McDonald's Failing to maintain a safe working environment

My son is an employee at 2335 Florin Rd Sacramento, CA 95822 location his name is Avery Prince this past Tuesday he encountered a homeless man who walked up to the drive-through window and after being advised that he was not able to serve him or provide him with any free food the gentleman pulled a gun on him my son promptly let the manager on duty know when it happened as well as the entire crew that he was working with not only was an incident report not completed the police were not called and the manager on duty felt that it was appropriate to curse at my son I did follow up with the manager on duty I believe his name was Salvador he advised me that the information have been passed on to the manager I advised him that I needed contact information for someone higher than the store level due to the fact that an incident report has still not been completed two days later I am deeply troubled I have still not been contacted regarding how they are going to maintain a safe working environment I was advised that there is no one about the store level that I am able to logic complaint with or to advise what happened to my child at work again no one has reached out to me on an issue that I had to bring to their attention it is imperative that someone call me back my name is Kenya smith [protected] [protected]@icloud.com

Desired outcome: I want to be a sure that my son is working in a safe environment and that there are protocols and procedures in place I want to know how this incident will not be repeated

McDonald's False Advertising or Sloppy Production of Oreo Affoagato

Today I ordered an Oreo Affoagato at McDonald's on Berea Rd Restaurant number 1970458. I've never had one before but the picture was quite appealing. To my surprise when I received my order it looked nothing like the picture I was so disappointed I asked the lady serving "This looks nothing like the picture" She replied that "theres nothing she can do." I have tagged pictures below. Everything had melted I had less than a spoon full of ice cream in the cup and the orea portion was so little nothing was layered like the picture. So sloppy and watery.

Desired outcome: I'd like to get another oreo Affoagato that actually looks like the advert

McDonald's Food

After making purchase at McDonald on March 14, 2022, 5:30 pm ,was sitting in the parking lot. Police office approached me told me he got call saying I was beating my child & driving without my child being in my car seat. The cop check my car, saw I have two car seats & he said he was watching in the parking lot & didn’t see any sign of harmful behavior. He then advice me to get away from the parking lot cause manager being mischievous. He apologize to me. I then asked the manager why she would do that she said she hate black [censored]es. She’s racist , mischievous like the cop said. She not good for business. I spend my money for quality service & accused wrongfully. I’m going to take legal action.

McDonald's Supervisor

Ignorant racist supervisor refused to allow me to purchase McDonald's food because I had the deal of the day which was $0.68 cheeseburger and she would not take it because she said I had to go through drive-thru which was fine but when she realized she had to cancel the order and rering it through the drive-thru she refused to serve me! I will not let this go! You never know who you're dealing with or what they could do to this store!

McDonald's Staff

I visited McDonald today and when I received my order it was not what I asked for. I immediately said to the cashier, "I ordered an oreo shamrock. First he said, we dont have them right now then he turned around and put some oreo crumbs in the drink and with his back to me, placed it on the counter. It was quite rude and the drink was not how it should be so I said id like a refund. He reluctantly returned my money.

I went to sit down and I heard him loudly making fun of me to the staff and with other customers at the counter and he said" I wanted to tell her to take her order and leave my store. I went to the counter and said may I ask your name, he seemed surprised that I was still here, so after a pause, he said Johnathon.

I went back to my seat and he said to the staff loudley, "I guess she heard me".

Is this how mcdonalds wants to be represented and to have someone behave in such a manner that gives other staff members to behave in such a way?

Johnathon acted like he thought he was the big man on campus. To me, it was he as extremely rude and condescending and it was embarrassing.

Disappointed customer.

Desired outcome: reprimand Johnathan and let the staff know that his behavior was unacceptable.

McDonald's Service

I was at East Coast Macdonald on 13/03/22 evening time 1700 hours with family of 4 including my 2 years old daughter. I did not enter indoor and was going to the sitting table outdoor to rest my daughter. However I was asked to scan my trace together and Unfortunately in-order to scan, I need to queue with the crowds wish purchase food indoors inform by the outlet staff. I voice out this should not be the way which should add another device for outdoors instead of queue never having thought on a 2 years old child needed a rest 1st. The outlet staff ignored my words and continued asking to queue and walk away. Can’t imagine this could happen at Macdonald. Will write in to news and report on this cold blooded human beings shame on Macdonald

