pay for hot water which I don't mind. McDonald's #33459 refused saying it was not company policy. I asked for a manager. She came out after the clerk with the attitude ran back to tell her what I wanted. Well the manager came back mouthing off that it's the policy no hot water and that's it. Not changing policy. Very big attitude, then was talking to all the associate about me. I told her I was report ing her she said go ahead. Number on receipt. Nice customer service and southern hospitality.
Don't stop in tupelo and expect southern hospitality all you'll get is attitude

Receiving rotten food with fungus on buns and green fries twice
I ordered two meals from the McDonalds Sri Lanka, Mount La Vinia branch yesterday the 14th of April, 2020 and was horrified to find fungus at the bottom of my bun and green fries! I called and asked them to send me a fresh batch, to check their expiry dates and make sure this doesn't happen again and they had the audacity to send me more rotten burgers trying to deceive me by picking out the fungus off the buns leaving holes and remnants of fungus. They didn't even care for my complaint! When I called them back, and requested to speak to the branch manager, an HR manager called me back, told me they do not know what I am talking about because they check their food and this has never happened before. When in fact, the only reason I flipped over my burger and check is because my friend advised me to do so the minute she saw a snap I sent her of me getting ready to eat! They offered me a free meal as a sorry but I was so horrified after this incident even after being a loyal customer who spends 50% of her salary on McDonalds! It's clear that the franchise owners
1. DO NOT CARE about customers HEALTH as they sell rotten food
2. DECEIVE their customers by sending the same rotten food when requesting kindly to check expiry dates
3. DO NOT follow proper storage procedures and standards
4. DO NOT follow quality control procedures
5. Staff AREN'T TRAINED properly to handle customer issues and complaints such as this, to not give me a solution but insinuate I'm lying.
6. They don't even have a complaints section on their website to contact them..

In China, the Chinese people are openly discriminating against black people in your restaurants refusing to serve black people.
Since Coronavirus, the Chinese people in China has been negatively discriminating against black people in providing services. They're now refusing to serve black people in McDonald's restaurants.

found out order was mistaken when I got back home
I ordered the following items from the Mobil El Narges drive thru branch, New cairo, Egypt at 13:59 with order number: 1849, branch number: 1480215
2 double quarter pounder combo large (milkshake strawberry and blue fizz as drinks)
2 big mac chicken spicy sandwiches
2 double cheeseburger sandwiches
Only to find out when I got back home that the order was all mistaken:
2 single quarter pounder instead of double
2 regular big mac chicken sandwiches instead of spicy
1 double cheeseburger instead of 2
So I called the hotline 19991 and waited for 13 minutes on hold and then the agent told me to wait till she calls the store and give me a call back to resolve the issue I waited for an hour and no one called so I called the hotline again and waited for another 8 minutes for the agent to take the call only to tell me that there's nothing to be done by replacing my order and I said that I disagree and I want my money back and I dont want another order and I will file a complain and he said ok do whatever you want as if like he doesn't care, till this moment I have received no calls, no replacement order and no money back either, Nothing was done to resolve my issue keeping in mind that no one reviewed the order with me at the branch and the order was cold too so I decided to go back to the branch to return the order myself

I'm incredibly disappointed and disgusted with the terrible customer service I've received in this matter. How difficult is it to correct? Hi everyone,
I'm writing in regards to an incident that occurred last night at the McDonlads in Cannington. I had ordered a family box, a cheeseburger and a large fries and coke. When I received my order one large fries was missing.
I went into the store with my receipt and kindly told one of the workers that I was missing a large fries. She was so sweet and told the worker who put my order together that she had missed a large fries. She then looked at me and said "why don't you f*** off." The workers that heard just laughed and joked about it. I was shocked and at a loss for words. I didn't respond to her because I know that working in the food industry can be difficult at times. I then received my large fries and went on my way.
I'm at a crossroads because I'm not sure what I should do with this and I don't want another customer to get the same treatment that I received from that one employee. It's just really disheartening experiencing something like this when I was nothing but nice.
Safety
Why would you let people in a store for take out when you offer drive up is beyond me.. Letting customers use the restrooms sick.. Something really wrong with this company

With Coronavirus, I understand shutting down your Dining Areas. BUT my husband and thousands of other Truckers are being Denied Service at your Drive Thru's because they are not in a vehicle! These Drivers are out there working their butts off for the American people & hauling YOUR loads to your Restuarants, but yet you REFUSE to feed them! Maybe they should stop hauling your loads! Attempted to use the McDonalds app and my order could not be processed. Went to the Kaneohe location and attempted to order through the skip the line kiosk which took my order, but did not allow me to pay by credit card.
Please remedy these issues.
Upon getting home we noticed that we were also missing a 20 piece chicken nuggets that we paid for. Please do your best to rectify this situation.
Handicap parking
This McDonald's it's taking the two handicap parking spots they have and turned them into the waiting area for the drive-thru Lane which I am sure is in violation of ADA laws. If you look at the enclosed pictures you can see that they put the Drive thru reserved signs number 1 and 2 right on the only two handicap spots in the parking lot and right next to the handicap signs.

I and my wife visited circular quay ( Gate way) McDonald on 23/1/20 around 7pm and ordered 2 Mcveggie burgers.
Instead of Mcveggie we were served Chicken burgers.
After few bites I suspected that the burger doesn't taste like vegetables.
We approached the counter staff to advise that the burgers we have don't seem to be veggie burger and if we could see the manager.
At first instance the staff ( name provided in my first contact on 25/1) commented " you are not getting a free burger". I said we Don't want burger. I want to see the manager.
Finally the manager came and grudgingly said sorry.
Both myself and my wife are pure vegetarian and don't eat any kind of meat or sea food. INFACT EATING MEAT IS AGAINST MY RELIGIOUS BELIEF.
Few days after my contact I received a call and on 4/2 a note from Mr Koirala .
We both are very distressed with the knowledge that we have eaten meat against our religious belief and the experience is still fresh making us conscious every time we eat out.
Violation of our religious belief has hurt us and affecting us psychologically.
Their coffee or cups
I love my coffee! And usually I'm a Tim Hortons or Starbucks girl. But my boss said McDonald's was having a dollar any size coffee special and that it was Tims old coffee. So I took advantage and ordered a coffee. I then got busy with clients and didn't think much of my lips feeling big. On my drive home I looked in the mirror to check my makeup before a date and noticed my lips were huge! I popped a allergy pill and started feeling relief. I went in to Starbucks where I had a coffee and everything was fine. Next day my clients no showed so I decided to grab another McDonald's coffee cause I was going home where my brother was and where I would just be working on my drawings for next day clients. I checked my lips prior to drinking the coffee and they were normal. I took one sip and instantly my lips swelled up. So I don't know if it's something in the to go cups or the coffee but I'm allergic to something so I don't get drinks from McDonald's now.
health safety concerns
At approx. 6:45pm on 18 Feb 2020 I stopped at the McDonalds in Canon City. There was nobody in the drive thru and no customers waiting in the lobby. I ordered a #3 meal and waited. This is the 3rd time i've tried to order these pies. They either don't have them or they r not cooked/warmed up yet. Poor service. I did order and the food is luke warm. Smh!!! Horrible service, no napkins etc. food just thrown into the bag. No one was at window 1 to pay. The girl at window 2 almost didnt take my $$. She was frazzled oh and i asked to speak to to speak to the manager and was told we dont have one!! Wow!!
