Went through drive through and paid for two Big Macs a happy meal a caramel sundae also got an apple pie and a sweet tea. I called to let them know I did NOT get my sweet tea. The person who answered the phone was such a jerk he didn’t even let me speak. I was telling the exact order I got so they would realize I did come and buy 25 dollars worth of food. He would not allow me to tell him anything as well as the fact that I did NOT GET A RECEIPT. Terrible customer service literally I just purchased it and he was like not my problem you did not get your receipt.

Drive through order
On 4/8/22 around 12:00 ordered 2 double cheeseburgers plain and 20-piece nuggets drove to 1st window and said wait a minute I have the change so I gave her the money with the change and she owed me some singles and she said thats cause I forgot cause I was waiting so long for the change, and went to other window and picked up my food but didn't check till I got to work which was a 1/2 hour ride and there were no burgers
Desired outcome: paid back for what I didn't received and something for that attitude
Drive thru attendant rude
Went thru drive thru 4/7/2022 @ 12:30 to get a mixed ice, I was told by the drive thru attendant that I couldn't get a mixed ice but I can pull up to the window. I pulled up the window and he told me again that I can not get a ice mixed, I then asked for a manager, then he said F**K you lady I told you that you could not get a mixed ice and if you got a problem with F**k you again. The team lead was coming to the window and witness him cussing me out and she was like oh wow, and said how can I help you, I told her what happened and she said okay we will speak with him. I was like do you not understand that he just cussed me out two times and refused me service cause I asked for a mix ice, she didn't seem like she cared at all, so I asked for that manager phone number and name of the employee and hers. She gave me the information and then said okay, have a nice day. She was not concerned or cared about how I had been treated and nor did she offer for me to get my ice, I was so pissed and unhappy with this location, I will never go back there again, so I am going to report them cause this behavior is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: An apology and my ice mixed, and the employee should be terminated!
Restroom closed / kiosk only ordering
Store number 316 in Cebu City Philippines my complaint is about : restroom closed and obviously because they do not want to clean it, after a three hour drive something to eat and a restroom break. NOT! try to eat when you have to pee. public restroom closed and no reason. Also I tried to order at the counter and they would not allow me to order at the counter. I am a senior citizen and sometimes the electronics are too much.

I placed a order for 2 plain double quarter pounders with cheese sandwich only and a large Diet Coke. After getting back to my motel to eat I had 2 bacon quarter pounder with cheese. Which I had to throw away because I’m of Muslim faith, our religion prohibits the consuming of pork products such as bacon. It’s was already after midnight so I gave up on trying to drive back and getting it corrected.

I have ordered my lunch on Mcdonald Highway 2000 Taytay, it was tagged completed but I did not receive any food. They are very hard to contact to ask about the delivery. After 3 long hours, they texted and telling me my fault because I am unreachable but I can call them thru the late text I received. I will never order again, I love mcdo but this is a big disappointment.

Went through drive thru at Palmyra PA location on Thursday 03/31/22 around 6:30pm and ordered over $30 worth of food. Got home with my fish sandwich that costs over $7 for a meal to open the box that had a bun and that was it in the box. Attached is a photo.

I went to the Mcdonalds at 1148 N. Higley road in Mesa AZ last night and the drive thru was backed up this was at 10:30 P.M. and cars just kept waiting and finally I get to the speaker and no one answers. I wasted 15 to 20 minutes waiting and no one would answer and they were apparently closed but they did not put up any closed signs or put cones in front of the drive thru and they were supposed to be open until 12:00A.M. and I had a app order for a .80 cent spicy McChicken and never got it and I still want that deal so Mcdonalds owes me that
Desired outcome: I need my .80 sandwich and you need to tell this location that if they close early to put up signage and cones at the drive thru and there were employees inside the Mcdonalds they just would not respond to anyone
The dessert and meals
I ordered meals that came up to 236.00 ZAr and the burgers not made properly and they where to busy made us wait 45 minutes and the dessert that they charged me for was 30zar and I purchased 4 mcflurry all came late and the ice cream cup was only around the side of the cup and hallow on the inside, disgusted and disappointed! Such unethical practices
Incorrect order and address
I ordered a McSpicy chicken burger, a happy meal and a regular sprite last Friday through the mcdonald's mobile App. However, since I was at a new location, i tried to add the exact location, however, the app does not allow you to put it and we have to choose from the options that are available on the system.
Hence I entered the closest location i could add and went ahead with the order, thinking that i could change the delivery address to my exact location by calling their hotline.
After the order was accepted, called their hotline and was on hold for more than 10 mins before 1 of the agents spoke. I told her my issue and she put me back on hold... While waiting, I'm getting texts from the delivery rider asking me to pick up the phone.
When I called the rider he's scolding me for not putting the correct address and complaints to me all the hassle he has to go through, which is not my problem at the first place. Somehow I convinced him to bring the order to my location and he was nice enough to bring it as well.
The matter was almost sorted, but when i had my sprite... It tasted *******. I assume it was just plain Soda.
We had to throw both the beverages since both did not taste like sprite at all...
Would like your immediate attention on this regard. My order number was 3370002.
Desired outcome: 1. Please refund the money spent on the 2 beverages2. Please do the necessary changes in the mobile app, which would make it easier to add new locations
Ice cream machines always not working
I am sure your company couldn’t care but someone needs to get off their butt and have the mcdonald’s ice cream machines operating. It is more of a rare occurrence to find a mcdonald’s where the ice cream machine is actually working. Only reason we stop at mcdonald’s and pitiful that almost every mcdonald’s suck and don’t care about customer service. Just stopped at both in hearne texas and neither had ice cream machine working. There is no way almost every mcdonald can have their machines actually broke. But if that is the case then spend some money and replace the piece of crap with working machines.

