I went to KFC #J625226 Ticket #3940 on Wednesday 5/8/2024at5:48pm
It was a big order. I feed a family of 7 we don't go out very much and it was my Grandson birthday wish. I had 3 individual dinners a 8-piece bucket of chicken with 2 sides a side of coleslaw. My order came to $64.85. I got home 20 minutes away. I order a plan chicken sandwich, it had mayo and pickles on it. Which my grandson would not eat it. All the fries were over cooked. So hard no one could not eat them
The 2 sides for my bucket were Fries. So out of 5 orders of fries the were trash.
My dog loves fries and he would not eat them.
Needless to say, Dinner was ruined.
I Will not come back for a family meal there anymore!
I tried to call, and the phone just kept cutting me off.
Claimed loss: $64.85