McDonald's Customer service

I walked in to order food on March 12, 2022 at 4:30pm. I went in to order food and I was asked to use the kiosk to order because they didnt have a front counter person at the time. I tried to order off the kiosk but ran into issues. It was slow and lagging and would not cooperate with my McDonalds app coupon. I proceeded to the counter and said the kiosk was not working for me. Someone came over with a register in their hand and took my orders. I had to place 3 separate orders to use 3 separate McDonalds app coupons between me and my two brothers. The McDonalds app coupon I was using was a free large fries with any purchance. I tried to order with the coupon large fries, a mcchicken, and a large coke. She told me my total was 3.68, I questioned her and said 3.68 for just a mcchicken and large coke? She said yes thats correct I went on with my second order which again was the free fries, a cheeseburger, and a large coke and my total was 3.57 and then my last order which was the free fries, mcchicken, large coke, and pack of cookies. She charged me 5.02 now something seemed off so I went on my McDonalds app to put in an order for just a mcchicken and large coke, my total was 3.01 so that means she overcharged me! She wasnt even looking at my coupon codes she was overriding it herself and was doing it wrong because she overcharged me probably on all 3 orders! And she confirmed the price even when I questioned her about it! This is a problem. On top of this all this McDonalds has been out of receipt paper for months and I couldnt even get a receipt. The manager that told me to use the kiosk was rude because I came back up for ketchup after ordering and she told a different employee I quote, to see what that girl wants up front. If they can’t provide service at the front they shouldn’t even have the front doors open.

Desired outcome: Refund for the change I was overcharged or credit for food to make up for it.

McDonald's Manager

I went to McDonald’s around645 to 7pm 3/11/22

I ordered at the drivethru ice cream & a shake. The individual in the order speaker said the ice cream machine was down. I replied that it seems to happen a lot. The individual replied” well if you want ice cream why don’t you come inside & scrub out the machine yourself” I did not drive off I pulled up to the window. The shift supervisor would not let me explain what just happened no matter how many times I tried. I asked for his bosses number he refused to give to me. As I drove away the supervisor yelled “ F You” . This store is filthy always. Please respond

McDonald's Service and. Products

The 700 pm manager was very rude she was cursing and yelling oul of the window at me I personally yelled at her back I had to give my sandwiches to her three times and she would not fix it and kept giving me back the same time with you after I pay for it I showed the receipt she still will not make her sandwich maker make my sandwiches correctly I will never go back there ever again

McDonald's Redemption of shares treat codes

It was 6pm whem I ordered at mcdo branch bacoor, the crew didn't accept my sharetreat codes because they told me they only accept sharetreatcodes till afternoon only but my friend tried to get her sharetreat codes after 30minutes + and they able to give it. I was able to get my sharetreat codes in other branch and this store can obviously process sharetreat codes cause before my girlfriend able to redeem at past 7pm.

Date:march 9 2022 7pm

Desired outcome: Just give the Sharetreat Codes because we buy it online then they don't want to process it.. .

McDonald's McDonald’s in Blackwell Oklahoma

I ordered three burgers one was a big Mac double quarter pounder extra tomatoes quarter pounder with cheese add bacon One medium fry two large fries all were meals. The hamburger patties on the big Mac half of it was burnt on one side and very old both patties on it and a dot of Mac sauce. The two patties on the double was old and the patty on the single was old and none of them were warm and all the fries were old and I mean real old. I have been at this McDonald’s multiple times thinking it was staff but it was not the lady at the window was great. I’m not sure who or why the food is being served like that it’s not a temp I am a certified kitchen manager and I do know what bacteria will do to you. And I also have another family member in the home that makes McDonald products in the factory.

Desired outcome: This situation needs to be corrected immediately before you get more than one person suing for Inappropriate temperature of food and more

McDonald's Customer service and food

This has got to be one of the most rudest McDonald's I've ever been to and I mean Ever. I ordered on my phone a crispy chicken sandwich mill when I got to the window I told the lady that I wanted the Deluxe crispy chicken sandwich she told me no problem that they can add that to my sandwich I also told her I needed the fries fresh and hot when I get to the window and I get my mill the fries are not only not hot but soggy and warm and you can taste the oil I overlooked that went to get my sandwich and the d*** chicken sandwich is black not golden Brown like the pictures but freaking black so I call the store back your employees are the rudest bunch are the rudest bunch of kids I've ever ever talked to When I Ask them exactly what I needed to do theneeded to do they hung up the phone on me so I want to see somebody get in trouble for that that has got to be some of the rudest c*** I've ever experienced in my life I just paid for some food drove halfway across the freaking city to find out that it's not close to being the order that I ordered and paid for and then you're employees act like I'm out of line for being upset and they're telling me that I have to come back immediately so they can look at the receipt when I have all of the numbers right here on my receipt I wanna talk to a GM. That little boy who was on the phone hung up on me and I want to know who it is so he can be reprimanded about his customer service and how he treats people I'll never come back to this McDonald's not now not ever not ever

