double charge on debit card
The mcdonalds at:
7226 state road 54
New port richey, fl 34653
On 08/22/16 I purchased lunch thru the drive-thru and I later noticed that my debit card was charged twice. I called the store and gave them the information and my telephone number. I did not receive a response. 3-weeks ago I was in the area so I stopped at the store and gave the shift manager a copy of the double charge information and she assured me someone would take care of it. Again, no response.
It's only $5.32 but it's my money and it's not right to double charge me and then just ignore me.
Transaction id 24427336234710007475036 $5.32 08/22/16
Transaction id 24427336232710006654526 $5.32 08/22/16
Please do not tell me that I have to make a special trip (5 miles) to the store again. If they cannot credit my debit card, then they should send me a check. Again, it's just not right to ignore me when I was double charged.

parfaits
not a good end of the day when after ordering my daughter and I Parfaits, they wasn't dated when made and they was watered down and looked mixed, we did not go back cause we went through drive through, The wait was so long, and when we got home to eat them that's when I got even madder and didn't eat cause I wasn't taking the chance of getting sick.
This has happened several times with these items and also regular cheeseburgers, I wanted to see write and let you know cause I'm a single mother and go there often but I had enough I may go elsewhere.
the picture is below with receipt.
You can contact the McDonald's store for assistance. I recommend however always checking your food when you receive it when you are in the drive thru. The parfait in the picture does look normal to me however. Sometimes the yogurt can slightly separate.
useless online order
Please close down this useless service. Everytime online ordering will take more than 1 hour to arrive.
But actually the outlet just located 5mins away.
The useless service has been upgrade today as order place at 8pm, the hopeless outlet only give me a call at 930pm and inform me order stil hasn't been sent. Watever reason being if due to rain or anything aren't the call should be made earlier?
Its a total shame for mcdonald to provide such service
big mac / double cheeseburgers/fries
I always go to the mcdonald on broadstreet providence rhode island. The night shift really suck! My fries nd burgers are always cold they are very rude and unprofessional. Unlike the morning shift they are super nice, professional food is always fresh. Its disgusting to bite into your burger and it being cold... please fix or i will have to report it to the health department. Thank you

