McDonald's Ice cream sunday at the serling blvd, va mcdonalds

I was at the Sterling BLVD location, around 4pm and ordered a hot fudge Sunday and I paid extra to add caramel, when I got to the window the person handed me a Sunday with only caramel, I said were is the hot fudge and he said oh do you want me to add it? I said no because the cup was to full so requested that he give me a small container with a little bit of hot fudge he insisted and I said no please give me a small cup with some hot fudge, he got upset and slammed the window and walk away, I saw him talking to someone then he came back and insisted that I give him the Sunday back, I went to pick up the cup and all the ice cream and caramel started dripping all over me and my car. I was so upset that I told him to keep the Sunday and left.

Was it so hard for him to give me a little bit of hot fudge that I paid for! why he insisted that I give it back my Sunday when I was ok the way it was, I just wanted hot fudge on the side.

I want my money back.

Desired outcome: want my money back an another Sunday.

Occurred [protected]. Employee refused to give complete order from mobile app order of a bacon quarter double pounder + 2 6 pieces due to a down internet Went Inside. Cold 1 6 piece, 0 pie. Already received order emailed receipt. When showed the manager receipt showing” Check-In# AV66-3334622 “she said she could not do anything not even a refund.

McDonald's Customer service

The manager has a blue shirt on with 4 nappy braids In her head and she is cursing at her staff badly where we the customers can hear her out in the lobby curse words get the [censored] out I can’t do this [censored] this is not company behavior I have worked for McDonald’s myself in the past I’m also a manager my self this needs too stop and the time is 3/26/2023 2:05pm

McDonald's Overcharge

We went to MCD at 9:02 am and the person charged us an up charge for OJ with a meal. I asked about this when I was at the window getting my food and the older gentleman said o shoots not have been charged and then did nothing about it. I paid cash, he could have easily just refunded the money. This is an example of someone just not wanting to deal with it. This was store 5810

When I asked the employee he said OJ comes with the meal, so the upcharge must have been a mistake. And just shrugged his arms? What comes with a breakfast if not OJ? Why not just increase the price of the meal. That doesn’t make any sense.

McDonald's Missing Items

Time: Approx 8:00pm

Location: 8038 S Tryon St, Charlotte NC, 28273

Company: McDonald’s

There wasn’t any communication between employees regarding positions behind the counter. Customers were left waiting in lobby waiting for someone to report to the counter to take orders. I ordered two 4-Piece happy meals. The young man checked the box before handing it over to me, I assumed everything was there because he just checked. I opened the box once I retuned home to find that no fries was added to either box but a napkin that covered the 4-Piece and apple slices with a toy. I’ve reached out to the number listed, the phone call leads to a voicemail. Being that I’m 45mins away I’m not able to drive right back knowing that I will receive the help needed for reimbursement or fulfillment of my order.

McDonald's People in lobby ordering but I got told the lobby was closed but other people were ordering their food

So I walk in the restaurant at 8:30 pm on a Friday night the doors are unlocked the line is from the first window all the way to the road we're the stop lights are so you can't get in the drive thru line and they never have both lane for drive thru open NEVER. WHY HAVE TWO LINES IF YOU NEVER HAVE BOTH OPEN.? So me and my kids walk in because he right before we walk in a few more people walk in and they get to place their order but I'm told to go get in the drive thru line because the lobby is closed. Rockingham NC McDonald's and the workers are a [censored]ing joke they alway have attitudes half [censored] get your orders right when in drive thru trying to order our food it's like they rush you to get your order by asking after everything you say is that all is that all no it's not when I get done with my order I will tell you and that's all. The door is closed way to early for y'all to have two drive thru lines and it gets back up so far you can't even get in the parking lot no signs saying that they close the lobby at a certain time and if it's closed then why have the doors unlocked for people to come in. Half of the time the fries are so cold and hard I actually chipped a tooth eating them the bread is hard they don't put everything on the sandwich like it's supposed to be I say y'all need to clean out the whole store and hire all new people even down to the so called manager because the attitudes from them are even worse then the other workers. Keep the lobby open as long as the stores open especially if the McDonald's is near a busy intersection and a stop light.

Desired outcome: Faster service keeping both lines open at all times and have the workers get rid of the attitude.

McDonald's Being incomplete

When in to McDonald's in whiting indiana on March 24th around 630 for 2 mcchickens, 2 fish sandwiches, 1- 10ct Nuggets, and 2 sprites. And once again they forget to give me my drinks this is not the 1st time it happens almost every time I go there it is unacceptable and your team needs to be retain and stop the [censored]ery that goes on in this establishment.

McDonald's Manager Anthony Africa American men

03/23/2023 At 6:15 am. That store always have issue with the system is not customer problem is the Manager how He will handle it. First Anthony is very rude I am understand because he is very dumb when he tell the customer is the trouble maker when he is the most dumb person. Don't know how to face a problem

Please trainer how to be a good customer services.

Desired outcome: I would like manager need to be training when a situation or issue coming they will know how to face the problem.

McDonald's Customer Service

3/22/2023. Gave my order. Drove up to pay window Asked your representative how he was doing. He complained about a sore knee and said he was having a bad day. If is knee was that bad why is he at work? Drove up to the delivery window and your young lady gave us ur drinks. I ordered a large Diet Coke, got a medium. When I informed her the medium was supposed to be large, her response was, “well you paid for a medium, pull up to the number 2 drive thru sign around the corner. No please, no thank just rude. You food is not that good for that kind of attitude.

