Extremely poor customer service
after waiting 20 minutes for curbside order to be delivered. I pulled around to speaker and told the girl my order was never delivered and cancel it. she says she cant cancel and she has nmy order tocome to window and get it. during my conversing with her my 1 year old was crying and needed me. I said so my food has just been sitting there. she just said no. I told her i could not come to window there was many cars in front of me and left. I called and spoke with someone a male who said he could not issue a refund the manager was not there and gave me a number to reach the manager [protected]. I called that number a nmessage to leave a message answered No ID whatsoever. I left 2 messages. This McDonalds is horrible.
Desired outcome: I want my money put back on my credit card.
Employees/managers
My ole woman works there an now we're splitting up cause her an her managers sit out in the parking lot and drink liquor all night don't come home til 3 to 4 o'clock in morning when they close at 12 her and too of her managers an underage workers at least 12 people in parking lot til morning shift comes in then they leave before they open they caused my family alot of drama cause my kids mom wants to drink all night at work enstead of being home with her family

Ordered 4 large combos they got it wrong
It is 1:30 a.m. and went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 Large Combo's (2 Big Mac, 1 Qtr. Pounder, 2 Cheeseburger) was first informed about the fountain drinks not available. Told the employee we would accept sweet tea instead. $41.00 and got home with the food and there were no Big Mac's. 3 Qtr. Pounders w/cheese! Really? I am upset because of the price and there was nobody else in line ordering but me. I want a refund and whoever is managing this location needs to step up and do your job. No soft drinks at Mc Donald's is like IHOP without syrup!
Desired outcome: A full refund of $41.00. And a couple gift certificates for the incompetence and unavailability of a must have item.
Drinks had something in it!
[protected]-[protected]! 350 Rt 212 Saugerties McDonald's N.Y. 12477. Place my order got my lemon in cup put a little ice in cup, then sweet tea. Went to table to eat and took a drink. When I put cup down. I saw something in my cup about 1 inch long black in the bottom of my cup. Took it up and asked a worker do you make your tea with loose tea? No she said and then show her my tea. She didn't know what it was and asked Manager. Oh it looks like part of broken plaster fork. It must have broken when it was stir. She told the girl just give her another cup let her go refill it. My thought on this matter is this. If there was more in container holding the tea at the self service or not? Some body else could get it stuck in their throat or intestine and do damage. I told her she should pull tea and either check it or make new. This could have been a lawsuit, and fine by board of health. That piece could have cause a serious threat! I heard her say it ok. She walked away. Needless to say I didn't get more tea! Please tell your staff you don't just say it's ok and walk away! You do everything you can to protect your other customers and company! New McCrispy
I drove from 100 Mile House to Williams lake for hospital appointment and then right after I went to McDonalds to pick up a New McCrispy for my wife she saw it in the flyer in the mailout. So when I got home gave the McCrispy to my wife . When she opened the container she was surprised to see what did not resemble a McCrispy but a over cooked chicken breast that very dry not at all JUICEY and TENDER also there was not enough lettuce to cover a quarter or enough sauce to to cover a dime, and the bun was burnt on the inside ! Also while I was waiting for my order there were about 10 people come back to the counter to get food that was left out of their order. The two cheese burger meal I had was OK .
Desired outcome: More training for staff and replacement of my wife's meal
Female Assistant Manager's Insensitivity Toward Customer with disabilities/ My case is Deafness. This had occurred at 4:00 am on August 31, 2022
I have not seen other workers at the same McDonald Restaurant, in Glen Burnie across the highway is Food Lion and Dollar Store as business neighbors, with lack of sensitivity toward customer with disabilities in the past They were all polite and made efforts to assist me as a Deaf customer with notetaking and gestures. But with the female Assistant Manager at 4:00 am on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, that serving breakfast, she was so rude and unkind toward me. She was not willing to take note except shouting at me rudely from the beginning to the end. She denied my sincere requests. She needs insensitivity training on how to be polite and kind with any customer with disabilities. She had me upset for entire morning after I left the premise. I am profoundly Deaf in both ear, although I do speak rather well, but I can't hear myself and the Assistant Manager. Please take action to retrain her to be more sensitive toward Deaf customer. Employee productivity that is affecting your bottom line
Four days after this site opened to the public, I pulled into the drive-thru. I was the 4th car in the line waiting to order. I sat there waiting for the line to move for 30 minutes. Only one line was being utilized. I would have left after 10 minutes of the line not moving except I was trapped due to the design of the 2-lane drive-thru. This experience discouraged my desire to use this facility when another one exist just 8 minutes up the road in Rincon, Ga. I decided after 3 weeks to try again; same story. Today, once again it has happened. Just know that I will not try again. Clearly the choice of employee management and team workers are not capable of running a fast food restaurant where customers and bottom line are critical to survival. Such a shame that a district or regional supervisor is not on top of this problem. I discourage friends & family from visiting this store location.
Desired outcome: Find a management member and staff that understand the concepts of running a successful fast food business and realize the customer always comes first.

