I have never in my life time experienced such bad customer service and food from a mcdonald's in my life, I spent a total of r149 on 2 meals this evening, it started with the drive through, I had to stand in an empty drive through for 45mins (which I know isnt up to any mcdonald's standards) regardless this was not my issue with the mcdonald's viking way branch, my order was a double quarter pounder large meal with spicy hot sauce on the burger as well as a big mac medium meal with spicy hot sauce, the burgers looked as if they have been in the dirt bin for a while before they eventually heated and served it to us, no spicey hot sauce whice totals to r11-r12 for the 2 burgers, the food was ice cold with card board for chips, cold and absolutely [censored].
When I went inside to complain the cashier or whoever the person is that helped me decided that its ok to have me wait an additional 30mins for my food!
The worst part of all of this is that when I got the burgers back, guess what? Its the same disgusting cold burgers with spicey hot sauce pumped on it!?
I am appalled by this really bad representation of the mcdonald's franchise and I do believe I was robbed of my entire bill, this only because I gave these meals to someone on the street because it was not what I paid for or what I was promised!?
I really hope that this can be sorted out and that the restaurant finds more efficient and empathetic people to run that branch as they have honestly just taken my money and im sitting here hungry after all that time.
Drive through
A hispanic woman taking orders during the drive through on 3/4/2022 around 11:45pm was very rude and nasty. She messed up the order and gave us such an attitude and was being nasty. When we asked another worker what her problem was he said “she is having a bad day”. She needs to get fired. The car behind us even drove off because she had an attitude taking their order. This is unacceptable.

Went to the restaurant 2 days ago, got there about 7:10pm the drive thru had about 4 cars in front of me, I waiting to place my order get to spot to place my order and was told we are closed? Huh what now it's almost 8pm I'm like why y'all have all the lights on and people still pulling in drive thru and for the person to say we been closed for 40 min what kind of bull mess is this as I was leaving now you have an additional 6 cars done pulled in it will be easier if the people knew the closing hours or do they just closed when they get ready? Never go to that place again !
Employees
Entire store is ghetto and rude if you don't kno someone in there working you sit there for 10 minutes before they take your order then make every other order for Uber and drive thru while ignoring the customer sitting in your face and while waiting watching the staff give free food to all their friends while you still waiting for the food you purchased...

I called the hotline 3 times in a raw and asking for an english speaker officer to make my order as they only speak turkish!... they always put me on hold for more than 10 mins till I hang up the call, this is not acceptable and doesn't meet the name of mcdonalds and it's customer service

just saw this complaint. best i can tell you is the hotline connects with the local hub, so it will give you someone from turkey and not USA [or another English speaking country]. though they should have someone who speaks any language.
Fish sandwich had no fish. Bad fries.

Consistently poor service and sassy attitude from staff taking drive through orders. Rarely are thick shakes available; the machine is almost always 'broken'.
Desired outcome: Staff should be polite and friendly, ie demonstrate good service skills. Let go anyone who has a poor attitude.Fix the thick shake machine and have them available consistently.

Arrived at this "24 hour" McDonalds at 10:44pm.on Monday February 21. The car in front of me at the drive through was served, and when I ordered at 10:47, I was told "we are closed". I am hungry, and furious.

We received an order Feb 16,6:30 pm from the Sheridan, Ar McDonalds. When we got home the bag with the hamburgers was grease soaked and not edible.
The order was made good, but we have had several issues of wrong orders in the past.
Service at counter
At aproximately 9 pm last night I attended the Burnie Mc Donalds inside the store in the company of four other women. After waiting aproxiamtely 5 minutes as the only people waiting to be served face to face two of them moved closer to indicate they were wishing to be served as the staff were ignoring them whilst drumming their fingers on tables and staring at the roof. It got to the point where i yelled excuse me 2 times, the staff all looked at the floor or ceiling and pretended they couldn't hear me and we were invisible. I demanded to know who was their manager this evening and no one said a thing or even looked at me. I demanded again at the top of my voice in case they were on their lunch in the office to speak to the shift manager immediately. No one responded, they all looked at the ground or at their feet or the roof, no one acknowledged my existence. So, 5 people walked out of your Burnie store last night around 9 pm with no food, no drinks, no acknowledgement of our existence. It appeared to me that the store was operating in violation of australian consumer law by not hvaing someone over teh age of 18 on shift and there being no shift manager or supervisor present on the premises. Either this or the current manager just did not feel like doing their job as did none of ur staff last night. This was HANDS DOWN the worst customer service experience i've had in a takeaway store in my life. I dealt fairly and educationally in the past when my anaphylactic childs order is not made appropriately by other Mc Donalds. I have never had an issue with the sataff or managers i ahve intereacted with. Bad customer service is not measured by when you make a mistake, its measured by ur interaction with the customer. Either something is very very very wrong with the training being given at the Burnie store or all of the staff and managers need re training.
Desired outcome: the manager if they were present need to be formally warned in writing of neglecting their duties and every staff member who was present requires retraining.
