Enterprise Rent-A-Car Put on do not rent list.

I was put on the do not list because of a word of mouth from a manager who said I called him a loser. I asked to see these messages. I was then told I couldn't get that information. I feel I was discriminated against because of my skin color. I will never rent from enterprise again. I only won't to see evidence of the suppose to be message. This is very unfair I was a v.I. P customer for many years

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Damage recovery

Enterprise is trying to come after me for damage I did not do. I rented a car through my company I am a traveling RN. I drove the car a total of 87 miles in 7 days. I returned the car with 44, 347. and the report they sent me with damage said the car had 44, 641 miles. I was devastated and I retained an attorney because I feel strongly in my conviction that I did not do the damage. My attorney asked me to request documents including proof of the cars inspection before I rented it and any renter after me since it took 14 days to even get the damage report. I sent this email requesting this so my attorney could start working on a motion and they did not respond. I sent the email on 11/09/2021 and I got a response 12/13/2021. When asked why? Gabrielle Gele told me that she was busy and that she did not have to provide me with any of requested documents when asked about the mile discrepancy from my receipt and the sent "estimate" page she told me that she didn't have to explain the mile discrepancy and that wasn't what I was being charged for. I get that I'm not being charged for miles, but who put an additional 300 miles on the car before it got to the damage center? I don't know and apparently I am not entitled to that information.

However, I intent to see this through like stated above I have retained an attorney I will be going after enterprise for false claims, attorneys fees, and time missed from work.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Refund

I returned my rental car over 2 weeks ago now and have yet to get my $100 deposit back and I am also missing about $100 from authorized charges on my card that were not spend on the rental. I paid the difference of about $167 but there was well over $200 in authorized charges and I have yet to see that reflected back onto my credit card. Why does this take so long?

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Fraudulent Charge

I Rented a car from DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DEN) CAR RENTAL. I paid for and parked that vehicle in the Parking.com BLOCK 162 LOT located at 1514 California Street, Denver, CO 80202. I was permitted for 24 hours from 8:55 AM on 09/19/21 through 8:55 AM on 09/20/21. Approximately 2 weeks later, I was informed by Enterprise that a parking ticked was issued for the rental car on the lot cited above for the time and date of 01:10 AM on 09/20/21, well within my permitted parking. I called Enterprise and explained the issue and sent them the requested documentation and they indicated that they would refund the charge to my credit card. That never took place and they firmly stood their ground citing a non-customer-friendly section of their contract with the following wording:

"...Renter consents to the payment of all Fines, Tolls and violations by owner, its affiliates, or a third party on Renter's behalf without advance notice thereof and acknowledges that such payment may prejudice Renter's ability to contest Fines, Tolls and Violations with the applicable authority." They also went on to say that they could assess their own fee for "costs incurred" to a maximum of $25.00; and yes, Enterprise charged my the maximum allowed under our contract.

My response to that is that no "Fines, Tolls and Violations" took place which means that Enterprise violated the contract.

So thanks to Enterprise Rental and Standard Parking/Parking.com, it cost me $108.50 to park one night in downtown Denver summed up as follows:

Initial parking-$15.00; additional fee-$0.35; parking ticked-$65.00; Enterprise add-on fee-$25.00; miscellaneous additional fee-$3.15.

When something like $15.00 parking in downtown Denver sounds too good to be true, it probably is. And get yourself a cup of coffee or two and sit down and read the rental contract with Enterprise. Maybe the "prise" in Enterprise is in reference to other surprises you may find in your rental agreement.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Paper saying there was damage to the rental car.

On November 23, 2021, I rented a vehicle from your Middletown, NY location before leaving I made the rep aware of cosmetic damage to the rear of the vehicle a note was made by the rep. On November 26, 2021, I returned the vehicle to your Vestal location with a full tank of gas and the only damage was the cosmetic damage that I made aware to the rep in Middletown, NY before I left the Enterprise lot. Today I get a FedEx letter with only two pages in it I have added them below. I had to search to find the company name that sent it and found it in the small print of the 2nd page. There is no address to send the incident report form that wasn't either there back to the company in small print. There is no phone number to contact these people either. So, can you explain to me how I am to dispute this within 30 days? They sent nothing, not the vehicle or what is damaged, so I can at least send them a proper dispute. And I will be disputing this because I caused no damage to that vehicle. I have never run across such an unprofessional company and am amazed Enterprise allows this shady incomplete and ridiculous attempt of looking for a quick buck. I have always trusted Enterprise but will now think twice before even looking towards your rental counter. Rental agreement #50KPQQ.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Receiving my reserved rental car

