Ordered food for two adults and a young child on Monday evening. Food never came and and child fell asleep hungry. Waited on the phone for 1 hour and 22 minutes to speak to someone at customer service. They were unable to do anything, as they are a glorified answering service that can only take the info and forward it. Two days later and i'm still waiting for my refund. Tried calling head office and they have the wrong number listed! This is a 5 billion dollar company? Harland would be rolling in his grave...
