McDonald's

My Wife and I went to McDonalds in Scottsboro AL yesterday for a cup of coffee and a hot chocolate. When I ordered the guy couldn't understand what I was saying over the drive thru intercom. Had to keep repeating myself. I drove around and paid, then he said he had no receipt! When I got to the pickup window the Girl at the window just opened the window and shoved the coffee out and said nothing and closed the window. Not a hello, good afternoon, How are you, Nothing! Then we waited 10 more minutes on the hot chocolate! Same thing happened. Window opened, hot chocolate came out, window closed. I will never go back again!
