Absolutely scam artist. Don't buy from them. You'll absolutely regret it.

These guys are total scam artists. I made the mistake of buying from them and it was a huge regret.

They are all so rude. I have never dealt with a company so rude to their customers. Can't wait to be done with my car payments and be done with them.

Always pay on time. Got sick from work, so I arranged to pay late. Once they turned my car off, I would like to invite anyone who works with this place to kindly eat my dick.

I got this guy Rudy as my account manager, and let me tell you, he's been nothing but rude! He knows he's rude and he just doesn't care. I told him straight up that I don't want him handling my account, but he's all like, "Nah, can't do that," even though I know other folks who got their managers switched.

They are a scam taking advantage of people in this time in need by false advertisin and tellin their car dealerships one thing but chargin fees after you purchase a car. They are rude, hateful, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. Stay far away from them as much as you can. They need to be shut down and all customers refunded their money.

2 stars. And that's pushing it. The phone staff are the absolute worst. I recently lost my job due to unfortunate events. I found work and told a lady I was talking to about the situation. She told me I could wait until my first paycheck this one time. I don't get paid until Friday. But then this dude calls me and tells me I have to pay today or it gets shut off. Unbelievable. Now I have a new job and no way to get there. This place is garbage.

I got a 2010 *** Fleet from Drive Now Acceptance, LLC. When I got the car, I had to take it back in the same week because of a problem with the muffler. Unfortunately, they didn't fix it properly, and the exhaust fumes damaged my engine coils. Now they refuse to cover the cost of the engine repair or provide me with a replacement car. I've never missed a payment until I had to take it to the shop, and they basically told me there's nothing they can do to help. I still owe more than 10k on the car, even though I've already paid over 5k, and it's not even worth that much. The least they could do is be polite about it.

Drive Now Acceptance, LLC is absolutely terrible when it comes to giving out loans. I had my car for a year and a half, and I never missed a single payment because they automatically took it from my bank. But then, due to a mistake by the bank, I missed a payment for the first time. And guess what? *** (the manager) from Drive Now told me my car was already turned off and I couldn't drive it anymore. Can you believe it? It was my first time missing a payment, and they treated me like I was some kind of repeat offender. I tried to explain my perfect payment history, but *** just brushed it off, saying it didn't mean anything. I've never encountered such rude people in my entire life. I swear, I'll never ever get another car from this place because of their financing company.

This company is the worst business I've ever dealt with. They didn't return any of my calls. *** was really rude in all my dealings with him. He threatened to take apart my vehicle because I didn't have the right insurance, even though I sent it multiple times. I had unexpected surgery and couldn't make my payments. *** told me to prove that I had surgery and couldn't work, but he wouldn't answer or return my calls when I had the proof. When my payment was due, he said I can't work but I'm still driving the car. They dismantled my car and now I can't continue my therapy. If I could leave a negative rating, I definitely would. Don't get involved with this company, they have the worst business practices I've ever seen.

I have never been so disrespected y somone over the phone. When I got my vehicle I was married and making good money at my job. Back in march I left my husband with all 5 kids to ensure their safety. We have a criminal case going on. I have all the proof to back this up. Every single thing is documented and they refuse to work with me. Rudy has told me “you’re making this up” like nobody has this many problems. WELL I DO AND SO DO PLENTY OF OTHERS. My other car loan company has a hardship you can apply for for times that are unexpected. They are so rude and as a victim of abuse and also my children how dare they treat someone like this. I’m on FMLA because this has ruined my life. I get it they need their money and I always figure it out somehow but this week I can’t and y’all are gonna come pick up my car? How can I get to work? How can I make my payment then? This is ridiculous that LIFE HAPPENS. GIVE PEOPLE A BREAK.

I recently financed a 2010 Hyundai Veracruz through ***. On the same day, I also got full coverage insurance from another company. My car payments were $200 for a while, but recently they added an extra $45 for Drive Now Acceptance's insurance. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but haven't been successful. I don't get why I'm being charged extra for insurance when I already have full coverage that I'm always paying for, and they have all my information on record!

