KFC - Service.

I visited a drive though on 24/06/2022, placed my order, the server asked to for £25 and change, as i was swiping card to pay, i told her i thought this was to much. she then told me that my card had not gone though and checked what i was being charged for, i was being charged for one meal too many. server the asked for £17 and change, swiped card again...

KFC - customer service complaint.

i feel i have to bring this to your attention . on the last five occasions i have used the drive through service at the greenock restaurant on three of them i have been missing items from my order. i have then driven back and made them aware of this only to be greeted with total contempt . no apologies or customer service care. today for example i checked...

I've experienced ordering a couple of times at vangate mall and whenever I purchase a bucket or any box meal, their chicken always taste so oily as if it's fried in old oil and they never have any sauce or spice available no matter what time of...
