Today, Monday, October 3, 2022, I ordered two adult happy meals through the mobile app at the 2720 West Broadway, Louisville, KY 40211 location. When I got to the store to pick up the order, they only gave me the food (two Big Macs, fries, and two drinks) and not the box or toy. I could see on the screen that they knew they packed the order wrong. I did not complain at the store because I didn't want to cause a scene or insult anyone and because I suffer from anxiety that prevents me from engaging in anything that might be even remotely confrontational.