Then Maria yelled at me when U didnt except the free apple pie she tried to buy me off with without an apology before. Bad service bad managment bad expeirence.
lack of product
I am a frequent user of this restaurant during the weekday mornings. I am pretty fed up with the lack of products, more precisely, Mocha drinks. The explanation is always "it's broken, or its not up and running." This is why the employees there should NOT make $15 an hour! Lack of wanting to do their job! They are too lazy to clean it or get it running for the morning rush. During the weekdays in between 6:30 and 7:30 am, I might get 2 drinks a week. And when I do finally get it, it's ALWAYS wrong. These restaurants are there to provide the public with there products to the fullest, not just half. On one occasion, the window worker forgot to turn her headset off, "I don't care if it's not working, it's a headache anyway." Come on...
rude cashier
No respect to customer at all.My change was not hand to me properly. She just threw at the table. It shows that she has no respect to her customer at all. This is not the first time that she have done such rude things to her customer but it is the second time that this event has ocurred. Please check your workers if they are competent enough to serve their customers. If they aren't find another worker. That kind of ethic might caused you to lose your customers.
poor service, unethical behaviour
At approximately 12:20 my sister and I placed an order for 2x Jalapeno chicken burger meals at the McDonald's Express outlet in Stocklands Shopping Mall, Townsville, Queensland. The order was repeated by the saleslady, too fast for us to hear, English being our 2nd language. I repeated the order that we wanted and paid. After paying we did not move away fast enough and was directed in a very loud voice to "wait over there for your order, ladies". This doesn't sound too bad when I write it down, but everybody was looking at us at that stage, as she talked to us as if we were children, and maybe even deaf children? Our order came very quick, I have to say, but it wasn't what we ordered. I stated that we ordered Jalapeno burgers, and these were McChicken burgers. The lady that took our order just lost it. She started screaming at us, that she repeated the order and we confirmed that it was right. I tried to speak to her, explaining that maybe it was a misunderstanding because of a different language and our accents, but she insisted that she did confirm it, and that we need to listen to her. "Next time you need to make sure that when I confirm the order it is the right order. You need to listen when I confirm it". This was yelled at me in my face with customers all looking at us. She stormed to the back and I tried then to cancel this order and get my money back, because this had escalated way too far for me to want to eat anything from this outlet now. They told me that I couldn't cancel the order as she made it fresh for me now. I asked them what happened to customer service, and they laughed in my face, saying that it was my fault that the order wasn't right and that anyway I got the order for cheaper now. She shoved the bag into my hands and turned to the next customer, effectively cutting me off. I felt really degraded by this, my sister couldn't believe that this bad customer service was acceptable in Townsville, as she wasn't from here. We decided to throw the food away as we were unsure of what she may have done to it in the process. I am definitely not going back there, and I think that this was not the first customer that was treated this way. I just want to bring this behaviour under your attention, as I feel this is unacceptable behaviour for anybody that works with the public.
customer service
1045 Pape Ave., Toronto, ON M4K 3W3 (store location). Poor Customer Service after sales.
Every time I come in to any of your McDonald's I usually stay for a second cup of coffee. At the fore mentioned location when I go for the free cup the customer service is very poor. I will go to counter as told to do. More than half the time I have to stand there for quite awhile before getting service. I stand there and watch as service representatives will pass me by to ask if others want another cup. I have never caused a disturbance or been ask to leave any establishment.
On a side note, what exactly are you looking for by asking to 'Select Category'? My hobby, job responsibility?
not having any healthy options anymore
Foods getting not cooked when ordered and don't have a good look and nasty tasting as well as not clean in the stores like it used to be I'm very disappointed in McDonald's ! The food I used to eat was oatmeal and chicken selects also the mc wraps and snack wraps are gone and so are the dipped cones and much more you just need to revamp the stores and make them better!
very disappointed with mcdonald's!
Yesterday went to my local McDonald's restaurant and bought a coffee. So I purchased my coffee and left the place, I was in a hurry. When I tried it I was surprised to find out there was no coffee taste. When I opened it I saw that there was only hot water and no coffee. What a scam! I did not return to that place because I had no time. Very disappointed with McDonald's!
coffee
Almost every morning I go to McDonald and I get a coffee. I have a routine. Drop off the little ones of to school. Grab my coffee and start my day. But lately I've been going through the same thing. I've had to turn back around because my cream and sugar hasn't been added. Not cool. What's the point of asking me how many cream and sugars would I like?

The MacDonald's in Benoni is the worst from all the other I have ever been at. The workers has no customer serves they have no respect at all. There systems is most of the time of line and all they say is sorry we cant help you system off line. So they cant make anything? not even a drink ? and even with there drive thru I have never not even ones hade a pic up and go... you stand there for 5 - 10 -20 -even longer in the line for pic up and sometimes even forget your order when you get it its all cold.
Or they pack half of the order always forget the fries and the extra dip that you order.. I even got a burger "boerie" that had nothing on but the patty and some plane tomato sous that's not a boerie ... The coke is flat most of the time ... I really do think that better management will do I hope ... I am really so over all the issues that us as customer have to go thru just to enjoy the food... Sorry but I wont use them again .

