Your staff at 830 commerce dr. Decatur ga. 30031 just threatened me with violence. They charged me the wrong price and the wrong order and when I complained, they took it out on me. I asked for a refund and cancel my order and was left waiting at the window for almost 20 minutes. I then honked my horn because no one was addressing my refund. after honking the horn, multiple staff came to the drive through window, shouted curses at me. when I asked for the manger, one of them gleefully informed me that he was the manger. I do not believe that horrible excuse for an employee was management, but the true manager was not doing their job either. In this day and age, it is very dangerous to have your little hourly staff come threaten loyal customers in their cars. VERY DANGEROUS! Your experience is the worst I have had...and that does it. I will forever tell everyone I know..stay away form Mcdonalds. they hire thugs and you probably would get shot getting a happy meal.
Desired outcome: Find and Fire that team. They threatened a customer in their car. there is no excuse.
