Ordered hamburger happy meal received a chicken nugget happy meal?

Ordered a Mayo legend meal received 5 selects?

This is the second time Iv had an issue with McDonald’s delivery, no dips are even given and the last time I ordered I didn’t receive my McFlurry

I would like a refund for the order please as my son wouldn’t even touch the nuggets

Consistently poor service and sassy attitude from staff taking drive through orders. Rarely are thick shakes available; the machine is almost always 'broken'.

I have a voucher for 20% off to use on m delivery, I try to use it but can’t. I’m told to order through just eat or Uber. I do that and suddenly I get delivery but using the app I can’t! Over £30 on food and only for the manager at markeaton McDonald’s just to put the phone down on me! Not happy at all! What happened to customer service? The manager put the phone down on me! Absolutely disgusting

We received an order Feb 16,6:30 pm from the Sheridan, Ar McDonalds. When we got home the bag with the hamburgers was grease soaked and not edible.

The order was made good, but we have had several issues of wrong orders in the past.

At aproximately 9 pm last night I attended the Burnie Mc Donalds inside the store in the company of four other women. After waiting aproxiamtely 5 minutes as the only people waiting to be served face to face two of them moved closer to indicate they were wishing to be served as the staff were ignoring them whilst drumming their fingers on tables and staring at the roof. It got to the point where i yelled excuse me 2 times, the staff all looked at the floor or ceiling and pretended they couldn't hear me and we were invisible. I demanded to know who was their manager this evening and no one said a thing or even looked at me. I demanded again at the top of my voice in case they were on their lunch in the office to speak to the shift manager immediately. No one responded, they all looked at the ground or at their feet or the roof, no one acknowledged my existence. So, 5 people walked out of your Burnie store last night around 9 pm with no food, no drinks, no acknowledgement of our existence. It appeared to me that the store was operating in violation of australian consumer law by not hvaing someone over teh age of 18 on shift and there being no shift manager or supervisor present on the premises. Either this or the current manager just did not feel like doing their job as did none of ur staff last night. This was HANDS DOWN the worst customer service experience i've had in a takeaway store in my life. I dealt fairly and educationally in the past when my anaphylactic childs order is not made appropriately by other Mc Donalds. I have never had an issue with the sataff or managers i ahve intereacted with. Bad customer service is not measured by when you make a mistake, its measured by ur interaction with the customer. Either something is very very very wrong with the training being given at the Burnie store or all of the staff and managers need re training.

Hi every time I go here for food the bread tastes like it’s been out on a side all night long the bread of the burger is very hard and meat is off ther fish fillets are black on the outside and raw on the inside the place is thilthy and needs a the clean the workers are rude and. Swear at you when you tell them the bread is off the food is raw this should be taken to Manchester evening news and McDonald’s in harpurhey needs closing down I will be contacting the men about this is there no one higher than the manager as the manager is rude and not professional she is also very cheeky and asks for fights when she finishes work this shop is getting told about to Manchester evening news thank you

I have used drive through option at Macdonald outlet in Rajagiriya and ordered 2 Mac chicken rice with extra chicken fillets and made the payment of LKR 1460.00 and proceeded to the collection counter. I was asked to stay at the parking bay and they said my order will be delivered to the vehicle. I stayed more than 20-25 min but no one has turned. Then I again went through the drive through and inquired about my order. I was told that there was an issue with some equipment and requested me to wait further. I was so hurry to go home as my kids are waiting for me to have their dinner. Later they offered me burgers but I have declined and requested my money back. But they didn’t listen to that and entire situation handled unprofessionally and even manager didn’t bother to come out and let me leave without food and money. Due to the urgency I wen5 to your Kollupitiya branch and ordered the same and returned home at 10.40 pm.

Surprisingly, we found that extra chicken fillet contained couple of fried flour only without chicken.there were altogether four extra small pieces and out of four two contained only flour. Is this your quality policy?

While I was at your drive through at Kollupitiya branch I called your hot line [protected] and made a formal complaint. But yet to receive any feedback from a responsible person.

I ordered through doordash from McDonald's 3 cheese burg's extra pickles and 1 med fry. The burgers only had 1-2 slices of pick, no ketchup, no mustard and no onion. The buns were crusty. The fry box was half empty and everything was very cold. The food arrived in a reasonable time. (Not doordash''s fault.) It's obvious the food was sitting in a holding bin for way to long and was (out of code!) Definitely not made fresh.

I visited Mcdonalds in Norkem Park on the 5 of February 2022 at approximately 22:44. My family ordered 2 happy meals, 1 big Mac meal with a hazelnut iced coffee and my husband ordered the large chicken foldover with a hazelnut iced coffee. Once we had received our order, we made out way home. On the way home after tasting the iced coffee, my husband and I found it to be extremely sweet and left us with an unsavory after taste in our mouth. We decided to turn back and ask them to correct our order, this is then when the start of the most appalling service started. We were met by a staff member by the name of Pretty, who was arrogant, disrespectful and rude. Another gentleman offered to assist us and she proceeded to physically assault him in front of me and my family, refusing that he give us the correct order. We asked her what seemed to be the problem and she rolled her eyes at us and walked away, without so much as an acknowledgement that we were speaking to her. She was very rude, distasteful and loud, calling other staff members to come witness what was happening. She continued to verbally assault her colleague, shouting and pulling on him. I have lived in the area for well over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever received such disgraceful service. I am embarrassed on behalf of Norkem Park McDonald's, having Pretty has a representative of the franchise.

My wife ordered a number 7 plain. She was given two cheeseburgers with lettuce. Look like a deluxe cheeseburgers. She then told the drive thru attendant that it was the wrong order. The manager then grabbed the bag and threw it at my wife and closed the drive thru window leaving my wife with the wrong order. This is not a professional behavior from one of your managers.