Leila (?) was very rude, didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in but I said hello & gave her my name. After checking in, we proceeded outside & went over any damage & the mileage. Then she proceeded to start reading everything in the contract to me even when I told her I was refusing all x-tra coverage but would do the gas with Enterprise upon return & I explained again that I didn't want to miss my best friend's Memorial & would like to get on the road as it was in Lake San Marcos @ 1130.
She continued reading the contract. I told her again that I have been renting from Enterprise for probably over 20 years & never been treated like this from any Enterprise. She told me I was rude & would not be giving me my reserved rental.
I had rented it for 4-6hrs after the memorial was finished & my car was ready for pickup. I had to drive down to Miramar to take my car to my mechanic for brakes & this was the office that I've always used when I needed a car for the past several years even when they changed locations on Miramar Rd.
I followed her back into the office & gave her the info that had been asked & she said out loud that she was not going to give me a car. There were a couple of customers in the lobby including the manager. I asked if I could get a ride to the San Diego East Miramar & that did not happen either. This was appox 10:41am

Julie was my best friend & her Memorial was in less than 40 mins from that time & I was still in Miramar.
The memorial was in Lake San Marcos. I had to call Uber to pick me up & drive me.

Thank You for listening, I appreciate it. I just wanted to explain my version of this incident.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Harassed to return, undue damage claim, etc.

I got a replacement vehicle in Kalispell Montana, I mentioned that the AC was not working to the manager and he said he would make a note of it. He also told me to go to the next enterprise, which was in Canada, and they'll exchange it there. They wouldn't exchange it and they told me I could return it but I was under a contract with my insurance company. So I took the van to dodge to get it looked at while I had enterprise in louisiana harassing me to return it. Tried to return the van and lost my phone prior. They wouldnt take it because I didn't have the reservation number, even though I gave it to them the day before.
The van gets stolen with all my stuff in it.
Enterprise is/has charged for the missing keys (understandable) but they also are charging for the broken AC. And reviewed my claim that it was already broken and still stand firm that its my responsibility.Enterprise wouldnt let me rent from them again so I had to pay a taxi $200 to get home. I had $5-10k worth of stuff in the van as well. I would've never been in Kamloops and the vehicle would've never gotten stolen if I didn't have that man harassing me to bring the vehicle back. Which should've been between him and my insurance company. My insurance company is also not paying for my loss but paying for theirs.

Desired outcome: I want my good standing back with enterprise, as well as a refund on the false claim. I would also like a partial or full compensation for the items I lost in light of the harassment and suffering I was subject to.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Car rental-manager of the Bethesda, MD branch Gabe Silva

I rented a car from the Bethesda, MD branch on two occasions. On the first occasion they were under staffed and provided poor service. I was an hour late for work because the car was not ready at the specified time. When I rented the car the Manager Gabe Siva was overwhelmed with customers and got upset when I mentioned they should have more staff and I was going to be late for work. When I returned the call he tried to say I smoked in it which I did not and talked very disrespectful to me. He also threatened to charge me for cleaning but this time "he was going to let me off the hook" It crossed my mind to report him but I decided he may have been having a bad day due to the lack of staffing.

The second time I rented a car he remembered me and had an angry tone with me. Again there was a line out the door and I was an hour and a half late for work because they did not provide the car at the specified time. The car he gave me had not been cleaned and had sand from the beach in it, a half eaten sandwich and orange peels. When I returned the car he again accused me of smoking in it and I made it clear that I had not. He said I will decide if you smoked in it or not. He sat in the car and made me wait for about 15 minutes, When he got out of the car he again talked terrible to me and said he was going to charge me a cleaning fee and put me on a do not rent list. He very angry and I have never been spoken to in the rude, terrible manner that he spoke to me.

After I left I called customer service to voice my concerns and was told his manager would call me back. I waited and never received a call from the manager I then called customer service several time after that always being told his manager would call me back and that never happened.

The last time I called the person I spoke with said it was in the notes that I acknowledged I smoked in the car. That is a lie I NEVER acknowledged this.
When I requested a copy of the notes she said I had to go back into that rental location and get them Why would I do that when Mr. Silva was so apparently angry both times I rented the cars and spoke to me like I was dirt.

It appears that his manager did not do his job and just took his word for what happened instead of contacting me to hear what I had to say. If Mr. Silva is treating me so disrespectful I am sure he is doing it to other customers.

No one from enterprise has ever contacted me regarding this. I even called corporate office and they did nothing.

I plan on pursuing this matter not because of the money including loss time from my job but because of the principle of the matter. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner as Mr. Silva spoke to me. I will be taking this to small claims court.

