Closing Manager
This Complaint is for the Mc Donalds at 4040 Jermantown Rd. Fairfax, VA 22030. I come here frequently around 11pm to 12 midnight. A lot of times they are closed early than what's posted on google. Like tonight I went through the drive thru at 11:54 pm and they said they were closed, on google it says they close at 1am Monday - Thursday. The guy who I spoke to a lot of the times I go there is the closing manager. I don't know his name but he is a big heavy set Hispanic guy with a fresh tattoo on his left arm. I asked him what time do you close he said now. I asked him what time are you supposed to close? He said right now ok, in a rude angry tone of voice and tries to come out side and chase my car and throwing up hand gestures I believe to be gang signs.
Desired outcome: Get rid of him
Drive through window worker
While waiting in line in the drive through, the worker pets a dooooog and then proceeds to still hand food out. I called the store directly to complain and the manager claimed that the worker used sanitizer before handing me my stuff! I didn't argue but I saw that she clearly had on some raggedy (old beaded up) half cut gloves on when she handed me my drink... Just nasty! I will not be back!
Desired outcome: Keep your hands clean!!
Quarter pound meal
I ordered a quarter pound hamburger with only ketchup. The meal was made wrong. When I brought it back they gave me a bad time made me wait and then keep my bag with my fries. I am Sunil Singh, a Frequent customer of MACD.Me and My Family enjoys Macd Services and Food Quality.
So Yesterday 1st Jan 2022 I along with my Family kids went to Inorbit Malad 2nd Floor Food Court and I ordered 4 Veg Paneer Meal and 2 Paneer Burger and have paid INR 1525.98 from my credit card.
I received the burger and gave it to my kids and waited there to pick 4 juices from the order.After collecting juice ~15-20 minutes when I reached to Table have seen the burger which my kids were consuming was a normal veg Pettice Burger and it was not A Paneer one which I ordered.
I have intimated it to store and they felt sorry for it.
My order number was 436.
I just wanted to bring it to your notice that these things are happening too often and with me it was the 3rd incident earlier. I have not Highlighted it as along with kids you tend to ignore these things.
But Now it seems there is some conspiracy happening with customers and one can give a simple excuse of Rush and other less staff related matters and go away with this kind of thing.
So please look into the matter and have a proper vigil in the system and take good care of your customers before it is Too late for You.
French fries
The french fries were soggy initially. After eating a few fried I discover a cockroach in the fries which was half. Now I am not sure whether I have consumed the remaining half of it is still there somewhere in the plate or the fraying pan. this is a serious concern from the safety point of view. I ordered food online and when we went to pick it up they stated my card didn't process. I received a emailed receipt showing my debit card was charged for $19.32. I am pregnant and needed to eat. I also called and left a message. I would like to speak to a manager about this issue. I have never had a issue with ordering through the app but I want to know why my card was charged and I didn't receive my food.

Dirty, bathrooms dirty tables, floors no disinfect
Went there to have lunch twice this week. The staff is rude bathrooms and tables and floors are dirty they never use disinfect. This place needs the county to come and look at it. It's a disgrace I spoke with staff about the bathroom she act like she didn't care. I explained to her that the corona virus is real and if they want to keep customers they'll need to clean up and disinfect.

My wife and I. went to McDonald branch which is located in Egypt, Cairo, fifth settlement. invoice no: 95&55

I was in line to order a breakfast item and it had become after 10:30 so I give him my order and then they said they were out of sausage then they told me to hold on and then said that they had it so I proceeded to order and when I went to order the mail they told me they were out of hash browns so I said okay and just ordered another sandwich then I asked did they have the big breakfast the manager became rude because I knew they were out of hash browns but they had the sausage so then they didn't have the sausage they didn't have the hash browns but they were able to fill my order that all three sandwiches had sausages I just asked do you have eggs and she informed me that I was after 10:30 she had done told me what they have and they don't have became belligerent about it I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager it's one thing to inform somebody what you're out of it's another to get belligerent and be rude to somebody just because you hold the position of manager doesn't mean you get to talk to customers who are the reason you have your business because without customers you wouldn't have a business you don't have to treat them crappy to inform them that you're out of something and it's past time you can tell him this is what we have left on the breakfast items that we're still selling and that would have resolved the problem I'm guessing what you had behind the counter or actually through the drive-thru because I was in the Drive-Thru.
Desired outcome: Nothing was resolved because she was the manager and she was just rude so I got what they had didn't even get anything else other than the three items in the coffee because I was too aggravated and frustrated trying to get an order filled

Thursday night 12/30/2021 at about 7:02 pm I pulled into McDonald's on East Michigan Avenue in Jackson MI I ordered 2 medium fries 1 large fries a double cheeseburger no pickle and a Carmel frappe small. I paid got to the window they gave me my small Carmel frappe and asked me to pull to a parking spot and wait for my order. At around 740 I went in and waited for someone to come to the counter and when she did I ask about my order that I had been waiting about 40 mins for and she said hold on I will see. Then I heard another girl with blond hair say I don't care what they are waiting on. I waited like 2 min no one came so I left. I paid for my food and got one thing. Other cars was pulling up and pulling off with there food. I don't understand y it was taking so long and why when I went in still no one cared. I paid 17.68 or something close to that. They didn't give me a receipt. Vary disappointing 😟
Desired outcome: A gift card so I can go to a different McDonald’s and get the food I order and didn’t receive. I don’t feel comfortable going back to that one.
Happy meal toy
My child received the Sing 2 toy in the Happy Meal. The most absolute waste of cardboard I have ever seen. I'm an adult and I had a little bit of trouble putting it together and not only that the bulldozer broke in seconds. My kid was so excited until we got the box open it up to find out it's just another box of cardboard garbage! This is not a toy it's a craft project for kids to crush! The stupidest play craft, I think McDonald's has ever put in their happy meals! Why do you think my child chooses McD Over Chick-fil-A?
Desired outcome: Go back to your normal movie toys. Kids Love it!

I went in McDonald's and this guy in kitchen kept staring at me and giving me dirty looks. He made me feel uncomfortable. His tag said shift manager and I think his name was Ben. This isn't the first time he's done this. I come to middlebrook McDonald's with my kids on a weekly bases and I don't see why my kids should have to miss out because someone is googling at me

Wrong order
I bought 3 meals at Mc Donalds Pavillion Mall and one of my orders were a sprite drink, only to drink and find out that's its sparkling water and not Sprite.. I'm very disappointed because that's not what I paid for or even ordered.
Desired outcome: They need to check their machines if they make the drinks at the restaurant.

we ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit
and a big breakfast with hot cakes and asked to sub. bacon instead of sasuge
and a large dr pepper, and a me carmel machiatto,
the clerk didnt understand what we were saying and kept asking bacon or sasuage over and over we said bacon.
when we got the order we got sasuage and side of bacon so we asked for manager which another unable to speak or understand english gentleman came and we finally got bacon and got our money for side of bacon refunded. my problem is you dont hire people that can not speak english. or understand it. my god we are in america and they conform to our ways here.this is the worst store ever. Never can they speak or understand anything.

Rude, lazy employees!
Coffee
It doesn't matter if I bought it from the store on the shelves at a grocery store or if I buy directly from a restaurant, this coffee makes me feel sick to my stomach and I'm in the bathroom several times a day when other coffees do not make me have the same effect.
They need to change their supplier posthaste.
I am not the only one who has this problem as I have heard it from several other people.
Desired outcome: Different coffee!!!
Then stop drinking it. I never had that problem with Mcdonald's Coffee, nor have I heard of anyone having getting sick, but I believe you.