McDonalds Philippines
c/o Ms. Angel Nosora
Branch Manager – McDonald’s Northgate, Alabang Muntinlupa City
Dear Management:
This refers to the incident which transpired in the early morning of 25 September 2016. On even date, I bought a glass of iced mocha at McDonald’s branch in Northgate, Alabang. After a few minutes, I noticed some foreign objects lying at the bottom of the drink that I had just consumed. To my shock and consternation, I found a metal screw and another small rubber article accompanying it ominously staring at me.
Panicked as to the articles that I had found at the bottom of the cup, I felt sick and dizzy. At that point, concern about my health – among others because of the possibility that I may have to suffer food poisoning, or contact tetanus, gastroenteritis, or any other serious or even fatal disease bought about by ingesting infectious materials – flooded my mind.
Still reeling from the shock, and fearful and apprehensive about my health, I immediately went back to the said McDonald’s branch to inform its staff of the incident. I was able to speak to a certain Russell, who identified himself as an Assistant Manager of said store. As expected, Russell, given the seriousness of the situation, appeared to be apologetic.
Russell assured me that the incident would be investigated.
Thereafter, a series of text messages between me, on one hand, and Russell and a certain Angel Nosora – the branch manager – on the other hand, ensued. I was made to understand that the incident was being investigated and was assured that McDonald’s was truly sympathetic and concerned about my welfare.
We agreed to meet personally to discuss the incident.
The meeting took place on 02 October 2016 at Burgoo, Robinson’s Galleria. I was then accompanied by my husband, Paolo Eleazar del Amen while McDonald’s was represented by Angel Nosora and Parits, who introduced herself as another manager of said branch. During said meeting, I was again given the assurance that the matter was being looked into, and that McDonald’s was purportedly committed to ensuring my physical well-being.
However, they made it clear that I would be compensated only – and only if – I should show signs of falling sick as a result of the contaminated drink served on me by said store.
During the discussion, it also dawned upon me and my husband that McDonald’s, through Angel Nosora and Parits – apart from superficially appearing to be concerned about my personal well-being, was more preoccupied into protecting its own image and goodwill. This is evidenced by the fact that a great portion of the meeting focused on the duo’s attempt to determine what were my plans, and whether or not in the first place, I have gone public – through Facebook and other social media – to decry the incident.
For the nth time, I was told that the incident was being investigated, although the two impressed upon me and my husband that supposedly, it was the fault of a certain McDonald’s supplier who or which purportedly had been remiss in its obligation to ensure that its equipment or supplies were perfectly okay.
The meeting, it will turn out, would be that last I would hear from McDonald’s. To date, I have yet to receive any information as to the conclusion of the investigation. To be blunt about it, I am not even sure if, despite all the assurances, an investigation indeed had been conducted by said store.
In short, after the anxieties and apprehensions the negligence of the staff of McDonald’s had caused me, and after the token and superficial attempt by the same staff to assuage or placate my worries, I was suddenly dropped like a hot potato. Seemingly, McDonald’s hoped that the mere passage of time would allow it to wiggle out of a problem it itself had created, and thus, it reneged on its commitment to an aggrieved customer, denying her even the common courtesy of acting sincerely and fully on her legitimate complaint.
In other words, the negligence – which caused me so much worry and which exposed me to harm – has now been compounded by the unprofessionalism and utter lack of genuine concern by McDonald’s.
Given the foregoing atrocious circumstances, I was forced to seek legal remedy, and thus on 24 October 2016, I sought the advice of a lawyer-neighbor who set forth both judicial and administrative steps that I may take in vindication of the wrong McDonald’s had caused me. In a nutshell, I was informed that I could proceed against McDonald’s administratively, by filing a complaint before the proper government agency, to determine its liability for its failure to observe diligence and care in catering and serving its food products to the general public – a basic obligation of all food enterprises, especially expected of McDonald’s which has consistently prided itself as a top-notch, consumer-friendly fast food restaurant.
According to said lawyer, I may also proceed against McDonald’s civilly, by filing a case for damages to pray for appropriate compensation before the courts of justice. It is his opinion that contrary to the stand taken by your Northgate, Alabang staff, it does not matter whether I have actually fallen physically sick because of the unsanitary drink served on me, as the damage caused thereby was the anxiety and sleepless nights I had to endure thinking of all the possible ailments that could have befallen me as a result of the incident.
In fine, the negligence – and the subsequent display of unprofessionalism by your staff – is already an actionable wrong.
However, while I am willing to take the matter a step further by filing charges and in the process making public this whole incident with McDonald’s, I am also not a litigious individual. I only want to enforce my right as a paying customer of your company, and while I may opt to seek vindication of my rights by seeking compensation for damages from the courts, it is also my earnest desire to explore extra-judicial avenues so long as an acceptable resolution is reached sans court and administrative proceedings.
It for the reason of avoiding lawsuits that I am earnestly giving your company a chance to rectify its mistake, in the hope that you may find some adequate means to assuage my aggrieved feelings, in the process saving us both the expenses, trouble and public scrutiny that will certainly result from administrative and civil proceedings.
I expect to hear from you within ten (10) days from receipt of this letter, otherwise I will be left with no recourse but to proceed with the aforesaid legal remedies.

