I had an absolutely horrible customer service experience this past Friday, the 15th at the North St Rd 7 location in Margate, FL. I reserved a truck over a week prior, then went to pick it up at the designated time, and the rep at the desk said they don't have one, he said he tried to contact me but didn't have my contact information. I did this through Expedia, Expedia has my cell phone number and my email. I then asked your rep if he reached out in any way to Expedia, he said no, well, then you really didnt attempt to get ahold of me. I've rented two vehicles from this location as recently as a year ago, so I know they had my phone #. This was complete incompetence. Not having this truck rental and not being able to get one at the last minute set forth a sequence of events that completely ruined mine and my family's plans for this past weekend. They had all my contact info,
they just didn't bother to look for it. I was chatting with Enterprise customer care and all they did was make excuses
