I received a second damage claim for over $1,000 claiming body damage over a month after I returned a rental. This is after inspection was done on site and a windshield damage claim was initiated and signed off on that day. After emailing to dispute the second claim over 4 times, the DRU refuses to accept my dispute or answer questions. The DRU has also refused to provide an open rental agreement and continues to use stonewalling tactics in addressing my concerns. As a long time enterprise plus member, I’m appalled by this behavior and absolutely disgusted that I’m continuing to deal with this months later.
Desired outcome: I want this fraudulent claim to be dismissed. The car has over 200 more km on it than my initial return. The point of impact says unknown. The 24 page charges seem to be made up on the fly

As a platinum member for several years, I’m appalled at the way Enterprise has been operating. Imagine my shock when I see how many almost identical false claims there are out there to the one I’m experiencing.
It’s a violation of ethics and a clear pattern of misleading representations.
