KFC Food purchase and delivery.

Store location 2970 Alta Vista. Ottawa. No one answers phones. Food is 1 hour 50 minutes late. Took 7 calls to [protected]. They play pass the buck. Got told hold we will contact the store on hold for 20 minutes. Call back. Told we can email them and they'll deliver as soon as they can. Like I'll sit in the hallways for 3 hours. I sat there for 2 hours already so the driver would not have to come up to my unit. Now I'm getting a refund in 5 days. This is absurd. It's unacceptable.

KFC Service attitude/ pensioner consideration

I entered the KFC Malmesbury with two lines in operation, orders before I had entered the KFC premises had been taken then there was a problem with the order after about 10 minutes the problem was resolved, we moved down one
space, a lady place her order with the Cashier, we waited another ten minutes for her order to arrive, although the Queue next to our queue was moving quite quickly. orders there was a bit of a wait, but not long.
The Lady in my queue got her order and left. The Gentleman who was in front of me moved forward.
Suddenly our till was closed. Marinda D - a Supervisor was trying to register a lady on the computer via the Biometrics device. This episode went on for a about 10 minutes. The Gentleman in front suddenly got assisted by the only till in operation, he placed his order and moved back, I moved forward into " 1st" in the closed down Till line, Marinda D and the employee still trying to the Biometrics to work, eventually plugging in at the back of the Till. The queue next to me was moving forward with orders being placed. The Cashier totaling ignoring "our queue", until a lady behind the counter suggested to the Cashier that this Cashier assist us with our orders, at first the Cashier seem too ignore our queue, then suddenly turned to me to take my order. Then the people were asked to form one queue.
Marinda D - Supervisor ( I think) The print too fine to read, the name was large. She should have approached our queue, and informed us what was going on, or that She was closing down the Till point, or simply replace the Cashier with another.
As a pensioner standing for such long period - all chairs had been removed. if Kentucky Friend Chicken was concerned about the Safety of their customers because of Covid 19, THEN ? Would have placed an employee at the Door checking Temperatures like other Retail outlets, and ensuring people sanitize their hands.
Pity there is only one Kentucky Fried Chicken in Malmesbury.
Apologies ? for inconsiderate staff and/ or bad attitude. Unacceptable.

I understand that you have given in and failed as Americans to do your part to make a stand against this government telling you who you are going to hire and all but you can still stand up for yourself and the rest of America before it completely falls to the waste side by firing the ones that are in the end only costing business's like KFC to go out of...

The moment walked to do an Uber Eats Pick-up right in the back of the kitchen there were only two people working there yesterday and the manager was outside his truck talking on the phone. They were out of the Honey BBQ, Nothing was ready at the time I entered the restaurant. There were not enough people, very poor service; something needs to change!

I was just at the KFC in Orleans on trim road and ordered my food like I do or did this week and I couldn't get my food because I was paying cash I find this very ridiculous not accepting cash when they did last week and I sure hope to get compensated for this problem because I sure do like eating at KFC. I bought chicken tonight and after eating one piece I feel nauseous and I have a bad taste in my mouth that won't go away. I have never gotten a bad order from this location but I feel like since it was close to closing time they gave me old chicken it didn't look like kfc quality and I still had a piece now i'm wondering if i'm gonna be alright.. KFC Crispy colonel sandwich

I love this sandwich but for the past to visits on New Year's Eve and today the chicken was hard like a crouton. They are not watching their hold times. I tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. I do wish to be contacted. Also the one in midfield always says the chicken is frozen after 7pm. Constantly out of product and also they have horrible attitudes in the one in midfield. Hueytown is at least pleasant

Placed a online order Nov 30/20, had to cancel 5 min later, to date Dec 7/21 unable to receive a refund via 1100 St Mary's Road Wpg. Have contacted KFC about 10 times, still no refund whereas my initial order charge was processed immediately !!

For months now, the price listed for a 2 piece fill up is five dollars on the drive thru menu board. They charge 5.49 and do not care about the difference at the window. They blame the customer for not adding the tax. Yet, the tax in pennsylvania is 6% which comes out to total of 5.30. They refuse to acknowledge this math. Imo, I dont believe the staff...

We made a online order, canceled and placed another order via 1100 St Mary's Road Winnipeg Mb, charge for both were immediate, but as mentioned, we canceled the first order within 5 min and are unable to receive credit for the first cancelation, this was since Nov 30th! So insure of your order prior to issuing as who knows when you will receive credit!

On 12/24/2020 my husband stopped at the drive thru pick me something to eat up so ce I had been busy and was still wrapping last minute gifts. O was on the phone telling him what I wanted (this was 15-20 prior to them closing early due to christmas eve) so I heard what was said. KFC The chicken and the gravy

We purchased a 12 piece original chicken and gravy Sunday, 12/20. The chicken was way too salty and the gravy was so salty we had to throw it out. So sorry to see this business go downhill over too much salt Not to mention the wasted money spent.

Desired outcome: Order replaced made with less salt so it is edible.
