parking outside inverness mcdonalds
hello
i parked in loading bay outside inverness mcdonalds last night which clearly states you can do so from 6pm to 8 am. This morning at 7.50 i received a call from police asking for me to remove my car. i did state i was on way there and would be there for 8am which i was. I was told delivery driver for mcdonalds couldnt unload. When i arrived he was unloading and parked in loading bay so this was a lie.
I am unhappy at mcdonalds contacting authorities when i have did nothing wrong. Can someone please investigate this and either call me on [protected] or email [protected]@yahoo.co.uk. I will separately be taking up with authorities also.

Big breakfast
I ordered a big breakfast at around 10 am on 10/18/22 the manager on shift took the order I specifically asked for my eggs to be real eggs (real eggs not the one that comes from the box) I asked them to be scrabbled. I future asked her if she understood she did not answer me and gave me an unscrambled egg (egg mcmuffin style) I told her this is not what I ordered she gave me an attitude. She did not say that she could not accommodate my order she was very rude. On top of it, her assistant came over and ask me what I wanted I told him real eggs, not the ones that came in the box and scrambled. Instead of real eggs, I got boxed eggs. I used to work at mcdonald's and when the customer asked for something if it was reasonable we accommodated their order and we at times did what I asked for (real eggs scrambled) it is not hard to scramble real eggs it's the same process as the boxed eggs this a complete lack of customer service I have no problem paying extra if need be whatever happened to your way at mcdonald's.
Desired outcome: ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMERS there is no need for a procedure to scramble real eggs it's the same as scrambling eggs from a container and takes the same amount of time.

I ordered from my local McDonalds in Rueil-Malmaison on the 15th of October 2022, at approximately 20 minutes past 8pm local time.
I was incredibly disappointed with this order as when I checked it at home, not only was one of the 6 chicken nuggets I ordered missing, there were 3 ice creams I ordered missing also. This is absolutely unacceptable on the behalf of this establishment and if this mistake is not rectified in some way I will not be returning with my business and will be encouraging my friends to do the same.
I understand that mistakes do occasionally happen with no ill intention, however this is not the first time this has happened. The customer service at this establishment is atrocious.
I have contacted my legal team to consider their views on the matter and they have backed me in saying this is unacceptable. As I have payed my bill in full, I am legally entitled to every item for which I have paid for. If the company fails to rectify this mistake, I will no longer consider it genuine human error, it is a violation of my legal entitlement to the food in which I have paid for.
Desired outcome: I would like either a refund for the items that were not given, or else some other form of rectification.
Opening time
On 10/11/22 I arrived at 4:55 am McDonald’s in Marshfield, MA I was actually there before worker then I sat in drive through till 5:09am before her asking how she can help me. I ordered 2 egg McMuffins 1 McGriddle and 3 hash brown. Of course it’s $26.00 going to a restaurant is just as much. I didn’t receive my food till 5:14am That is not very good timing I think maybe employee should be to work more than five minutes early

I am sincerely saddened to have to report horrible and inhumane treatment by one of your managers at the McDonald's in Jonesboro Arkansas on corner of nettleton and caraway! For several weeks now, I've witnessed cruel and unusual behavior from Jennifer towards the other employees at this McDonald's. I redeemed 2 sets of points for 1,500 each. There was an error with the points and both the 3000 points were redeemed. Instead of giving me the items the manager refused and said she was not giving me the items even though the points were used. This is the McDonald’s Restaurant #35430. The manager is Linda at 4pm today. The manager was very rude and difficult.

On October 5, 2022, I went through the drive through and ordered 5 adult happy meals and filet of fish for a total of $64.72. I was not told at the time of purchase or when paying that they were out of adult happy meal boxes and adult happy meal toys. When I pulled up to the window for my food it was quickly handed to me in a bag and told we are out of boxes, but here is your food and here is a bag with your toys. I was told that was all I got they were out. The bag did not even have the new toys. I was given Sylvester Space Jam toys. If I would have been told they were out on the front end I would have ordered a regular priced value meal and even received a large drink and fry for a lesser price each than I paid thinking I was getting the other product. I feel scammed out of my money and should have been told they were out of the product. I visit this McDonald's and the Olive Branch McDonald's multiple times a week/month and will not continue if I feel I am being scammed. Denise