I had 2 loans with this place during a span from 10 - May . I filed bankruptcy on a 2012 Ford Focus they took this off credit report after I disputed with Credit Bureaus through credit karma. The vehicle that was paid off in full shows a closed account - nothing that states it was paid off. I spoke to Lisa from Drive Now and she says that it will never fall off. What she’s failing to understand not does she appear to want to listen is that it is affecting my credit as a CLOSED account. I gave enclosed exactly what appears on Credit Karma which was report by Transunion.

I bought a 2011 *** Ranger from Drive Now Acceptance. I signed papers on Oct 20, 2017 and never missed any of my bi-weekly payments of $204.49. But the company kept asking for payments even after our 4-year contract ended. When I called them, they said they would let me know when they would send my title. It's been 4 weeks now and I call every week, but they keep saying they'll get back to me. This week, they said ..by law they have 21 days. It's been more than 21 days! I did my part and want what I truly paid over $23,000 for...the title to my truck.

My car-note is due every two weeks and it's $190. Sometimes I struggle to come up with the money and I ask for an extension. They told me they don't do extensions and I only have until 3pm the next day to pay or they will shut off my vehicle and possibly repossess it. I recently looked over my contract and it says that if any portion of a payment is not paid within 10 days of its due date, I will be charged a late charge of 5% of the payment due on installments over $200.00 or $10.00 on installments of $200.00 or less. However, they also told me they don't charge late fees. So, how can I deal with this situation? They will probably come up with an excuse.

The phone service I got from Drive Now Acceptance, LLC was terrible. I got disconnected multiple times by the folks at Five Now. My account manager, ***, never got back to me until yesterday, even though I left him a few messages. I'm only 6 days late on my payment, but I'll be starting work soon. I'll be working CPS next week because school is starting again. I've explained this to them many times, but every time we talk, they interrupt me, threaten me, and show a lot of disrespect. The car they sold me is a total lemon. It's a 2011 *** MKZ, and I've already spent over $3k on repairs. On the first day, I had to take it back because of issues with the struts and shocks. I also had to replace the inner and outer tie rods, the driver's side caliper, brake pads, and the differential. Then, I had to get them to replace the transmission hose, the passenger front caliper, and the brakes again. It seems like they don't care about their customers, and it's really disappointing.

This is the second time I've had to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com about Rudy *** from Drive Now Acceptance in the East Dundee office of ***. He has been putting extra charges on my account for no reason at all. He has been overcharging me with extra insurance for my vehicle and is saying I have to pay for it because I don't have full coverage on my vehicle. He has had my insurance on file for the past two years and could easily call the company to check my insurance, but instead he says I need to pay for their extra insurance because they don't see that I have my own insurance. He has done this multiple times where he overcharged me and threatens to turn off my vehicle if I don't pay. Then my account doesn't show my payments correctly and I'm paying too much for my car. I have had full coverage on my vehicle for the past two years and shouldn't have to keep dealing with these extra charges. What Rudy *** is doing to my account is wrong and unethical, and he shouldn't be handling my account anymore.

Drivenow Acceptance LLC has been the worst car company I have ever dealt with for the past year+. The experience has been nothing but HORRIBLE. The employees are disrespectful and very rude. This company doesn't work with you regarding a car payment and doesn't offer any type of grace period or payment plan, especially due to covid and covid-related circumstances. I spoke with a lady before, and she told me it's not my fault you're in a tight space and couldn't make your payments. That was very disrespectful and degrading. I asked to speak with someone else and was told another person doesn't come in until 11, so I was denied to speak with anyone else. This company calls me and sends out emails multiple times a day, which is very harassing to me. I asked them to please not contact me anymore since the car was picked up today (5/18/2022), and was told they will still contact me even though they have the car in their possession now. I was also told that now that they have the car, it will go off to some type of auction, and whatever's left, they will garnish my wages. I am reporting this to see what rights do I have and what options do I have?
