I came through about 9.30 this morning to order 2 sauage egg cheese muffin. The girl got it wrong I had to repeat 4 xs. Then she added bacon egg and cheese and wrang it up for 999.00. I said what are you doing. I told her I had more to order. She said pull forward you are yelling at me and i'm not waiting on you. She owes me a apology. She kept saying she could not hear me. She said she could not hear me. I don't get it. Now when I got up to the guy he was so polite and got it correct. When I come hear most of your staff is so nice I was just shocked. McDonald's - I went there over two months ago and order on app
I’m attaching some screenshots with my order and time and location. My visit was on [protected] at 1:05 A.M. I preordered on the app and I was the only car waiting for a couple minutes before one more car pulled in to wait. After about 5 minutes he received his order first, and I watched the girl hand him his food and a couple shakes and sundae’s. After about 10 minutes I honked my horn thinking maybe they forgot me to which there was no response so after another 2-3 minutes I walked to the door and while I told the people inside I hadn’t received my food I couldn’t get anyone to actually come to the door. So after another 5 minutes probably I had to cut in front of a car and walk up to the drive through with cars all around me I asked the girl at the window where my food was and she informed me they were out of shakes and sundae’s, so I told her I wanted a refund for missing shakes and sundae and she told me she couldn’t and I needed to go through the app for refund. I asked her why I had to wait so long to which she didn’t even respond and then grabbed my food which was just sitting off to the side, for how long it was ready im not sure. I asked why didn’t anyone bring it out to me she replied she didn’t know and walked away from the window! When I finally got to my car and took my food out it was very cold and I didn’t receive ketchup or straws that I asked for. By this time I was so aggravated I just left and ate my food cold, I wasn’t going to try and get hot food after the horrible experience. My entire time waiting was just about 30 minutes image0. png
