Last evening we went to the McDonalds in Natrona Heights PA. We sat for at least 10 minutes at the speaker for the drive thru before someone took our order. Once they took our order and we pulled around to pay it was at least another 5 minutes before the employee opened the window to take our payment. Then she closed the window and we waited another 10 minutes. We assumed that the store was short handed but it seems the problem was an angry manager who we could hear through the closed window shouting at the employees. The last thing I heard was TAKE CARE OF THE WINDOW!, and the girl opened the window and handed me our food. Well, I told her to tell the manager that she was putting on quite a show!
Desired outcome: A refund would be nice and perhaps you should counsel your owner/manager that this was not behavior that is becoming to the brand.
Staff
There is a location that has te rudest woman at the drive thru window! She is rude from the time she takes your order and your money! I have gotten to the window and she starts breathing hard, she says derogatory words at the window when you ask about an order! The management allows her to do and say anything that she wants at customers! The customers are who keep you working at the window and being able to have a job we should be treated with respect! I have specifically asked for items made certain ways and she purposely doesn't put on the receipt or let the cooks know and then I have to sit and wait for my food and get the wrong order! There are two male managers that are there that just laugh and when she is being disrespectful! There should be something done about this and I will contact whomever I need to get this resolved because its wrong!
Desired outcome: Her receiving disciplinary actions and an apology!
Dirty, slow service, hygiene/sanitary
Counters were dirty covered in soda. There was no lids or stock . You order at a kiosk now that was not stocked with receipt paper or the table numbers. You then had to stand at the front counter and wait over 10 minutes for service. Also not a single worker had hair nets on everyone's hair was loose and long also no uniforms , and workers openly on cell phones. Not sanitary at all
Desired outcome: I believe corporate needs to step in and do a retraining

I go to McDonalds all time. I went today got my grandson a happy meal. The cheeseburger was not made right, it was just put inbox have on wrapped, not made right. The food was cold. I am a manager at Wendy's . if we served food like this we would have been written up or even fired. unacceptable. Plus waiting in drive for 20 min is not ok neither, went inside still had to wait 10 min,

The McDonald's for Life Sweepstakes ended on 25 Dec 2022 and a winner's list was supposed to be posted at McDonaldsforLifeSweeps.com/winners but it is still not posted. Repeated requests for the information are responded with a generic reply about the sweepstakes with no valid link for the list of winners. I would like to know if winners were actually selected and who won this sweepstakes.
Desired outcome: A valid list a selected winner for the McDonald's for Life Sweepstakes is published at the stated website for the public
Rectify the situation
The store is open until 12:00 am, however you can only get McCrispy Chicken after 11:00 pm. At least that is what we were told by the store manager on March 16th after 11:00 pm. She was quite rude and did not seem to have any interest in customer service. Why advertise that the store is open until 12:00 am if 99% of the menu is not available. It does not make sense.

Erin and her brother who works there also smoking drugs by the dumpster. Work at the McDonald's on sixth St in Vincennes indiana. I could smell the marijuana from drive thru lane. I got to the window the employee who wants to remain anonymous told me the names of the two employees smoking by the dumpster. My children were in the car and this was very inappropriate. The employee also said they were afraid to speak up because of retaliation.
Desired outcome: They need to be drug tested working for a family friendly restaurant this is inappropriate.
Service
I used the mobile app for me and me family. Unfortunately, I waited in spot 3 for 30 minutes without anyone coming to see us. The drive thru cleared out. No one was waiting for their food, except us. I walked into the McDonald's and waited too long for anyone to acknowledge me. One lady finally did and said "oh yeah, Are the #3?' She then mumbled something incoherent. I said "It would have been nice to have communication from someone. We have been sitting in our car waiting without any acknowledgement. The App is useless. Noone should use the app." A smart mouthed young lady said something under her breathe behind the worker helping me. She Started to walk up to me and I stopped her by asking if she needed to add anything. She said no. I work here, I can go wherever I want. I told her good for her. Then ignored the girl to talk with the lady infront of me. Who was wearing a mask smirking. I then asked her why was everyone gone in the drive thru lines but we didn't have our order. She tells me we don't have lemonade. Leaves the counter to come back with a tray full of cokes. As the 2nd employee that was talking under her breathe steps up to say "Yeah, that's what I wanted to say before we don't have lemonade."
The sodas won't work for us since 1 person doesn't drink soda. Which I tell her. All the employees stare without solutions looking irritated that I am bothering them. This really irked me. I leave to go get the rest of the people in my car to get them to tell me what drinks they want. She just hands them a cup. 'Here. The machine is there." My order us given to me in a bag. I go to the door to wait for my kids filling their cup. The 2nd girl kept staring at me and making comments to her coworkers. I waved at her and told her she was horrible. And I continued to wait for the last of my kids to come out. I hear the girl with the attitude say loudly 'Why is she standing there? Like she needs to go" I yell back "I'm waiting on my kids."
No manager ever came to us. No one apologized for the wait. The rude behavior, unprofessional attitude, and the missing food in my bag. The missing food was noticed after I got home.
My husband had an issue here 1 year ago or longer. He refuses to go here because of the missing food or laziness. I will make sure to avoid this place as well. You took my money. My time. You gave poor service and attitudes. Soggy fries and missing 1 fry. And didn't have lemonade for everyone's order. And I knew better than the ask for a milkshake. I knew that wouldn't be available.
Desired outcome: Refund after the hassle.
No food in happy meal.
I went throught the drive thru last night, mills way manton worksop. The girl who took our order didnt really have the people skills and could do with a refresher course but what really ticked me off was I got all the way home, carlton in lindrick, and had a very upset little girl as there was no food in her happy meal. The toy was in but no chicken nuggets or fries.
We had to share out everyone elses meal so they could all enjoy it but when I paid for the food I would expect it to be in there.
Employee
I have emailed your corporate office in regards to an employee by the name of LA Quada that works at the Dallas Texas location corner of Southwestern blvd and Greenville ave. She is always very rude, has an attitude and very disrespectful to all the customers. I have compalnined about this to no avail. Today she totally ignored me when I was waiting at the counter and I had to ask The Manager for help. When my order was ready she left on the counter beside her and was still ignorning me to give me my order when it was ready. I had to again ask for my order and then she slung the coffee across the counter at me.
Luckily it did not spill over. I was so angry that I said to her you are such a [censored] and at the time I meant it to. She has a terrible attitude, never smiles and treats all the customers the same way. I quite frankly have had enough of going in there and being ignored and then being treated with no respect whatsoever by this lady. Why on earth you keep people like this working for you amazes me in the service industry. Please look into this and do something about it. Thank you Sandra White
Desired outcome: either fire her or move her or put her on probation to see if she will chnge, but I doubt she will. She puts on a show when the district manager comes in of course. so either he does not know or chooses to ignore the complaints. Who knows

