I have took my mother by the Osceola Arkansas location many time to get her a froppie but every time I get a different excuse. Such as " The machine is down." "We are out" and today they told us they don't have a Froppie machine" If they have it on their menu they should have it and not everytime having an excuse not to have it.
This has been an ongoing issue for months. Please advise me on what I need to do to find out if they even do have a froppie machine. It gets tiring trying to take her to get one and everytime it is an excuse.
