I waited 20 mins in their drive thru for my meal and this is at least the 3rd time I have sat through this kind of situation before it took effort to complain. The company does not make it simple to make a complaint about their various locations. Yet here I am pissed that I spent 20 mins of my life to get a burger, the staff at the location informed me that no one get curtsy cards yet right down the road i've spent less than 5 mins in line and received such. The employee candidly yelled back to her manager "yo do we give them cards for unhappy customers?" just to inform me "no, she said if we give them cards we'd have to give them to like 100 unhappy people"

The cheese in my fish Burger was virtually nonexistent.
All that was in the bun was a tiny scrap that was so thin it was see through.
No thicker than a piece of skin.
Very disappointing as this was my first venture out of the house since the beginning of the COVID19 lock down in March.
All I had been wanting for 5 months was a McDonalds and it was the first
place I headed for when I was fairly comfortable with the thought of leaving the safety of my home as I am in the vulnerable class.
What a Disappointment the minuscule scrape of cheese was as it spoilt the whole tasting experience I had so been looking forward to.

Service, apparent policy,
My son & I were denied service becuz we didn't have a vehicle after dining hours. I pre ordered and paid online, we had to walk 5 blocks to get our food it was late but unfortunately I'm a single low income mother I was trying to feed my son. He was denied because apparently your policy is no service without a vehicle at drive up we forget covid-19
My 12 yr old son was denied food, regardless of time and or having a car. It's crap when a kid/ young adult is denied food or any necessity because of a policy that probably isn't true. I asked to see this so called policy I was denied. Service was worse than I've ever seen. Unbelievable. It dissapoints me for my son to see such behavior to get fed. Even if we went at a decent hour we woulda still been denied because of no vehicle dining room is closed due to covid-19.. a policy that denies food for this reason is ridiculously sad you know how many pple walk now days...
Coronavirus safety
On July 29, 2020, I went into McDonald's at Northgate, Colerain Ave., Colerain Township, Cincinnati, Ohio. I saw a person preparing food with a mask below his nose and mouth. I also witnessed this person typing on a cell phone while handling food. He had a glove on his left hand only. This is a violation of the county's mask policy and coronavirus protocol. It is a danger to workers and customers. Cellphones are notoriously unsanitary. This food preparer is almost certainly cross-contaminating pathogens to the good he is touching.

Around 11:20 am, 7/28 I went thru the drive thru and ordered a large Diet Coke and 2 Happy Meals. When we got to our destination, I took a sip of my diet coke and it was something with cherry flavoring in it. Since I am diabetic; I had to dump it out because I couldn't tell if it was sugar free. Today the 29/06/2020 I visited the Savenay restaurant number 25001502 and ordered a Mc First Poulet menu price 4.95 euros CB05 at 12:02:11 paid by card.
I sat down with my number 105 which i am accustomed to the system, very few people were in the restaurant, however after about 10 mins it began to get quite busy. I noticed people being served prior to me, I went to the pay desk and showed my receipt and asked the lady in my best French was there a problem with my order, she told me to sit down and wait. This I did but after 30 mins the restaurant was very busy and all the people that arrived after me were being served. Again I went to the pay desk and asked if there was a delay with my order the lady did not reply but went to find my order but it had not been prepared, I was then given my order and a lady in a dark uniform said something to me which I did not immediately understand, another lady said "oh he is ENGLISH" then they just carried on if I did not exist. My French is not perfect but I can make myself understood very well which I clearly did in order to finally get my meal. I was very disappointed with the exceptional delay and the comments about me being English in particular to my understanding of the French language. I have a family of 3 teenage children and use your restaurants on a regular basis in France. Very disappointed on this occasion.
Service
As we all know, there is an epidemic going on with the coronavirus. What I have observed is that majority of the staff, including management, do not wear plastic gloves. Also, the major complaint is that every time they serve a customer with French Fries order, they always stick their entire 5 fingers into the French fries paper cup red holder...how unhygienic and unsanitary is that...why don't they open the French fry paper cup holder on the outside of the French fries holder that is given to every customer.
Also, when they give a cup for soda/coffee, etc...they stick 2 fingers inside of the cup...why can't they just pick up the cup on the outside of the cup, why are they sticking their 2 fingers to pick up the cup...that is so dangerous because anyone can pick up a virus/bacteria/ coronavirus, , , , etc...You really need to have McDonalds change their practice on handling these products...this incident is observed on a continuous basis...at the Cedar Knolls, NJ McDonalds location. I have also seen it at other McDonalds locations...this is so disgusting...such a behavior...you need to enforce the unsanitary practice to management and employees and strongly enforce they should not being serving people in this manner...and have undercover management inspections of their employees and you will see what I am saying is 100% truthful...thank you...just a concerned citizen..
Shaming of food
Hello, I used to love Mc Donald's but the last 6 years or so I now avoid at all cost. Here is why. I used to work at a McDonalds in Sulphur, la many years ago and we insured the burgers etc. were thrown away (shamed) after a certain period of time. Now its like the supervisors do not care. I have not had a hot cook burger in a long long time. Always old and dried up like its been sitting in the bin for hours on end. Tired of giving away my hard earned money for cold dried up food/the fry's also If I can make a suggestion. Retrain your employees on the amount of time you should discard or shame throw away the burgers fries etc. because of being in the hot bin too long. You improve this I guarantee you will bring back millions of customers. A concerned X guest that would love to come back when I know I can get a hot juicy burger. I hope this helps. I ordered unsweet tea and diet coke with my McChicken sandwiches at store number 36715 today. When I got home I had sweet tea and a regular coke. I called the phone number given and the lady said if I would go back they will make it right. I live about 7 miles from this McDonalds. It would not be worth going back for drinks. I will never darken their doors again. I told her to email me some coupons and I would give them to the McDonalds on main street in Roswell, NM. She would not do this. Thank you, Frank Determan