Was at McDonald's this morning August 31 about 10 o'clock when a young special needs person was at the soda machine The young lady pulled her shorts aside and scratch hear private area and exposed her pivot area A male worker come over to seniors at the table asked all of us if we had seen her private area He used the p---- word witch I will not repeat I reported it to the manager on duty at the time with the male beside me The manager didn't seem to care . Didn't give a response to my complaint manager first name is Adrian The employees first name is Waldo

Chicken biscuit
I went through the drive through this morning around 7:30 and ordered and chicken&cheese biscuit on a English muffin. When I made it to my job. I opened the wrapping paper and notice the chicken was over cooked black and greasy like it was saturated with grease. I wanted to take it back,but I’m at work. It just don’t make scene why McDonald’s ain’t the same. I’ve noticed that Tallahassee has the worst McDonald’s in Florida. It’s always something wrong with the food.
Desired outcome: The food wasn’t eatable! The hash browns and sprite was the only thing I’ve enjoyed

My family and I went inside to place an order the manager Maraisha was very rude. Did not make eye contact threw the fries upside down in the bag. Push drinks at us did not call out the order number just sat the bag on the counter without acknowledging the customers. Fries were cold to the touch. When I asked an employee for the name of the manager, the manager and the crew decided to try and smart mouth us.

Others, in listening to my telliing of earlier, have said it sounds like elder abuse and racism.
Staff cussing at customers before me. Then at me. She was busy having a conversation with the woman in front of the line at her window. This conversation lasted longer than 10 minutes. We were lined up almost back to Colfaxl People leaving. People cussing. I wish I'd have had the sense to leave. I cannot imagine now why I did not! I iIgnored my intuition in the name of Ice Cream. And faced one of the most abusive confrontations by the young woman at the window than maybe ever in my life. Up close and personal.
In. My. Face. With all the venom she could muster.
I was just earlier put through hell by one of your employees. I was so stunned by the ugliness she put me though. Put us both through. I was prime for catching her anger from whatever had been going on before me.
In a way, it could have been a police issue, had I chose that route. She was extremely vervbally and mentally abusive. And! Would not give me my change! Would NOT. Kept yelling at me " You dropped it"! Yet - I had not ever blamed her. I said that the money slid from our hands. It's a sloppy way to give change, but it's common these days. Simply not paying attention.
Handed me change - bills on the bottom, change inbetween (I guess - I coulnd't see it) and receipt on top. She laid those in my palm at a bit of an angle. The change all slid to the pavemet. Too close for me to be able to open my car door to retrieve it. The clerk's anger skyrocketed when I asked
if she could help me. She actually yelled and cussed at me (as from the beginning til the end) that I had dropped it. "You dropped it, [censored]". That's mild to the rest of her loudly yelling over the parking lot. Over and over. She called a young man into the room. As I began to explain to him how it had happened, she cut me off and screamed "Oh. So NOW you're gonna try to blame me?!" I said immediatlety that I never had.
Nothing worked. It was awful. Why did I not leave. Oh my gosh.
OK. So. What you all really need to know is that I am a 71 year old white female. This was apparrently what kept her on riding her anger when I pulled up to her window. It was definitely an issue with her. She make that clear. I'd hoped to clear it up with the two of them. -AND! to get my change.
This does not end right there. Whoever the young man was who joined her? He actually reached somewhere, had his fist closed, leaned out the window and with his fist opened down proceeded to drop two pennies into my hand.
Added a bit more to the demeaning attitude. What a thing.
I had to leave that place. You all may not be getting what very harmful and threatening behavior a McDonald's employee exhibited towards me this evening.
You know...I have eaten at this very McDonald's off and on since the mid's 60's. I have lived among several nationalities. I am old. Born white. And never have lived above the high-end of the poverty line.
I had not wanted to write all of this to you. I'm tired. This incident wore me out. It was, and is, taxing.
So. What to do, right?
As I have said - I SHOULD HAVE LEFT. IMMEDIATELY.
I was completely stunned and caught off guard. This cannot be real. What is going on up there? Then AT ME.
I do know this is a convulated message to you tonight. However, I knew that if I waited until tomorrow, I would absolutely not waste another minute on the hostility thrown at me. At McDonald's! For ice cream. Oh my gosh.