Given the proximity to my residence, I often go to your McDonald's with my grandchildren. The standoffish and irritated behavior of your employees gets worse and worse. They don't appear to know the expressions "Thank you/Please" or how to behave with the customer. The last unpleasant experience ..., on 03/01/2023 your employee by the name of Sasha, who by the way appeared to be a manager, was very rude. As a result, I go more often to Burger King or Wendy's and Chick-fil-A across the street. Your employees would need daily online training, especially managers.

The service was terrible plus the automated hiring system was sending out interview dates and times but when the applicants showed up the store had no knowledge of interview setup and the manage never showed up or came out to talk to the applicants just had them sitting there for over a hour and still not telling them anything plus they were getting orders wrong and half cooking customers orders and there was no one to handle the front counter or lobby

I went in on a Saturday March 4th at 9:30 a.m. I always order the same thing I ordered two egg biscuits subbed well done English muffins with the round egg for health reasons this morning one had a raw English muffin the other one was almost well done a young lady the manager came out to my vehicle showed me one of them I said I had two of them she come so she sent another young lady out that I knew and I showed her the sandwich she gives me and I said please tell me if that's well done she goes no it's not well done next thing I know the manager comes out says I threw the sandwich back at the crew member and yelled at her which was a total lie I can't help it if they are out of food and they cannot do business if they make your sandwich properly the first time this would not happen nine times out of 10 they messed my sandwiches up
Desired outcome: I will never be back and I will be verbally telling friends how they treated me

I ordered 2 meals Mcplant and one deal of Mcplant and fries (4.20).
Lady who took my order was polite and good.
She asked me to wait in yellow box for order.
When I received the order one Mcplant was missing. I requested delivery staff that 1 Mcplant is missing.
Instead the Manager John H came out very aggressively (either drunk or drugged)and started arguing with me waving the receipt that I paid for 2 means only why I am making an issue.
I requested that I ordered different as mentioned money I paid is more than 2 meals alone.i requested that may we kindly ask the order taking lady . John H said that he is not interested and he doesn't know how much is one meal so he cannot tell me anything other than I should take my receipt and go.
I went inside and spoke to the lady who was at counter for order and she affirmed that I order as I mentions ...John H came and said that I should not stay here as I am harassing the staff and I should leave the restaurant.
He wanted me to complain if I want.
There was a newly promoted manager in there who approached me kindly and wanted to listen to me but John didn't want any staff to talk to me.
This is Racism. Rudeness.Intoxicated behavior with intimidation threats to a customer.
I went on drive way again and ordered Mcplant and paid.i also asked the lady that when I ordered previously they gave me a fries but not Mcplant so jnstead of myself claiming for Mcplant and making an issue..since I was given fries so its only fair that I should be charged for that and she without saying or asking anything charged 2.60e.
I received my order next window but it was very apparent that all staff was in shock or at their toes at that time
That's an experience which will have me disconnect from McDonalds forever so goodbye McDonalds and kindly have sane and non drugged people as your staff.