Happy meals/cheeseburger
I ordered two happy meals for my children, and neither came with a toy. My children were upset because I had made a deal with them to get a happy meal with toys for them. I ordered a cheeseburger for one of my other children; when I got to the window, they repeated the order and said hamburger; I clarified it was supposed to be a cheeseburger, and the girl assured me it was. At that time, I had not paid, so it could have been altered since the order was placed as a hamburger on the receipt, yet I was told straight to my face that it would be a cheeseburger. When I got home to feed the family, sadly, it wasn't surprising that there was no cheese on the burger and that the employee was likely trying to move me along to keep the drive-through going quickly. My child wouldn't eat it because it had no cheese, so it was wasted.

Customer service
I ordered food through the drive through store#25479, I orders a big meal and a happy meal. They did not give me a 4pc chick nugget happy meal. They only gave me the nuggets. I had to get out of the car and go to the drive through window, while I have a 3yr old kid in the car. I tell the lady (sally) at the window and the response is that’s not what you ordered. I know what I ordered, so instead of just fixing it she tells me to get my receipt. So I got to go back to the car and get my receipt, I come back to the window and there’s another lady (josslyn) there and she also has an attitude. Telling me this is not what you ordered, again I ordered a happy meal you didn’t give me the full happy meal but I know what I ordered. I was getting short at this point because again I have my car parked I have a three-year-old sitting in the car and I have to keep coming back-and-forth to the window and getting an attitude every time I come back. All they had to do was correct the order and give me the happy meal, she tells me she’s going to fix it and she’s not gonna charge me the three dollar difference. Then when she goes to give me the meal she tells me I owe her three dollars I said I thought you were going to not charge me, she says no I’m charging you. No problem I give her the three dollars. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. On top of that the big Mac that I ordered was not even fresh the meat looked old and hard the bun was hard and they didn’t give me barbecue sauce that I ask for for the chicken nuggets. They have a complaint number for Melissa on the windows, when I call it goes straight to voicemail, and says the v mailbox is full.
Desired outcome: I’d like a response, and I want to know action was taken for the unprofessionalism.
Service / incomplete order / waiting time
I stopped at McDonald's Tokai drive through today, 25 March 2022 at 11:02 and paid for 7 x single jalapeno burger meals with coke and I was asked to park and wait in the drive through bay. I specifically asked the teller in the drive through if it was going to take long as I was in a hurry and she replied that it wont take tong.
I waited and after about 15 minutes I went in to see how far they where with the order. When I walked in it was complete chaos, there where people waiting for their orders and waiting to order, but there was no one at the till. I noticed that all the staff where running around trying to make the food and it took about 10 minutes for someone to return to the till in front.
I waited as I could see they where busy and the lady at the till was taking orders. It took another 15 minutes before I managed to speak to someone and ask about my order. The order was handed to me about 5 minutes after asking the staff member, I took it and left as I was expected to be at a meeting at 12:00 with the food and was running very late.
When I arrived at the meeting I was 10 minutes late and there was a burger short and the chips tasted terrible. The entire experience today was terrible, I have NEVER waited 40 minutes at a McDonalds for food and I served late, had to serve 1 x trainee only chips and make a roll in the kitchen and as a result the entire training ran late thereafter.
I normally use Mc Donalds for our training lunches, hardly ever experience any trouble, but todays experience left me with a serious doubt to use it again;

My daughter received a $25 gift card for Christmas 2021. Went to McDonalds and they said the card was no good. I am assuming the gift card was not activated. How do you activate these cards. I am assuming the cashier did not activate the card. The person that purchased this card is an individual that CAN definitely afford to buy this card and was obviously not told THEY had to activate it themselves. Sounds like the cashiers are somehow pocketing this $$ or something... No McDonalds for us. This is [censored]TTT

I wasn't the only one that was happy Mc Donald's opened this year, with that said the 1st time going to the drive thru we sat in the line for 2 hours, just to get out there with all our burgers and coldrinks but no fries, as it was the 1st week they were open we gave them the benefit of the doubt, that they where busy, under pressure and there was no way going in as it was so busy,and we where halfway home already.
Then... Two weeks ago we ordered 6 junior cheese burgers as we had to drive to durban to pick up our friends at the airport, just to discover when we were already on the highway that 4 burgers has no patties on just tamato sauce, a slice of cheese and the buns.
3rd and last time ordering at Mc Donald's today... Ordered Oreo Mc flurry' just to discover that there was just ice cream in the cups.
This is very unprofessional and the sad think is we told them every time what happened with the order before but still we haven't received our correct order once.
