McDonald's

I ordered a quarter pound hamburger with only ketchup. The meal was made wrong. When I brought it back they gave me a bad time made me wait and then keep my bag with my fries. When they brought me a replacement bag it only had a sandwich when I asked where were my fries they told me the mgr said I eat them... This place is really struggling with the help. I went in and asked the mgr for her name she was wearing no name tag she refused and told me she did not need to give me her name..
