KFC Service at drive through

At approx 3.40pm today was sitting at drive through area at kfc Oxenford for 5mins. A car pulled up in the next order bay and was served straight away - still I was sitting there waiting for my order to be taken.
I compliant to the operator after I had to reverse my car out so I could go into that bay as no one wanted to take my order. All I got was in sorry.

Service levels are not up to standard - won't be coming here again

KFC About general manager simar of kfc dundas trafalgar road oakville ontario for not taking her job responsibly and harassing employee

To whom it may concern. I was hired as a team member at KFC Dundas St Oakville Ontario by their general manager Simar Kaur. First she was really nice to me and told me she will give me the availability according to myself as I was working at McDonald's and was about to quit because I hired at kfc. She said me that as I am hired full time she will not be able to give me full hours as long as I am not able to handle at least a station and asked me if I want to pursue my McDonald's job part time to bear my expense I can. So moving further when I got my first schedule it was hardly 20 hours a week with not paid breaks for half an hour in a 4 -5 hours shift. That was not much for me and as she want my more flexibility in hours I left my McDonald's job to give her more time. When I asked that what would be the another week hour she rever me again not much hours I asked her if she can give me three days shift instead of all days 4-5 hour shift with half an hour unpaid break that will be great I can at least manage my other days at another work to bear my expenses she refused that she can't. So basically here she couldn't give me hours according my availability and not more than 25 or so.. I quit the job because of this unprofessional behaviour. When I asked about my pay she said u can grab it on coming friday. I got my check and I realized there is a 4 hour shift missing. The day I started when I didn't even get my login id, she didn't pay me that. I asked her and then she said I can't pay u in check now because you are not in system now and will pay me in cash. I was so frustrated because it's really far from my house and I already got favor from my niece to pick up my check as I was not able pick it up because of my work and residency. I asked her to if they can intrack or direct deposit because I can't come again that's their fault. She didn't revert me back after saying pick it up from store. Which is making me feel harassed and disrespectful. These kind of managers should need to learn a lesson how to treat their employees and do their duties perfectly. I want headquarter of kfc to enquire that manager's capability to be a manager and want to solve my issue as soon as possible else I would like to assume I spent my precious day at kfc without Getting paid with such a disrespectful way.

KFC Non delivery of product I was charged for

Ordered food for two adults and a young child on Monday evening. Food never came and and child fell asleep hungry. Waited on the phone for 1 hour and 22 minutes to speak to someone at customer service. They were unable to do anything, as they are a glorified answering service that can only take the info and forward it. Two days later and i'm still waiting for my refund. Tried calling head office and they have the wrong number listed! This is a 5 billion dollar company? Harland would be rolling in his grave...

KFC 21 pieces chicken bucket I purchased earlier on today

Hi kfc I'm sphelele from Durban newlands east I'm very disappointed with the kfc we have here in parlock terrible meat and preparation the meat was still looking awkwardly white inside and dry and dark on the outside I'm going to come to a point where I never ever go to kfc again even though you guys are my favorite even urls slider wraps they are dry with none of the necessary sources and which is really poor for you guys high standards please get back to me when you get this please from an angry and unsatisfied loyal customer

Dear KFC,

This is my second visit to this branch. I usually buy at the KFC on Prince Sultan Road and have always got finger licking good chicken.

On this particular night at the branch mentioned above. I ordered 1 Chicken Fillet Burger for my wife and 1 Smart Deal snacker box.

We live 15mins drive away in Saudia City Compound.

On our arrival home we opened our meals to eat. The chicken fillet on the burger was dry and hard. As well as my piece of chicken on my Smart Deal chicken sandwich. My chicken piece a breast was also dry.

I phoned KFC complaint to complain but the agent on duty was having difficulty communicating in English. I wanted to take the food back but it was late and I had to work the next day.

I would like a refund.

KFC Service

The service I received thru the drive thru was absolutely terrible.. I had to ask three times for butter and honey.. didn't get any silverware or napkins, had to ask for that.. while the guy at the window has his back towards me engaging in other discussions with his coworkers.. I was absolutely appalled at the service at the kfc in Peoria on 91st ave and union hills around 6:00-6:30 on Sunday evening

KFC Missing products

My partner visits KFC drive through (Crownhill retail park, Plymouth) every Friday and/or Saturday evening whilst caring for a young adult with high functioning autism. Due to her needs, as you can imagine she likes everything in specific way & KFC is part of her routine. This is the second time over the last month or so that parts of the order had been missed. This causes us issues for the rest for the evening. In addition, on Saturday 7th November, we ordered 2 x large trilogy meals, which were very small portions & the wow box meal was missing (her meal). I look forward to your reply & solution. KFC Double payment

On October 25/20 I tried to place an online order for pick-up at 5:30pm. The order was placed around the 1:00PM timeframe. The order failed to go thru mentioning that the server was down on your end? I waited a few mins and tried to place the exact order again. I order 10 piece bucket, lg. fries, gravy, mac salad and coleslaw. The online order came out to $38.04 (roughly). Again I received the same message. So I decided to pick-up the order in the store. Around 5:32 pm I was in the Bradford #1348 store, placed the exact order paid $39.54 and left.

