McDonald's

I ordered through the Mcdonald's mobile order app like I normally do. I showed up to the Mcdonald's at the location that was on the app and was closest to me, which is the one I frequently order from. Paid upon arrival input the parking spot on the app and confirmed payment. Received a confirmation email and message on the app and a message stating they had my order and was bring it out shortly. My order never came out. I sat there 30 minutes and nothing. This has never happed to me before. I didn't have time to go inside and complain because I had to get to work.