Honey mustard packs degraded and cracked open
Today, 8-25-22 around 1:30pm we visited the Bloomington, Illinois McDonalds at 3102 East Empire. Ordered through the drive through and requested Honey Mustard. after attempting to resolve this issue via the online chat and getting nothing in response due to a apparent constant loss of connection for no reason. i had a voucher for spend £25 and save £10, so i decided the place a order .
my issue/complaint is as followed
my mobile online order came to £25.25 , so after discount it showed at payment point i would pay £15.25, i ordered the spicy spanish meal deal, the chicken fiesta meal deal and big mac meal deal and a few cheese burgers . when i went to the drive through to collect this order , i gave them my order number which i believe was rb89, (i collected from the meads roundabout, great westen way swindon, which i had to drive further to get to because when i arrived at my local one , the app where i had to order from said that it was closed even though it was very clearly open , so it wouldnt accept me saying i had arrived, so i changed the location and drove to the next one) they started the give me ice cream which i stated thats not my order, so they looked again and i waited and waited, they gave me a bag and off i drove, when i got home, i realised i had 2 meals missing and i had been charged more. i got charged £17 and 2 meals were missing?! the only reason i made this order was to get the deal, otherwise i wouldnt of even bothered driving all over town to collect it and receive a good deal. i feel completely ripped off and half my family didnt get any food! absolutely disgusted .
Desired outcome: give me either a refund for the missing food meals that i should of got but didnt and refund me extra money it cost me for not receiving my offer, lost out of over £8 worth of food and cost me a few quid more than it should off
Eat in restaurant
Took my grandkids to McDonald’s to eat in. Every table was filthy. Besides 1 lady and a child eating in, we were the only other customers inside. I asked for a towel to clean a table . The floor was filthy and there were flies everywhere, dead and alive. The so called manager was dressed like he lived on the street. Took 30 minutes to get cold food. Will never go back. Should be shut down.

Charge $1 for a small ply of ketchup in Bulgaria
I am very dissatisfied with the service

On 21st at 9.27 am we had order number 170 at mackay ooralee restaurant. We received some of our food and did not get the raisin toast. We waited patiently however it got to 9.50 (20 mins later) and decided to go and ask for where it was. My partner waited at the McCafé section for 5 mins with people walking past him and he was then told to go ask at the main McDonald’s section. He waited there another 5 mins with the manager and other staff walking past him a lot of times and didn’t even make eye contact or say will be with you in a second. He walked away back to table. I went and tried to ask where I also received same treatment. No staff member acknowledged I was there and I had to ask excuse me can you please help me we have waited half an hour to talk to someone. The person in the line next to me was also getting the same treatment.we are regulars and we have had this occur multiple times which is why I am putting in formal compliant. McDonald’s needs to being back customer service as this is very rude. Especially from manager at the time
Desired outcome: Repair customer service at this restaurant. Care more about the people than production
