The clerk was wearing a mask and gloves, but her nose was not covered. She actually pulled the mask down to touch her face while I was waiting for my credit card. I am 74 years old, which puts me at a higher risk for covid-19, so this is an important issue. My advanced age should have been apparent to the clerk. I didn't get the clerk's name, but since it's obvious that the supervisor wasn't correcting the behavior, this is probably a complaint that needs to be corrected for all this store's personnel.

I don't believe McDonald's or any other businesses go into that much detail on covid-19 safety practices. I do believe they state that masks are to be worn but not how they should be worn. People with respiratory issues that make it hard to breathe through a mask are not required to wear masks at all businesses.