McDonald's Food

I just returned from your viking way branch here in cape town just besides grand west,

I have never in my life time experienced such bad customer service and food from a mcdonald's in my life, I spent a total of r149 on 2 meals this evening, it started with the drive through, I had to stand in an empty drive through for 45mins (which I know isnt up to any mcdonald's standards) regardless this was not my issue with the mcdonald's viking way branch, my order was a double quarter pounder large meal with spicy hot sauce on the burger as well as a big mac medium meal with spicy hot sauce, the burgers looked as if they have been in the dirt bin for a while before they eventually heated and served it to us, no spicey hot sauce whice totals to r11-r12 for the 2 burgers, the food was ice cold with card board for chips, cold and absolutely [censored].

When I went inside to complain the cashier or whoever the person is that helped me decided that its ok to have me wait an additional 30mins for my food!

The worst part of all of this is that when I got the burgers back, guess what? Its the same disgusting cold burgers with spicey hot sauce pumped on it!?

I am appalled by this really bad representation of the mcdonald's franchise and I do believe I was robbed of my entire bill, this only because I gave these meals to someone on the street because it was not what I paid for or what I was promised!?

I really hope that this can be sorted out and that the restaurant finds more efficient and empathetic people to run that branch as they have honestly just taken my money and im sitting here hungry after all that time.

McDonald's Drive through

A hispanic woman taking orders during the drive through on 3/4/2022 around 11:45pm was very rude and nasty. She messed up the order and gave us such an attitude and was being nasty. When we asked another worker what her problem was he said “she is having a bad day”. She needs to get fired. The car behind us even drove off because she had an attitude taking their order. This is unacceptable.

McDonald's Closed at 7:20pm

Went to the restaurant 2 days ago, got there about 7:10pm the drive thru had about 4 cars in front of me, I waiting to place my order get to spot to place my order and was told we are closed? Huh what now it's almost 8pm I'm like why y'all have all the lights on and people still pulling in drive thru and for the person to say we been closed for 40 min what kind of bull mess is this as I was leaving now you have an additional 6 cars done pulled in it will be easier if the people knew the closing hours or do they just closed when they get ready? Never go to that place again !

McDonald's Employees

Entire store is ghetto and rude if you don't kno someone in there working you sit there for 10 minutes before they take your order then make every other order for Uber and drive thru while ignoring the customer sitting in your face and while waiting watching the staff give free food to all their friends while you still waiting for the food you purchased this store has been the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and continues to hold up there best non customer service oriented selves management included she watches and when u say something looks at you like you said something wrong don't like your job quit and find something else and let someone who would do the job work there and make your customers and store more polite and friendly and make your customers feel appreciated not like there taking up ur time again worst McDonald's ever in any state I've been too

I called the hotline 3 times in a raw and asking for an english speaker officer to make my order as they only speak turkish!... they always put me on hold for more than 10 mins till I hang up the call, this is not acceptable and doesn't meet the name of mcdonalds and it's customer service

McDonald's Fish sandwich had no fish. Bad fries.

McDonald's Dillsburg PA Service and Food

In all my transactions with McDonald's in my 61 years, I have never seen the following endorsed by Management and Staff:

1) Language and statements made from the Kitchen area

2) No notice of the Dining Area being open and running people out of the Restaurant because they were short staffed.

3) Four Kiosk in Dining Area for use - but 3 offline with a message about 6 ft spacing. Funny any combination could have had two for use and people not standing on top of the soda machine or each other.

4) NO receipt from Kiosk, No numbers at kiosk, no receipt offered when brought to manager attention

5) Food was received cold, fish sandwich was covered in tartar sauce bun and all, fish sandwich was in broken box on top of issues with prep, took sandwich back and new one was in stale dry roll -- manager took insult to returning 1st delivered, French fries -- ice cold.

6) Watched Management use a lower employee to user people coming in lobby out -- At times they were nasty.

7) We had the following food:

a) 10 Pc Nugget Meal -- Half were cold, Half were right temperature. Fries Cold

b) Cheeseburger Happy Meal (with special request) -- Roll stale

c) Quarter Pounder -- Luke war, greasy, what looked like double onions and extra mustard, fries salty

d) Fish Sandwich and Big MAC Meal -- Fish Sandwich was in broken box, had tartar sauce all over roll and box, Big Mac had no sauce, no pickle and brown lettuce

OVERALL: Very Very Dissatisfied

With the economy of today you would think that McDonald's could make their ability to replicate service and food a key to success. I personally will not visit this McDonald's again. We spent over $30 on a Friday night at 6pm and could have had a better experience accross the street at Arby's.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology from the owner for not monitoring the store.
