McDonald's Incorrect items

I ordered through GrubHub a delivery Saturday around 3 pm, May 14, 2022. I ordered online.

Instead of two apple pies I got six pies.

Instead of two decaf coffees I got two and one spilled inside the delivery bag and items fell out the bottom. The delivery person left me a message warning me the bag was ripped.

Missing were four sauces for my 20 McNuggets — two buffalo, two ranch.

No salsas for the two Crispy Deluxe Spicy Chicken sandwiches. I asked for ten hot picante salsa pouches to also use on the McNuggets. No sauces or salsas at all.

No straw for my Mocha Caramel Frappe.

No napkins.

All containers wet with spilled coffee.

McNuggets were tough and dry, not warm and crispy. Boring with no sauces or salsas. When are those Spicy McNuggets coming back? You promised too soon and got hopes up. Every time I order regular McNuggets I am disappointed.

The GrubHub delivery was fast and they kept me informed and warned me the bag was ripped. I can understand that. No complaints with GrubHub.

I was so disappointed by the order itself though. We recently had to stop driving and this was an expensive splurge for us, to pay the higher prices of delivery. $59!

Disappointed. We needed the order to be the bright spot in a horrible day for these two 80-somethings who can no longer drive. Instead now I am more depressed.

Desired outcome: Refund for order. Warning and reeducation for the packers of your delivery bags.

McDonald's Manager Jessica

As a 49 year old mother I was driving my daughter as she was doing door dash - late nights I go with her first order we pick up when delivered incorrect order we take back to store they remake and we take back a second time - deliver a second time incorrect order I go a third time this time o come in with my daughter and ask to speak to manager - I say no rudeness this is my third visit this needs to be looked at - to be rudely told this was not stored failt someone had taken incorrect t order (maybe store should have orders there waiting getting cold and grab closer to time or actually check as anyone could walk in and pick up and walk off) but worse part after being told not store fault they had given my daughter wrong order three times you think second time tney would check she simply turned her back on me

Seriously no management skills at all - a simple I’m so sorry I have lots of young kids on - simply I make sure I keep a eye on pick up but a not our fault and turned back

If this is how your management treat clients I’m honestly disappointed - I wasn’t a hot head I was a almost 50 year old woman trying to advise mistakes me in made yet she knew it all and was rude

Desired outcome: That she has training on customer service - younger staff seen a manager turn back on someone now this is acceptable

McDonald's Poor customer service and food quality.

Hi,

I am emailing in regards to an order I just purchased from nsw store Gregory hills. Friday night 8:20pm.

The service was terrible and I am very unsatisfied with the customer service provided and lack of respect for customers.

Ordered Mc flurry’s. The item hardly had an ice cream. When asking the worker if it could be filled up to the amount as shown on the picture. She refused and said no that’s all you get. Absolutely disgusting attitude. This is not the first time it has happened.

Could you please respond to me in regards to this.

McDonald's Customer Service

I drove through to order early lunch at 1035am. After paying went to the first window and was told to go to the second window after the person in front of me moves. That person sat for few minutes then honked his horn and knocked on the window. When he moved forward I pulled up and no one was at the window. Manager finally showed up and didn’t great me just rudlely said park it. So I parked in drive they stall 3 and waited for my food. He came out and thrust the bag at me and left. I’m sure it was busy, short staffed etc. We are all experiencing that. But no excuse for such rude behavior. Especially from a management team member who should be setting the tone for the store. I won’t be returning to that store.

McDonald's Mocha frappe

I go to McDonald's at least 4 times a day my grandchildren and I love the mocha frappe, but for the last month or so they have been giving more whipped cream than the mocha frappe. I mentioned it a few times they say that's the way the machine does it and are very smart about it. If I want whip cream I'll go buy it. My grandchildren love it I've spent a lot of money on frappe. Please take care of this I'm not one to complain

But these are 5.00 and I am not getting my money worth thank you

McDonald's Not receiving order

Hello I work for a food driver company and cannot get service (timely service which is marked as a specification on the delivery app) because I'm a delivery service.

This is really insulting in that I also eat at this restaurant which by proxy makes me a customer no matter who I'm getting the order for. I'm specifically finding issue with the Mc Donalds on 8315 Montgomery Blvd. in Albuquerque.

Is now been 20 minutes since I arrived and I still don't have my order. On top of this the staff is not polite about it.

Please look into this.

