hi, I am a us military combat veteran wounded in active duty and permanently disabled because of it. I cannot drive a car and as such I must walk to the local dollar tree to shop and because of my epilepsy and other medical needs as well as carrying shopping bags with me so that I don't waste paper or plastic bags so I carry a very small backpack with my medications and other things inside. Today however after shopping many times here at the dollar tree in willits California and NEVER being asked before! A young dollar tree employee working the cash register with dark hair and glasses forced me to remove my bag and leave it with him just to shop there like I'm done common criminal or homeless bum off the street. I fought for freedom in this country and what he just did was like draconian law and it cannot stand! I am upset and really close to reporting to the better business bureau and using my influence here in town to let everyone know how people are treated there. It's a sollar store not the white house and shakedowns by thugs is not necessary. You don't make women leave their pocketbooks or purses at the door with employees to do as they please with them so why take my small bag? Today they double charged me, allowed me to use my card. Took money off card. My card was then declined because the cashier ran it a second time, for no apparent reason, completely depleting the money off of my card!

Then asked me for more CASH! I said no! I wanted my money back, that was not acceptable. I was then told, They could not issue the money back on the card. Then come to find out, they took CASH off my card even though I did not ask for cashback transaction.

I am now $35 short for the SIX items I walked out of the store with. 6 ITEMS! AND I WAS CHARGED $35!

The management then refused to give me a Name & Working number to her boss. Still have not found that. And she had one of her cashiers get in my face and physically push me out of the store, Because I tried to call them out on their scam.

I was told to leave. I told the lady that pushed me i was not talking to her, and the manager then stated, "I don't fing care how you shut her up, just make her fing b quiet!" I was then agan pushed and told to leave.

Just be cautious. Know EXACTLY how much your purchase should be. Because these ladies are SLICK!

I believe there is harassment going on in this store. If could, please contact me asap. [protected], or by e-mail, [protected]@gmail.com. There are 3 employees there and they are all related. They are trying to get one manager out of there so one of them could be put into that position. They don't do there work, always smoking with the owner/manager. Try to tell the owner/manager and she doesn't do anything about it, try to tell the district manager and he does nothing about it either. One of the three is harassing my daughter, ( I am writing this without my daughters and husbands knowledge as they both work there.) calling her a [censored], talking about her to other employees. I would like something to be done if not I will go to the BBB, something will be done about this.

I went to the Dollar Tree in Manhattan KS and it Very dirty, shelves were emptey boxes everrywere

this is not the first time I have been in this store and have seen it this way

I enjoy shopping in the Dollar Tree however this makes me want to stop shoppping here

I just want to bring this to your attention so that it can be fixed and your buisness will remain in Manhattan

I had to order a case of plastic clear tumblers since not one dollar tree within a 20 mile radius had them available. No big deal ordered them and got a confirmation that they would be there by this last saturday. I am upset since its been over a week and I still havent recieved my cups. An there hasnt been any weather related issues for them not to get here. I was hoping to make personal gift cups for my daughters 2nd birthday, but it looks like I just blew money and will have all these cups for no reason. I am very upset and displeased that has taken so long to receive cups. I will not be purchasing anything off line from you again.

I was in store 4414 Oxford ohio on January 27, 2019 at 2:15 pm I overheard a cashier state that the manager left the store to go eat, leaving the two cashiers in store by their selves. I feel this was not appropriate behavior for a manager, what if one of them needed something that they weren't able to do their selves or there was an emergency. I believe the managers name is Bobby,

I did not say anything the fist time staff was rude at the dollar tree in Hattiesburg MS at Turtle Creek Crossing. But it happen again Last night. Last night my husband and I were in line of at least 15 customers and only 1 line open. My husband asked if they had any help, yes he was frustrated at standing in line, but others were also. Lady came to open lane, which He asked for, and he goes to lane, she tells him to step to the back of line. Yes it upset us, we left our products and left the store. My girlfriend was approved for hiring then the manager told my son's girlfriend about her and my son's girlfriend got the manager to not hire her..i was accused of a sex crime 5 years ago but no evidence thats why they didn't hire her o drive an 18 wheeler and when i get back home i will be talking to an attorney to see if this is in v of hiring practices you can reach me @ 336.470.6571. ive been working for dollar tree its coming up on a yr., and the craziness of the store i work in is well words cant describe it, anyways the store manager sexual harrasses his employees, not to mention is embezzling money from the company, and shorting his employees drawers, so all of the above was brought to the attention of district manager, acting concerned when telling him these wrong on so many levels doings, he did nothing about any of it . also would like to add that theres really just one hard working asst. manager that i work with who really deserves this store more than the piece of [censored] running it now . rest a sured i will be persuing this matter further .

I went into the dollar tree store in Kissimme Florida today. I purchased a few items total of $21.50. I gave the chaser a $50.00 bill which she had to call the manager to approve. That was fine with me. The manager came over with an attitude and told the cashier to take a credit card from me She told the girl should could not give me change. I asked her did the entire store have less than $50. The store was very busy and I am sure she could have cashed a $50. The customer in back of me offered to break the $50. Bill but in a huff she went in her office and came out with the change.. she was the rudest person I have ever met. It makes me feel that I will never go back to that store. Even the cashier was embarrassed for her

Reading glasses are a ripoff. They are junk. They are made by melting the plastic to curve/diopter. Only the center of the lens is proper diopter. When reading the bottom of a page, the eye is looking through the lower part of the lens which is NOT the correct diopter and the eye adjusts/squints to compensate; same for when reading near/at the top of a page. Hold the DollarTree/cheap glasses about a foot from the eye and you will see the curvature of the lens. On a good quality pair of glasses, there is NO curve of the image; the page will always be in focus at all areas. Note I bought several different sizes and diopters. All suffer from same flaw.

Store Manager was the most rude employee i have ever encountered.

I asked the cashier if there were more batteries to restock since i was buying a bunch in preparation for a storm.

The cashier politely responded to my question and asked the manager. Elsie the store manager belligerently replied loudly and rude "pay attention to your line"

This response was completely uncalled for to the cashier. The line was long because the manager was not helping call for back up or helping ring herself.

I was trying to let them know the shelf was close to empty and there were other customers looking for D batteries.

I responded to Elisie' rudeness by replying "wow that was rude." I asked her "what her position was" and her response was "manager" in a snide and rude tone.

If dollar tree employees young girls who are nasty and rude to their employees, who are older mature adults when they are trying to help a customer then i will never shop at this company ever again.

She needs to be fired. I will spread the word to everyone i know that girl is nasty and not to shop and support a company that allows their managers to abuse their employees.

I want a written apology from that manager and I expect you to force her to apologize to that cashier.

I'm so tired of this store willingly and knowingly allowing people to bring their non-service dog pets into the store when they shop. It is illegal and nasty. I have witnessed customers telling employees that their dogs are not service dogs and the employees tell them they don't care if they bring them into the store. It is a health code violation by law. Some people are allergic to dogs and the problem is out of control with the amount of pets coming into the store on a regular basis. It is causing ill feelings among customers towards this store and employees and pet owners. It makes real service dogs have less respect and acceptance when there is so many pets being allowed into this store. I stopped shopping at Dollar Tree as it is a nasty place were people have no respect for others or integrity.

Why is it that when I go into dollar tree (and by the way I love shopping there) the cashier always asks if I need a bag and if I have change? I have 10 items and they want to know if I am going to carry them out without a bag? I love getting coins back in change. They round up so they dont have to give coins in change. Why is that? That makes their register short! Anyway, I want my coins (pennies especially) and I expect to get the correct change in the future. Thank you.
