However, there is no email associated to this account. The only way I could get a phone number was going into the complaintsboard.com and finding a random response to one customer’s complaint. I note many complaints regarding fraud, scam. When I did get through to the Philippines, the woman (Valerie) wanted more and more information then kept repeating “hello. I can’t hear you, are you still there?”. I was not muted, the line was still open, and the message conveyed was she just did not want to deal with a complaint or request to remove the monthly charges, furthering the suspicion of a scam.
