Today we went to your KFC in South Milwaukee. I had a regular coupon for $20. It was 6 pm We wanted all dark filler up which is $20 I should have had only $1.12 tax. Well as usually we couldn't get all dark meat it would be as usual 20 min wait they said we could have given us mostly wings.foe a chicken place it's not at all organized. I think you need someone from corporate to come and observe them. Not well stocked and service is very slow. I've decided to take my business else we're. PS you can't get through to even voice a complaint.
We ended up getting the mixed org fill up which they charged us $24.25 because he said my $20 coupon was a promotional thing. My coupon said good towards the next purchase didn't say anything about it being promotional. This was the Manager there at Your KFC in south Milwauker on north Chicago.

I ordered a 10 piece meal & when I got home I only had 8 pieces of chicken. They did not have enough original recipe . They gave me two pieces of extra krispy which I do not care for. The chicken was extremely over cooked to the point that it was dry. How can you not have enough chicken at 5 pm which is prime supper time. This place us hit or miss when it comes to the chicken..some times it;s good, today it sucked. If you're going to charge the prices that you do, it should be a quality product & what you ordered.