My advice is to never rent from enterprise because it's all about money for them and customer service means nothing to them.

Desired outcome: The cleaning fee reimbursed, my name taken off do not rent list Mr. Silva to be reprimanded for his conduct perhaps receive further training on dealing with customers. Also an apology from Gabe Silva would be nice

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Deposit refund

I had a reservation last week to rent a Ford Fusion when I got to the location I was advised that there was no reservation put in my name I showed the email and the confirmation number.
I was told I had to wait for 30 min so they could see if anything was available at this point I was already late for my client to do hair. I waited and then was offered a mini van or I could wait around for something to be returned I took the mini van and returned it with gas and cleaned I have not heard anything back regarding my deposit and normally if there are any discrepancies I will be contacted.
I just want my money back at this point that's all nothing free just my deposit back on my card or another rental for the amount owed

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Reservation not fulfilled

My car needed to go into the body shop for repairs so i made a reservation for a luxury car a month in advance but when i went to pick it up at the hulen, fort worth location i was given a ford SUV and told sorry this is all we have. After 2 days of calls and complaints i finally got a q60 which almost as soon as i left the lot had a tire start to go flat. at that time of day everything was closed so i was forced to go to the airport to get another car. All they had was a small truck which is what i have today. I was told i could exchange it at any location but i have called 12 different locations and they all tell me they can't help me and i need to go back to where i got the original car. the location i got the car is on the other side of town and would require me to take off work to go over there. i was also told they would not be able to bring me the car despite the numerous commercials saying they will. So now i am stuck with a truck i don't want and i am still getting charged for the luxury vehicle. i will not get my car back for another 3 weeks and i don't want to have to drive a truck for all that time. all my calls to customer service, the online chat and numerous locations have not gotten me any help. This is by far the worst customer service experience i have ever had with a company. How is it in 2021 there is no way to look at the available inventory in my area so that i do not have to call 12 different locations multiple times trying to find a car. I will never use this company again.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Enterprise location at 9 Street and 3 Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215

We live next door to Enterprise on the ground floor. When Enterprise is closed they leave on the air compressor all night or all day when they are closed on the weekend, There is no reason why an air compressor is left on when no one is using the vacuum or any other device that uses compressed air, It needs to be shut off. It is very loud.

Again I understand when the business is open no problem having it on. I went there twice asking it be turned off when the office is closed and twice I was shined on.

I will be contacting my NYC Councilman for the 39th District Shahana Hanif, NYC 311 noise complaints, 78 Police Precinct - Community Affairs Staff and SGT Keith Blunt our Neighborhood Coordination Officer.

It also is an environmental issue when it serves no purpose.

Rented car at Panama City airport, day one car was fine next day car does not start tow comes and jumps car day 3 car does not start ask for new car after 5 phone calls to enterprise car is still not here, will never use or endorse this terrible company very poor customer service, lost out on 2 days of our family vacation and was not able to get to day trips we had paid for because of this company

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Enterprise put me in an unsafe vehicle

I rented a car from Enterprise of Delray Beach FL. In September. It was a 2021 Chevy Equinox, normally a great car. I have driven cats with " lane assist" but the lane assist in this particular car was unreliable from the start. I just decided to turn it off whenever I drove with this vehicle. I was driving back from a wedding on the I-95 when the steering wheel literally LOCKED up on me. I tried to turn it but it would not budge. I admit, I panicked and slammed on the brakes. I collided with the concrete divider, but thank God no one else was hurt by this car. The airbags deployed and I was kind of battered up, went to urgicare, nothing broken. Police came quickly . People stopped to help me and the car was towed to KAUFFS. I'm a part-time student but I work full time, in a restaurant to pay for it. I didn't have a lot of free time and I was just about to move.
The really bad situation for me, other than the cars questionable safety was that, in order to save money I used a credit card to pay for the car that I believed came with auto rental insurance on it. I waived the ENTERPRISE insurance. The card I used, did not have insurance protection unfortunately and my mail has all just been forwarded to me, from Enterprise telling me I owe them almost $ 20, 000. I nearly died. Apparently even though the damage was not bad and only to the front end, they decided to total the car. I tried to get to the vehicle because my license, some personal items and a beautiful dress were still inside it. No one from Enterprise rental or corporate office knew where it was. KAUFFS said it had been taken away. My belongings are gone, including a source of ID and I wonder if they totaled the car due to the fact that the diagnostics details from the computer told them that the vehicle was at fault . I am waiting for a consumer advocate attorney to take the case as I do not trust either ENTERPRISE or the CLAIM to PAY collections agency that withdrew $900 from my bank account without my permission or any legal judgment that I knew of . That was my rent money. This whole situation is so awful and I'm so stressed. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the input !