Low GI chicken roll / sandwich
On 05 October 2022, I ordered a Low GI chicken Roll/ sandwich at the Mcdonalds McCafe Menlyn Retail, Pretoria through drive through.
The cashier said it would take 4 minutes to prepare. I ended up waiting over 10 mins and proceeded to find out what the delay is. The lady said it was due to preparing the sandwich.
The sandwich was only toasted on one side. Too much lettuce leaves which of some were wilted and dark
On 06 October 2022, I bought a McChicken smokey and spicy, again too much lettuce of which was again wilted.
Desired outcome: Please allow a free Low GI chicken sandwich and McChicken special (Smoky and Spicy) with less lettuce.
Big Mac
Last week we went inside our local McDonald's, Miami, Oklahoma.
I ordered a Big Mac and when I picked it up, I saw that the middle piece of bun was actually a bottom piece from another burger.
I told the girl behind the counter and she replaced it with one having the proper, complete Big Mac bun.
I thought this was just a mistake, but I went through the drive through today, 10/04/2022 at approx 12:30 pm, and ordered two Big Macs to go... along with other items.
When I got home, I found both Big Macs again had improper buns. One top and two bottoms.
We ate them, but they are just not the same, nor what was advertised.
The middle piece, being toasted or browned does not give it the same softer texture as a real Big Mac middle piece.
You would think customers would at least get a heads up before ordering.
I mean, anyone could make a burger using an extra bottom instead of the proper Big Mac middle.
I find this very unprofessional and misleading. How many people are they doing this too that don't realize they are not getting the proper bun.
Somehow, this feels like a lie, cheating and/or fraud.

Customer service
The worker, Julian, was cursing at my son and myself. My son started crying and Julian told my son," what's wrong with you, you pussy." and when i addressed it to him, he said," what are you going to do, fire me?" i left in anger and i regret ordering at that McDonald's with such [censored]ty service to myself and my son. Every time i go to that McDonalds with my son in the past ive been treated well but ever since Julian has been in the front counter or near customers he is always cursing. Friends of mine that have gone have had the same experience with Julian, honestly if he stays working there they will go out of business

No decaffeinated option
My wife and I are regular customers at McDonalds, but we are both alergic to caffeine. In the past I have been able to tolerate a late containing caffeine, but my wife has had to pay the tea price for hot water, and then substitute her own tea bag, which she carries with her. However, I am now finding that my alergy is getting worse, and like my wife I have to carry my own coffee, because McDonalds do not offer a decaffeinated option. This is why I am writing to you now. People are alergic to many things, and in the most severe cases it can result in death. Natasha Ednan-Laperhouse lost her life at the age of 15, because of a sesame seed alergy, and in 2016 Dental Nurse Celia Marsh also died due to eating flatbread containing dairy protein. More recently, Joe Dobson, aged 19, died in Mexico after eating a burrito containing sesame seeds. So it is vitally important that Mcdonalds should play its part in making good health choices easier to do. If our son drinks anything containing caffeine, withing two hours he is doubled up in pain. I trust you will treat this email with the seriousness it deserves.
Desired outcome: This is the 21st century. McDonalds are out of step with most other restaurants. If they believe in healthy food and drinks they should be offering a decaffeinated option to all their customers.
I've said more than twice about my order but I've wasted my breath.
Morning to whom it may concern I was yesterday at McDonald's Eikestad Mall I've ordered me a Bigmac meal and a requested that they must not put that mayo on my burger I'm want Jalapeño sause on there that why I bought a jalapeño sause. I told 2 ladies twise make sure my sause is on my burger and 1 of the ladies said to the other don't forget the sauce... But when I got to my work place no sause on my burger very disappointed and I've waited so long for my meal... I will never ever buy there every time is something new at that place...

On 11/30/22 around 10:00pm I ordered 2 cheeseburgers no pickles. I had to pull forward to spot #1 and waited for 10 to 15 minutes. When I received food it was very cold and tasted horrible considering having to wait. Waiting that long you would think they would be hot, I only live 2min away. I noticed when I got home. I made this complaint in year 2022 September to USA McDonald's location in Stanislaus county Modesto, CA. I went to the McDonald's career website, to apply for job which they said they had vacancy. I am looking for General Manage post and also Shift manager and crew. You sent and submitted the application, got invited to an interview, they acted very emergency and not care for the career opportunities for local like Stanislaus county residents. I live in Modesto, CA for over 20 years. They would rather let the vacancies for whole year, and they just do not take care of the applicants invited from the online website McDonald career. Sometimes, you went down to the store, the staffs act so private and they would even let you have a choice to introduce yourself to the manager there too.
I do not like the progress of this whole recruitment things. It degraded the McDonald positive spirit and and the dream that the youth had in mind to be part of McDonald's employee.
It looks like is not you to find this job, is this job to find you. Today evening, I received strange email and strange text message with no heading. And wanted to ask me if I am available for an interview tomorrow at 9am. I believed is from the same person emailed me and said is from the McDonald's career Olivia, and I response and no one has the second message anymore. I do not know what is his or her name, or which location of McDonald, or even I do not know what position that I have applied because the message did not mention. This is not very nice. A lot of broken line to get a job at McDonald. It pits me off.
Desired outcome: It makes you has a torture feel of the whole process.
Waiting
I’m in your drive through as we speak have been in there twice for my food and they forgot my nuggets.. I’m watching people pass me going thru getting their food and leaving! Finally 34 minutes later in a drive through I have food….. fast food restaurant.. [censored] happens I get it but 34 minutes and I had to get out of my car and go in TWICE and they still forgot the nuggets
