It was supposed to be just a one time refundable $5 fee, but it was actually a $5 one time fee and a $38 membership, which they put in fine print on the second page. I saw this after I looked at my credit card statement. I contacted customer service and they basically just told me they are very upfront with the cost and when I disagreed and said I was upset with the situation, they told me that that had just explained themselves and had answered my question and ended the chat.
I would love a refund because I'm extremely unhappy.
