I happily paid for and used their service signing up for the membership as required. Then I canceled the membership before exiting the site. Today, a month later, they are charging me! I checked and the website shows my membership canceled so I phoned to learn they will not stop the charge or refund the money. Very disappointed that a great service relies on such measures to make an income. Will NEVER use them again - there are other options.
