To whom this may concern, I was just recently on 1/21/26 at the Solon ,Ohio location. I was discriminated and horribly mistreated upon by your manager Rico and another Cashier on duty that didn't have a name tag on. I had over 400 items that happened to be a penny she told me I could not purchase them. I asked her why not she then became angry at me and Rico said yes go ahead and ring her up. She knew I prescanned all my items then she kept ringing when she was advised I only wanted the penny items so the system became stuck and that's when she said no one has ever made such a large purchase of 400 items?
I told her respectfully that's not true because my company comes in all the time with trucks and buy items in bulk for the community. I asked her to read her policy about the penny process she said she is not going to read any policy?. I advised her why not. Then Rico came over after they made me wait over 20 plus minutes in hopes I would cancel my order but I did not. Rico came back over and advised me to go through all my items and seperate them by item. I advised him no way I don't work here and that's not my job!.
He stated he didn't appreciate me having his cashier spending so much time on my order and I was holding up his line!. He forgot by this time there was no line and even if there was you don't get the privilege to discriminate on me and my purchases. I was so appauled because of the horrible treatment I received considering I consistently spend lot's of money with this establishment continually. I have never been so mistreated & discriminated upon because of the amount of my items in my life!. They treated me as if I was a robber or thief! I began to cry because I could not believe how people can be so evil, discriminatory & heartless. I am the customer just trying to make a purchase. Something needs to be done to her and him. I am still in disbelief and deeply hurt by the unfair & poor treatment!. Please educate your staff on the penny policy per January 7 thank you kindly for your prompt attention to this matter!. Feel free to pull the cameras! .
