Store # D212074, 9251 W Union Hills Dr, Peoria, AZ

I ordered 3 soft chicken tacos and got 3 tacos with KFC tenders in them. My Wife ordered 2 chicken legs and got one leg and 1 thigh, and both were old. She could not eat them.

I've told her several times not to go to that store anymore because the chicken usually sucks, but she keeps trying. The only place worse than this store is Wendy's. This is also one of the worse web sites for complaints.

The service I received thru the drive thru was absolutely terrible.. I had to ask three times for butter and honey.. didn't get any silverware or napkins, had to ask for that.. while the guy at the window has his back towards me engaging in other discussions with his coworkers.. I was absolutely appalled at the service at the kfc in Peoria on 91st ave and union hills around 6:00-6:30 on Sunday evening
