JustAnswer review: Charged with no authorization

I hired this service in October 24th to consult a veterinarian at night. I was instructed to fill out a form to pay an amount of $5, which was supposed to be refunded. However, I later noticed that $70 was charged instead of $5.

I ended up not filing a complaint at the time because my dog was fine, but today I was very surprised to see that, without using the service again, without any prior notice, and a month and a half later, an additional charge of $65 was made to my account.

I demand a full refund of this amount, as this charge was not authorized. The advertising is completely misleading and inaccurate: what was presented as a $5 charge in October resulted in a $70 charge, and now this unauthorized $65 charge. When I tried to speak with them , they asked for me to do the form for 5$ refundable again, no way, because they will charge me again 70$.
