On 08/05/2019 there were 17 different charges for roblox robucks to my checking account in 1 day...I authorized one purchase for her for .99 cents. I went and ran a few errands and left my phone behind to charge...she then proceeded to get on my phone and authorize 16 other purchases within a few minutes of one another in a span of 2 hours. Over 400+ dollars was charged to my account. I did not authorize these purchases at all! I am on a fixed income and trying to buy a house ..my bank has made attempts to get the money back and I have emailed roblox several times. This has put us in a financial pinch and I have deleted all accounts and had to cancel and order a new bank card. I am hoping in good business practices and compaction that you understand the predicament this has created for our family and could desperately use the refund. I think you all need to put an extra security if more than one purchase is made. I have read your complaint page and know this has been a problem for many other parents...thank you and please respond...Amy Weber... [protected]@gmail.com... Again this has put us in a place of not being able to come up with paying our rent ect. I could really use your help.

Google play allows apps and developers to violate the DDA agreement they have with the them. Google allows customers to be ripped off and then claim it's against policy to refund the money when others have been given full refunds for the same issues. Contacting google play support after they have issues a certain number of people full refunds is useless. They begin to deny all refunds and won't even look at supporting documentation you wish to send them . They will not forward your information to anyone in charge to request contact. They will also not forward your contact information to Google HQ for them to contact you about the issues either.

Money was took from my account for something I have no idea what it is.

This was done by Google supercell mountain view. This is not right. I would like to have this

This group is very likely perpetrating disinformation on behalf of the Russian gov't. A search of "Russian Military-Historical Society" in Google News returns dozens of such articles. Given the Russian governments history of repeatedly using propaganda and disinformation to influence democratic processes in the U.S., U.K. and other countries, I recommend removal of this organization from your hosting services to prevent a repeat of the 2016 Presidential Election scenario. The longer these false narratives go unchallenged, the more deeply they become entrenched in the public memory. I understand that as a private organization you have no specific legal obligation to do so. However, if you take a few minutes to learn the details about which they are trying to distort and erase from history, I believe you'll find it is the right thing to do.

My Android phone died last Friday (9/30/19). I took it to Verizon at Cooks Corner, Maine and they were able to revive it. But I could not sign on because I could not remember my original gmail password for the account. I went to the help page and established a recovery email ([protected]@aol.com). They sent me a code which I entered. Then it again asked me for the original email ([protected]@gmail.com) and the password, which of course I cannot remember. Then they asked me for my library card. I have moved two states away since then and that library card is long gone. Then they asked for the month and date I originally set up service. That was years ago and I am 57, I cannot remember that. After that it froze me out. Since Friday this merrygoround has repeated at least a dozen times. Never is there a live person to listen or help me. Just the same old questions that I cannot answer. I recently moved to Brunswick, Maine. I am looking for work. How can I do that if I cannot use my phone? Verizon refuses to help. They say that is Google's responsibility. I am paying daily for phone service I cannot use. Nobody is trying to use my phone but me! Can someone please reach out and help me solve this? I need someone to chat with me online until this is finally and completely resolved. Today I got a new phone under warranty. The first direction is to back up the defective But I cannot do that until I am allowed into my phone. Once again, you can reach me at my recovery email ([protected]@aol.com).

Your reps call at lease 3 times a day ref the google account. I am sick of answering the phone and hearing a recorded message about a google account. Is there anything thing your company can do about these harrassing calls? I have already notified the FCC about the calls and they are investigating all the complaints of your company. I recently encountered a unfair practice while arranging the return of a Pixel cell phone purchased from Google Fi. The purchase included the trade in of another phone for which I received reimbursement which is a common practice by most cellular services. But the trade-in was reimbursed as though it was a promotion and is now to be deducted from the price paid for the PIXEL phone. In net I will receive $371 for a phone that I purchase for $636. A difficulty had been encountered in arranging the return of the phone but Google Fi had granted the late return an exception considering the situation. So I would be reimbursed the purchase price but then Google limited Google Fi's payment by deduction of the so called promotion, the trade-in payment.

In other words Google Fi is not paying for the phone that I sent them and I appeal this practice.

Please correct this practice and allow the total priced paid for the Pixel phone to be paid. Please provide me an acknowledgement of the receipt of this notice upon receipt. I will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau if I have not received an appropriate reply in 14 days from today.

I just got a charge for $213.34 & i didn't authorize or buy anything through google Iit was purchased through my paypal account which is set to online line purchases to be taken from my bank account I did a disburse with PayPal & they closed the case stating it was a authorized purchase it was a authorized billing transaction meaning there was a free trial then after that they automatically take the amount in my case $213.34 also called my bank they can't do anything have to go through PayPal & I look on my Google account order/purchase history & there is no purchases or subscriptions or orders so I'm just really pissed cause I can't get a phone number fir google to talk to a customer service agent & google don't have live chats either so don't know what to don? I am very upset that INI lINK hijacked my computer (locked it up and made me call them) and conned me into them crawling all through my IP. They scared me and said I had been hacked. Then, tried to sell me protection. I use a security service, so, I don't know who to believe. They said they work for Windows.
Also, I Despise all the pop up survey links on every damn site I go to. There should be a way to stop this. I pay for extra AD blocker. I don't even know if that service is real.
Google has basically gone to hell with intrusions and unwanted redirects on searches. What's wrong with you, Google? Just let us search what we want without your interference. You're all just greedy and pushy.
I am very very upset about this. I think I should call the FBI to report INI Link?

I Silpha, account holder in SBI bank, my account has been debited by RS 449/- four times, . Rs 1/- one times has been deducted through my debit card on 22-08-2019. Thus a total amount of 1797/- has been deducted from my account without my knowledge and permission . it was made without any OTP . The debit cards is in my custody and I have never share my credentials to anyone