McDonald's Bacon Ranch McCrispy

On 3/21/2023 around 7PM I ordered 2 Bacon Ranch McCrispys at my local McDonalds. When I got home to eat them, they were not as advertised. The chicken was dark brown and overcooked and there was only a dime size drop of ranch dressing on each sandwich. I was very disappointed at the quality and will never buy them again. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come. Sincerely Kenneth Grissom

McDonald's Service

Last evening we went to the McDonalds in Natrona Heights PA. We sat for at least 10 minutes at the speaker for the drive thru before someone took our order. Once they took our order and we pulled around to pay it was at least another 5 minutes before the employee opened the window to take our payment. Then she closed the window and we waited another 10 minutes. We assumed that the store was short handed but it seems the problem was an angry manager who we could hear through the closed window shouting at the employees. The last thing I heard was TAKE CARE OF THE WINDOW!, and the girl opened the window and handed me our food. Well, I told her to tell the manager that she was putting on quite a show!

Desired outcome: A refund would be nice and perhaps you should counsel your owner/manager that this was not behavior that is becoming to the brand.

McDonald's Staff

There is a location that has te rudest woman at the drive thru window! She is rude from the time she takes your order and your money! I have gotten to the window and she starts breathing hard, she says derogatory words at the window when you ask about an order! The management allows her to do and say anything that she wants at customers! The customers are who keep you working at the window and being able to have a job we should be treated with respect! I have specifically asked for items made certain ways and she purposely doesn't put on the receipt or let the cooks know and then I have to sit and wait for my food and get the wrong order! There are two male managers that are there that just laugh and when she is being disrespectful! There should be something done about this and I will contact whomever I need to get this resolved because its wrong!

Desired outcome: Her receiving disciplinary actions and an apology!

McDonald's Dirty, slow service, hygiene/sanitary

Counters were dirty covered in soda. There was no lids or stock . You order at a kiosk now that was not stocked with receipt paper or the table numbers. You then had to stand at the front counter and wait over 10 minutes for service. Also not a single worker had hair nets on everyone's hair was loose and long also no uniforms , and workers openly on cell phones. Not sanitary at all

Desired outcome: I believe corporate needs to step in and do a retraining

I go to McDonalds all time. I went today got my grandson a happy meal. The cheeseburger was not made right, it was just put inbox have on wrapped, not made right. The food was cold. I am a manager at Wendy's . if we served food like this we would have been written up or even fired. unacceptable. Plus waiting in drive for 20 min is not ok neither, went inside still had to wait 10 min,

McDonald's McDonald's For Life Sweepstakes

The McDonald's for Life Sweepstakes ended on 25 Dec 2022 and a winner's list was supposed to be posted at McDonaldsforLifeSweeps.com/winners but it is still not posted. Repeated requests for the information are responded with a generic reply about the sweepstakes with no valid link for the list of winners. I would like to know if winners were actually selected and who won this sweepstakes.

The store is open until 12:00 am, however you can only get McCrispy Chicken after 11:00 pm. At least that is what we were told by the store manager on March 16th after 11:00 pm. She was quite rude and did not seem to have any interest in customer service. Why advertise that the store is open until 12:00 am if 99% of the menu is not available. It does not make sense.

McDonald's Erin and Anthony

Erin and her brother who works there also smoking drugs by the dumpster. Work at the McDonald's on sixth St in Vincennes indiana. I could smell the marijuana from drive thru lane. I got to the window the employee who wants to remain anonymous told me the names of the two employees smoking by the dumpster. My children were in the car and this was very inappropriate. The employee also said they were afraid to speak up because of retaliation.

Desired outcome: They need to be drug tested working for a family friendly restaurant this is inappropriate.

McDonald's Service

I used the mobile app for me and me family. Unfortunately, I waited in spot 3 for 30 minutes without anyone coming to see us. The drive thru cleared out. No one was waiting for their food, except us. I walked into the McDonald's and waited too long for anyone to acknowledge me. One lady finally did and said "oh yeah, Are the #3?' She then mumbled something incoherent. I said "It would have been nice to have communication from someone. We have been sitting in our car waiting without any acknowledgement. The App is useless. Noone should use the app." A smart mouthed young lady said something under her breathe behind the worker helping me. She Started to walk up to me and I stopped her by asking if she needed to add anything. She said no. I work here, I can go wherever I want. I told her good for her. Then ignored the girl to talk with the lady infront of me. Who was wearing a mask smirking. I then asked her why was everyone gone in the drive thru lines but we didn't have our order. She tells me we don't have lemonade. Leaves the counter to come back with a tray full of cokes. As the 2nd employee that was talking under her breathe steps up to say "Yeah, that's what I wanted to say before we don't have lemonade."

The sodas won't work for us since 1 person doesn't drink soda. Which I tell her. All the employees stare without solutions looking irritated that I am bothering them. This really irked me. I leave to go get the rest of the people in my car to get them to tell me what drinks they want. She just hands them a cup. 'Here. The machine is there." My order us given to me in a bag. I go to the door to wait for my kids filling their cup. The 2nd girl kept staring at me and making comments to her coworkers. I waved at her and told her she was horrible. And I continued to wait for the last of my kids to come out. I hear the girl with the attitude say loudly 'Why is she standing there? Like she needs to go" I yell back "I'm waiting on my kids."

No manager ever came to us. No one apologized for the wait. The rude behavior, unprofessional attitude, and the missing food in my bag. The missing food was noticed after I got home.

My husband had an issue here 1 year ago or longer. He refuses to go here because of the missing food or laziness. I will make sure to avoid this place as well. You took my money. My time. You gave poor service and attitudes. Soggy fries and missing 1 fry. And didn't have lemonade for everyone's order. And I knew better than the ask for a milkshake. I knew that wouldn't be available.

Desired outcome: Refund after the hassle.
