To whom it may concern
I purchased a Mc donalds burger from the restaurant at my local area, the burger was very dry with barely any sauce, i called the waitress and politely asked for sauce to be added, she advised me i needed to pay additional, i asked to speak with the Manager Sfiso Nzimande, he advised me that if i needed extra sauce i needed to pay additional, i proceeded to open the burger layers and show him that there where no sauce on 2 layers, and the one that did have the sauce it was definitely not the right amount which comes standard, the manager still advised me if i needed extra i needed to pay extra and there was nothing he could do.
I was apolled by the managers customer service, managers are put into place to resolve issues and not make them worse, i asked him "basically what you are asking me to do is pay additional for something that was supposed to come standard with the meal" he said "you have to pay" i advised him that i will tale this matter further, obtained his name and surname and left the restaurant.
This is a new branch that opened with staff who knows nothing about customer service, and this manager needs to be dealt with, he was not paying for my meal, neither was he giving it to me for free. I demand that my complaint be actioned and a solution provided