Enterprise Rent-A-Car My money

Enterprise still has yet you pay me my 380 plus the gas fund they "accidentally" added that was refunded.one of the workers had accidentally forgotten to explain the damage waiver that I only needed for two days of my rental time. Instead it charged for 19 days..I went to the brand who said nothing could be done and to call customer service who explained they were wrong and should refund me. Now it's a fight between the branch and customer service and either have responded regarding my money. Neither have been sent to my account and my rent is due on the s1st! I really need cash why is this happening to me?

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Rental rate charges of car accident victims during pandemic

1. On november 20, 2020, a man u turned into me and totaled my beloved car and body. This happened in los angeles at the height of the pandemic shutdown where most businesses were closed or only operating at limited capacity.
2. My automobile insurance policy with wawanesa states they pay the first 30 days for a rental car. Wawanesa agreed to pay $25.00 per day.
3. Because of the shutdown, doctors, hospitals, labs, car dealerships, uber, cabs, carmax, insurance companies were delayed in settling my case?
4. That is not my fault. I am the injured victim.
5. Many car victims like me are driving rental cars for longer periods of time due to all the delays.
6. Enterprise price gouged me $35.00 per day, (wawanesa pays $25.00_) harassed me weekly with phone calls and demanded I leave my work and medical appts so they could rewrite my contract every month?
7. Enterprise never could come and pick me up like they used too and like their advertising says. So enterprise has cut services and increased prices to price gouge car accident victims like me.
8. While traveling outside of los angeles, I was told the rate would increase 147% to $90.00 a day?
9. This is blatant price gouging car accident victims.
10. I only agree to pay what wawanesa paid of $25 daily. And that is high enough.
11. They also failed to provide me with an equivalent car. Car totaled was a benz glk 350. They gave me a chevy malibu. That is not an even exchange. A luxury vehicle at enterprise was nowhere?
12. I request my refund of $4k. From nov 2020 to the present price gouging and honor the $25.00 daily until my claim is finally settled.
13. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Refund me $4K for the overcharging and stick to same $25.00 daily until claim finally ends.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car One for the ages

I feel like this is the a one for the record. I picked up my car in Shelton, CT and found a strong smell of marijuana and then found a the marijuana in the console- a lot with weights some high tech stuff going on. I informed the branch of this and quote" its legal in CT". Customer service went out the window. Missed the obvious cleaning of the car to address the "elephant in the room" . Manager literally said " Oh well we are closing soon". Corporate office response was worse. Stay classy Enterprise! stay classy

Enterprise Rent-A-Car ( 852 W.6th Corona, CA) lent me with a damaged vehicle and charged me to fix it. They did not check underneath the vehicle that was damaged and later they blamed me for the previous damage they did not check.
The rental guide Natalie Valdez said, "We know about damage. Don't worry." Later, they put the car in the bodyshop and fixed all the damage it had, and charged me for its previous damage they didn't fix before.

Desired outcome: Cancel the False Damage Claim and Refund $300

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Rental issue

I rented a vehicle from one location. I dropped off at another location closer to me. I was in contact with the closer one. Made it before closing and paid in full. I have been on a do not rent list. I have my email receipt. What's the problem. And afterwards that evening. I received a call hours later saying they want to recover the car! I said no I don't have it I returned it hours ago in Ft Gratiot. Is there no communication. There?

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Rental

I rented a suv from Frankford Ave location Sept 24- 27. The reason I went back to Enterprise was because last rental for 2 days, the Manager had rented me a smoke (cigarette) filled SUV earlier, and with 3 Kids for 2 days I travelled to DC. I have no idea how much toxins we all inhaled and are closer to getting cancer with AC on full blast it was like sitting in a bar with smoke all around. Anyways coming to the issue here, The Manager told me he would take care of the rental next time I booked. So that meant I would get 2 days free rental for the smoke filled SUV. I returned the SU V and went back home, looked up my card and lo he had charged me $ 331 for 3 days. I shoukd be charged only for 1 day extra. I asked him to reverse it but he told me he could do only one day, which he said he needs approval from management. I am not working due to pandemic currently. so that is steep bill for me. I want my $ 110 credited back to my card ASAP with finance charges.
I gave them a weekly business of $ 600 + for 2 years from my previous company. It all about making $ for Enterprise at cost of my familys health.
Can I send A bill for smoking inhalation for $ 20000 per passenger to you?
I regret having to deal with Enterprise. Send me check for my fraud charges or fo you want my lawyer to send you his bill and health damage from a the young passengers too?
