Date of incident: 10/13/25

I was mislead online to believe that I would be charged 5.00, and was then charged 65.00 and a membership! I request a 65.00 refund. It was not clearly stated that I would be charged anything more than $5.00. I received a call from a tech to help me with the issue. I am 72 years old and on a fixed income. This kind of charge affects me tremendously. If I am not refunded the full amount, I will continue to complain whenever and wherever I can until I am refunded this amount of $65.00
