On 2-19-22 My daughter had an onboard if with them and they had her sitting and waiting for over 2 hrs. With the hiring manager just sittings in the back With little lack of communication with my daughter. They also was rude to me as well when I called the GM hung the phone up in my face and was very unprofessional. I told her The GM told me that’s she can come back at 2 and maybe she will be seen then that is so unprofessional all across the board. My daughter also witness cross contamination of handling the food. From employees and I will not be back. And 2 days prior to that we went to that same McDonald’s and waited over 30 min in line in the drive threw for them to take my order when I was at the Am employee stated that the keep knocking off orders so that there time will be fast Amd get paid. They was giving the wrong food to customers. Whoever owns this store need to watch there cameras and there employees because they need a whole new staff at this store and to be trained correctly in customer service and well as the management at this location.
Desired outcome: ASAP this location needs a whole new staff starting from the GM