While checking my bank account I noticed there a double charge of $38.04 from KFC. I contacted the KFC customer service and was credited back $38.04. What about the other charge? Please credit or send me a coupon for a free meal - exactly as my previous order. This has been outstanding issue - I have copies of my mastercard stmt showing duplicate payment

KFC Had chicken and salad was horrible tasted double fried

We ordered 10 piece chicken it was done in old oil dark like it was double fried, 3 wings 2 legs no thighs, Nd tube toys white meat was not the normal breast very strange and very greasy. The Mac salad and coleslaw was nasty nothing like kit use to be. We r very disappointed it was the one on lukachuck way chillies bc. contact Wayne [protected]

KFC Raw chicken

I ordered from kfc in red deer on gasoline alley. My order was 3piece chicken meal m stacked meal. My 3 piece meal was raw eith blood in the box. I just recieved a call from the manager from kfc in red deer askn me he will replace my order. WTF. I told him I was just passing through red deer. The manager told me to com back and he will giv me my order. I told him I took pictures of the raw chicken. Is this how compensate customers. I am in contact with news.

KFC Not fresh big crunch

I was in kfc prince street, sydney, nova scotia, canada yesterday. I ordered 2can dine big crunch and I requested a new drop big crunch, this is the second time I ordered with the same guy named Amrinder. We told the lady cashier that we are willing to wait but the guy gave us the big crunch from the warmer. And even if we told him that we are willing to wait he still gave us the one that they have and keep arguing with us.

KFC Product

Hello. I just bought a mixed feast from KFC Moe in Gippsland vic. On arrival at home and getting it out of the bag I couldn't believe yet again how bad it was. Chips aren't even half full. I put the two of them in one and still not a full serve. The actual chicken was terrible batter falling of soggy and so little of it. I took a photo of it. I have never complained before but this is the fourth time recently this has happened. I live out of town so it's to much trouble to go back and do something about it. Never get the order correct. Chips are always a hit and miss and the chicken is oily and soggy. $ 42 dollars of crap. Moe store needs a kick up the butt.

KFC Customer service

Ordered a 2 piece chicken combo which was supposed to include wing and breast, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuit. I went to a park to eat my meal. What I got for lunch was 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuit. What was not included was utensils for the for the potatoes, and wipes for my hands. Went to the drive through window. The employee their was friendly and helpful.

KFC Not delivered my ordered and as well as canceled it.

I ordered KFC online and paid full amount by knet but KFC didn't delivered my order on time and canceled it after I asked them to send me my order. KFC canceled my order and said that my paid amount will be paid after 3 days. KFC didn't sent me any email confirmation for my canceled order and for my amount refund. KFC have to respond me to this.

KFC Wrong order

Kfc #1587. Inside purchase ordered 2- 4 piece combos for $15. Took it home and when I opened it I had 2 1p/crunch org. I'm sure I had someone else order because the receipt states the crunch order. So I likely was not the only dissatisfied customer.
I tried doing this last week but I couldn't access site. I'm was not a happy customer by any means. Please inform your staff to check orders more closely.

I ordered variety box meal and in the note section I wrote (Please no breast)
the ordered came on time! in the box I found HALF BREAST (cold and tuff), and the drum stick also cold and smells like living chicken, and the third piece was a cold wing, the three hot wings were not hot, the only warm thing I got was the PEPSI..

I ate a little and I threw the rest.

I used to love KFC back in Jordan because its rare when they make a mistake, here in Cyprus every time I order I take the worst food.

KFC Service

Hi, I am writing this email with a note of very bad experience which i got it from the branch bin omran.

We visited the place yesterday after a long gap, while having the KFC we found flies dead in the snack box, on checking upon your staff who was working, he easily told that we will replace the box.

Later we got the replacement of box but it is not the matter of replacement, it is such a bad experience and we looked for an hygienic but in that branch its completely zero, i would like to inform also that there were lot of flies flying around.

I would like to take the complaint on a serious note and ensure the action is taken on the same.

KFC Chicken and big crunch combo

I have ordered KFC from both stores and was very displeased, I always like the Big Crunch combo, but my Husband always wants the chicken! I order chicken aleast once a week, so we ordered from KFC on regent street and it was terrible, it was pure grease, cold and my Big Crunch was a store bought frozen chicken burger pattie! That was terrible. So we were in Devon at a later time and decided to give it a try down there because we stopped buying KFC for a long time after getting the same crap at that store uptown. So when we were in Devon we would get Dixi Lee, and Mary Browns uptown, so we said we would try KFC again in Devon it was the same thing, My Big Crunch was a frozen chicken burger you would buy at the store and the chicken full of grease and boney! We hear how bad it is from lots of our friends as well! Someone needs to check on these Franchise, s because they are definitely ruining KFC, s Reputation! Suppose to be the same recipe at every store same as Mary Browns, Subway or any other Franchise! Never going back unless things change! Joanne Cunningham!

KFC Rude staff

My daughter is hard of hearing But the female staff on the window order at approx 7pm Wednesday August 5 went onto to refuse her service saying she cussed at her? My daughter did not cuss and the other adult says that she did shout the order as the 3rd time of getting it incorrect she felt she should shout it than speak it the manager Jasmine was told my daughter cussed at her! So was refused service it was a meal for me I am disabled she was very upset so when she came home after getting served at a different chicken place not the kfc on magnolia ave riverside c.a she went to the one on van Brian riverside before with no issue so I phoned Jasmine to talk to her who was insistent my daughter called the staff names I tried to talk to her and Jasmine hung up on me I really think this behavior is very bad customer services Jasmine did not witness my child say anything So I am sorry I feel the need to report this but was deeply upset