McDonald's Staff

Hello Sir/Madam

I am an uber eats driver and i work for uber eats as a full time job, i have been working in rossy en france sometimes and my mostly delivery orders are from mcdonalds aeroville, it was 6th may 2022 when i went to take my 2 deliveries from the same mcdonald the staff was ready to give my delivery but then suddenly a girl in white coart came and she says we cant give you the delivery and we will not give you the deliveries anymore i was like what why ? Since then i am helpless as i was doing full time uber eats and she have just ruined my job because most of my deliveries were from mcdonalds. If anyone can help me with it or solve my problem so please

McDonald's Bugs

Went to McDonald’s and got a iced coffee and I saw something in my cup and it was 2 bugs in my coffee. Took it back they made me another one and that was that. I couldn’t drink it cause I got nauseous at the thought of drinking it. This happened on may 7 2020 at 6451 eatons creek joelton Tennessee McDonald’s. I usually go there everyday. It’s bad enough that is takes forever with just a couple cars in front of you. The service is very slow. My ticket number was1345 at 6:10 pm. But getting bugs in your drink is a different story

McDonald's Salads, they had NONE! Then they laughed when we told them we wanted salad

I went to drive through at 7 pm May 6 2022 in Coutersport Pennsylvania and they had no salads of any kind at 7pm. Like none of any kind.

Why would they advertise southwest chicken salads etc and then have NO SALADS of any kinds.

The people at the drive in window just laughed. Salads. We don’t have salads.

McDonald's Incorrect order.

On the 07 May 2022, just after 13:00 pm I placed a order at Mc Donald's Vangate Mall drive through. I waited just over 25 minutes, when arriving at the cashier till to pay, only to find out the wrong order was rang up. It seems the Mc Donald's staff have no clue what products they are advertising. It took me another 10 minutes to explain to the staff what products are on their advertising boards in the drive through, whilst keeping up other customers in the drive through.

I eventually left with buying or taking the order as the staff could not get it right.

This is not first, second, third or fourth time which I have experienced the worst customer service at Vangate Mc Donald's.

Desired outcome: All I want is for Mc Donald's Vangate mall to ups kill their staff to offer a better, helpful and "FRIENDLY" service. It feels and looks like their staff don't want to be there and is merely there only to earn a salary

McDonald's McFlurry

I ordered a large McFlurry last night at the Abbotsford BC McDonalds located at 32983 south Fraser way, Abbotsford, BC. While eating it, I found a sharp piece of hard broken plastic or glass mixed into the ice cream. I am now afraid of what my child or myself may have ingested. The piece of plastic was hard enough that it hurt my tooth and at first I thought it might be glass.

I paid for 4 big Mac burger meals and I only received 3 single burgers and a meal.!this is not right!.

McDonald's Overcharged for 2sau and Egg biscuit and 2sausage biscuit didn't add cheese

Desired outcome: Ticket number 1373 please refund over charges $17.55 usually pay only the two for two dollars and two for three dollars on dollar menu was charged 8.78 and 4.38 cents never paid that much before

McDonald's Service when I tried to order

Entered McDonald's, Farmington NM near the West Walmart, and was waiting patiently to place my order. Workers were very busy but I waited. One of the workers turned to me, pointed to the kiosk, and said " if you're ready to order you can place your order on the kiosk" then returned to filling French fry boxes. I walked out. If I had wanted to use the kiosk I would have. I didn't say anything or make any movements that warranted her being so rude. I guess drive- thru are the only customers worthy of being waited on.

McDonald's pancakes

At 11.25 I went throw drive throw at Nambour MacDonald and asked for pancakes as you have all-day breakfast all over the country. I was told they do not do pancakes as an all-day breakfast so this is false advertising 0n MacDonald's behalf. As this the second tie this has happened to me at the same store I am very upset and think there is a big problem in this store the young man that served me told me they do not do pancakes in there all day breakfast and was quite rudeto me.

Desired outcome: I find you need to find out why this is happening at this store and let me know and I need compensation for driving all the way there 2 times and coming home and hart broked not getting pancakes as I was craving.

McDonald's Hash browns 2 for $2 wrong 2 for 4.39 order

Hash Browns advertised on drive through menu, but charged $2.39. I tried to explain to cashier and manager. The manager replied well baby I don't create the menu nor what is placed in the cash register digital format it is what it is. I didnt for all that and she could have taken a look to resolve mu issue. In addition the wrong order given for one of my 2 for $4.39.

McDonald's Charge me extra and late order

The amount I meant pay was 2220.

But he charged me extra. Also he called and told me he will be there by 5 min. After few minutes I called him back then he told me he forgot something and going back to the store again. I told him don’t worry what you forget I need the rest of my order fresh. But he didn’t listen he he came back with the whole order but it was terrible. Really cold and hard.
