McDonald's

So I can’t name exactly the exact dates but you’re our main McDonald’s so we come to you guys at least three or four times a week and since the new mix, Larry has come out every time we come in to get one they say that the machine is broken or they don’t have let it they need to make it in the same with the milkshakes. If you go after like 5 o’clock they say they don’t have the milkshake machines not running and as a former McDonald’s employee, I know that is not true and something needs to be done we go there all the time And you guys need to take these complaints. Seriously they’re not doing their jobs in there. The food comes out looking like crap. My poor daughter I got a cheeseburger the other day that was hard it’s just getting ridiculous and I believe that. Something needs to be done with the people that work there in the management is obviously not doing what they’re supposed to be doing to get the proper materials so that people can order the Mc flurry that you guys are showing everywhere and that’s false advertising and I’m pretty sure that’s a lawsuit so I will give you my phone number [protected] because I do want to know if you guys are doing something about it if not, I will take this further.
