I have used drive through option at Macdonald outlet in Rajagiriya and ordered 2 Mac chicken rice with extra chicken fillets and made the payment of LKR 1460.00 and proceeded to the collection counter. I was asked to stay at the parking bay and they said my order will be delivered to the vehicle. I stayed more than 20-25 min but no one has turned. Then I again went through the drive through and inquired about my order. I was told that there was an issue with some equipment and requested me to wait further. I was so hurry to go home as my kids are waiting for me to have their dinner. Later they offered me burgers but I have declined and requested my money back. But they didn’t listen to that and entire situation handled unprofessionally and even manager didn’t bother to come out and let me leave without food and money. Due to the urgency I wen5 to your Kollupitiya branch and ordered the same and returned home at 10.40 pm.
Surprisingly, we found that extra chicken fillet contained couple of fried flour only without chicken.there were altogether four extra small pieces and out of four two contained only flour. Is this your quality policy?
While I was at your drive through at Kollupitiya branch I called your hot line [protected] and made a formal complaint. But yet to receive any feedback from a responsible person.

I ordered through doordash from McDonald's 3 cheese burg's extra pickles and 1 med fry. The burgers only had 1-2 slices of pick, no ketchup, no mustard and no onion. The buns were crusty. The fry box was half empty and everything was very cold. The food arrived in a reasonable time. (Not doordash''s fault.) It's obvious the food was sitting in a holding bin for way to long and was (out of code!) Definitely not made fresh.
Desired outcome: I want my money back or the food replaced.
Appalling service
I visited Mcdonalds in Norkem Park on the 5 of February 2022 at approximately 22:44. My family ordered 2 happy meals, 1 big Mac meal with a hazelnut iced coffee and my husband ordered the large chicken foldover with a hazelnut iced coffee. Once we had received our order, we made out way home. On the way home after tasting the iced coffee, my husband and I found it to be extremely sweet and left us with an unsavory after taste in our mouth. We decided to turn back and ask them to correct our order, this is then when the start of the most appalling service started. We were met by a staff member by the name of Pretty, who was arrogant, disrespectful and rude. Another gentleman offered to assist us and she proceeded to physically assault him in front of me and my family, refusing that he give us the correct order. We asked her what seemed to be the problem and she rolled her eyes at us and walked away, without so much as an acknowledgement that we were speaking to her. She was very rude, distasteful and loud, calling other staff members to come witness what was happening. She continued to verbally assault her colleague, shouting and pulling on him. I have lived in the area for well over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever received such disgraceful service. I am embarrassed on behalf of Norkem Park McDonald's, having Pretty has a representative of the franchise.

Manager in charge
My wife ordered a number 7 plain. She was given two cheeseburgers with lettuce. Look like a deluxe cheeseburgers. She then told the drive thru attendant that it was the wrong order. The manager then grabbed the bag and threw it at my wife and closed the drive thru window leaving my wife with the wrong order. This is not a professional behavior from one of your managers. Manager in charge was Emily.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and perhaps something for the wrong order.
Incompetent management and some staff
I am a senior and a now former customer. i had family work there and was treated unfairly. Not only was it unfair the manager supposedly in charge Ashley condonned the incident. They are understaffed and blame the owners for their unjustice behavior. I will spread the word of your staff’s behavior to other friends and family so they don’t go to this establishment. Firstly the young lady didn't give me the correct change back from an orange juice I order that was $2.18 gave her a $10. Then they said they couldn't find the mobile order I had placed. The manager asked what the order was came back with the receipt for order which they had all along. I ordered Xtra bacon on my mcgriddle and this is what I got. 1/30/[protected]@9:40am. Hi. I've been a constant customer of McDonald's for the past 10 years, ordering at least once a week. However, lately I've been questioning the quality of service McDonald's have been offering.
On January 29, 2022, I've made an order at 7:37 PM and the estimated delivery time on the application was 8:10 PM (approximately 30 minutes as usually promised). Unfortunately, the order was received on 8:36 PM (almost 1 hour after the order have been placed). This is not the first time this has happened. This incident has occurred several times in the past few months. It seems that McDonalds is no longer the fastest delivery in Egypt as it claims to be.
I have filed complaints before to the local customer support in Egypt and was promised that this is only temporary and everything will return to normal soon. However, as I said, this issue have been repeating for at least 3 months now and it doesn't seem like things are getting any better. I am very disappointed by the franchise in Egypt. Attached is the last order that I've made.

Sidewalk not cleaned off. Curb at building/parking lot piled with snow.
I recently went to the Union City McDonalds and fell in the parking lot by the store. Near the handicapped spot. It was very cold and icy that day. When I came out to get in my vehicle I slipped and fell on my back near the door entrance. The sidewalk was not cleaned off or salted. A pile of snow a lot of old people would have to step over right at the curb. I don't think I got hurt but could have and may be unknowingly. The manager that day came out and asked if I was ok. But what angered me most is that I said I think so but you need to keep the walkway scraped and salted. Her reply kind of snidely was they aren't allowed to use salt on the new concrete. This made me furious because all businesses I know of scrape, shovel and salt their walkways to avoid lawsuits for fall's. And salt doesn't hurt concrete. Had the walkway been cleaned off and salted I would not have fallen. I said to her.. so your sidewalk is more important than your customers? She then told me if I had a problem to call two different numbers. Of which neither one returned my calls. I got the number from the maintenance man because she would not come talk to me. I fell approximately mon 23rd to wed the 26th. Around 9:30 a.m. I don't know the name of the manager but you could find that out. After I left I saw the maintenance man shoveling. I am one of the many locals that frequent the store and would think I would be more appreciated. Spending hundreds a year and what's more it's been remodeled and half the equipment doesn't work. 45 minute wait times in and out of the store. Unclean in lobby and where the employee's work. Poor presentation of food. Not good either. Mixed up order's. And the redo on these stores is hideous. Ugly and unwelcoming. And we the customers pay the price due to increased prices, one reason being millions are being stuck into renovations and with subpar work at that. The old festive McDonald's is what we all want. And you cant call it fast food anymore either because I could order a pizza and get it before getting my order at the drive through or inside. My fall and the conditions at the U.C. McDonald's should also be on video for that day. As I and you know there are multiple camera's throughout the facility inside and out. If I were to pursue a lawsuit this footage would be my evidence and sequestered by my lawyer. I hope it doesn't come to that.

Big Mac from McDonald’s
I bought a Big Mac from the tomsriver McDonald's on Fischer blvd today. While I was chewing I had to pull a piece of cardboard out of my mouth. I don't believe this is safe and I'm wondering how a piece of cardboard ended up inside the burger. Cardboard obviously isn't edible and I think there should be some kind of compensation for this. Entire experience
I waited for thirty minutes in line for my order to get messed up multiple times I remained patient as I have worked in fast food myself. Then I get to the next window and the employee had a bad attitude did not apologize for the inconvenience or attitude.
