EconomyBookings.comcar pick-up gatwick airport

R Oct 09, 2019

Arrived to pick up vehicle. We were told our personal sat nav was not programming our destinations well. Europcar told us they would upgrade our vehicle plus auto transmission, and sat nav at no extra charge. Also did not receive contract, he said he would put it on line. I suppose we were a bit naive thinking we were with our original booking with u. On return of the vehicle we get an invoice online for 272.15 gbp not $225.97 on original contract with economy booking. He used the same reservation no. But apparently did a new contract without telling us, we now have a bill to executive leasing for $515 what can be done by you to fix our problem with europcar. We were conned, at no time did the rep at the desk tell us he had changed our original contract. Our booking no. With u is b91257278 and at no time did we cancel this booking. I don't know yet if we have been charged by u as well, as we have just arrived home from overseas. Not a good experience to be ripped off at the desk by europcar when u go to pick up your car that has already been booked with you. I hope u can help. My name is robyn delaveris and my email is anthony. [protected]@bigpond.com
I will also be reporting europcar actions to my bank, it was a blatant deception, I am sure u will not be happy that your clients were treated this way.