Dear mcdonalds,
On 16 october, 2016 at 2:21:50 pm, i and my family and i dined at the mcdonald´s in paris, france (Exact address: 140 av. Des champs-Élysées, 75008 paris, france) and after we ordered and were given our total of €20.20. I did what most people today do i used my multi currency forex card to pay for the transaction. I saw the credit card machine flash approved, but hold on wait a minute the clerk did not and she got an error message. Unfortunately, i didn't save my receipt but remembered the bill number is 57 and time at 2:21 pm. I understand in today's society that you can't trust everyone, but the machine rebooted and they said the transaction had cleared so we went to sit down.
When i got home and checked my bank account there was two transactions for €20.20 on october 16, 2016, but i waited to see if the bank would catch the double charge. No such luck on 16 october, 2016 both charges were taken out of my bank account. Now i have to dispute the charges and hope that mcdonalds owns up to the double charge.
So, please my request is to refund my money(€20.20) back into my account as you charged twice.
Thankyou McDonald´s :)
I received my refund back of €20.20.
Regards,
Kala
playground filth
I took my 2 year old daughter to the McDonalds today at 8001 E Indian School Rd Phoenix AZ 85257. The play area is not being cleaned properly. Along the bottom of all play items and the side walls is an accumulation of dirt and food that is not being removed. I will not return unless I am assured that is cleaned thoroughly and properly.
Pictures are attached.

frappe/service
I always go to mcdonald's at 1815 forest ave staten island ny everyday before work for my caramel frappe, live off this coffee drink. this mcdonald however has the frappe machine break down every two months and then I go weeks at a time without my drink; and when the machine is working, they run out of whip cream! just get a new machine and keep a stock of whip cream! I never submitted a complaint before but the number of times this frappe machine breaks down is ridiculous. service is also extremely slow but some of the young girls there try their best to make everyone happy but feel they are not getting the support from management or have the tools (food supply/machinery) to provide adequate food service. I need my frappe!
Then go to another location.
mc chicken burger
My mc chicken was not up to standards with very less lettuce which is not enough. the 1 st picture is my mc chicken and 2nd picture is from the Mcdonalds website. My complaint is about the burger not having enough lettuce and not about the burger that has to be same as the Advertisement from Mc Donald's website.

management
I would like to report an incident that took place on Saturday, Sept 23, 2016 at around 1am at Mcdo Sta Ana branch fronting Holy Cross Davao City. Me and my 2 officemates used to eat during our break since our work is graveyard and Mcdo is the only foodchain open 24hrs. At that time, we were rushing out of the place right after eating since we're almost overbreak. Not knowing that I forgot to bring my cell fone with me. We're pretty much sure that the crew will keep the fone since there just few people eat at that time, remember it's 1am and every time somebody's done eating, he then clean the table as what was observed over time eating there. But then when I got back to Mcdo, the security personnel and the crew said there was no phone endorsed to them. I wonder why what happens. My officemates also told me she forgot her wallet and returned not later than 3 mins to get back the wallet but to her surprised it's no longer there and the table was already cleaned up. That's when I know there's really something wrong going on. I want you to investigate what really happened.
