Dollar Tree employee

I really don't complain since I am in the field retail and sales but I went into your dollar tree thousand oaks. I was paying for my products and my family and I shop there quite a bit no more after that service. Anyways the boy which at first wouldnt give me his name he said "what you can't read my name tag?" so whathappened was I was giving him the money $0.15 and I set down the pennies on the counter and he threw the receipt at me not handed it there was many witnesses and I said sir there's no need for you to treat me this way i'm a customer he says u threw pennies at me I said excuse me I was counting the pennies out of my hand and I set them down because I didn't hand them in ur hand u treat me like this. I was able to get name he would only give me his first name justin in thousand oaks I hate making a compliantbut this man was so so rude to me I will never ever shop here or my family because he was just so disrespectful to me no apologies for it nothing he cared less.

Dollar Tree mountain rush soda

I purchased 5 bottles of this soda at the dollar tree in lynnwood wash on 1_9_2019 when I got them home my son drank one and said it was gross, the date on the bottles said april 2018 I had the bags they came in and the worker that sold them to me was there and said she remembered but because I didnt have receipt manager was rude about returning them. The product should not have been on the shelf with that date, I am gonna post this on social media so people know that your company sells out dated food gross

Dollar Tree employee

First let me start by saying that I love dollar tree. Couldn't wait til the store @ 1001 memorial opened. I was there for the grand opening and meet ms. Polly she was so nice, the store is only 0.6 miles from my house. Now on dec 07, 2018 I visited the dollar tree store # 431 @ 20:35 hours. I have been to this same store many times. First I am a disabled senior. An employe his name in okino, I have had run & works with him in the past, nothing was about it, so with the run in with him in dec, I called the corp office for dollar tree and was instructed to leave a message that someone would contact me (not). I have never been treated by anyone like I was with okino. The store was packed, 2 people on registers, there was about 15 people deep @ register 1, okino was on the other one, he closed his regester, I asked him why are you closing, he replied I am going on break! In a nasty tone to me. He returned from break, by now there are so many people in line with carts that were full, I asked him if he was going to open, he replied next customer, so I went to his line. I said him you are so rude, he said no you are rude & nasty, and I am not going to wait on you, so he told the girl @ the next to wait on me. I said I am not going to move my stuff, you will have to wait on me, now there are about 12 people behind me, he still refuses to wait on me, so a lady left the back of the line went around the register and he rang up her stuff, next customer all the while I am standing there, I replied I am not going to move, so can you ring me up he replied, no I am not going to wait on you. After almost 5 mins, he was slinging my stuff that he had put in a bag for the other person to wait on me, he told me that I was nasty & rude, I said to him I am the customer and you don't treat me that way. All the other people in line was getting upset over this matter & I told him that I was going to report him, he said go ahead, I am not going loose anything with a grin on his face. He doesn't need to be working with the public, first you are dealing with multitude attitudes you don't know how people will react. I understand everybody has a right to there breaks, I have worked as a cashier for years, sometime you have to put a smile on your face even if it is a fake one. I cases like the above one he could cleared the backed up lines and then took his break. Because I never got no call back, I went to the store in person last week and said something to the manager, she said she hadn't heard anything about it, but would ask him when he got to work. (still nothing) this is not a laughing matters to me it very serious. I think that he should lose his job. I went down to store # 7418 I was (fit to be tide) talked to some customers in that store, they said they had problems with him also, but didn't know who to call about it. I am almost ready to file a complaint with the bbb & ftc. Something needs to be done about okino.

Dollar Tree manager attitude I am complaining about against catherine store no:5504

On January 8, 2019, around 4 20 pm est, I completed my shopping and entered to only one line available ( Line 4 likely ) . Line was very long and it was extending to middle of the aisle. I was closer to the cashier and there are 4 people were ahead of me. However, in compare with my 8 items held on hand, they all had a lot of more items.. I suddenly saw saw a movement on line 1 and one female employee ( manager Catherine since 2013 ) seemed like she was trying to open another line. I left my place on line 4 and moved to number 1 because of the health concerns I had ( chronic gout and osteoarthritis ). The manager there, Catherine told me line is not open; there are some technical problems with the register and she did not know when it would be open.. I said could wait for a little while.. During that time, problems are resolved and line was open. However, Catherine did not accept me to check out online because I was back on other line ( she was not sure )

She refused to check me out. I said there were only 3-4 people ahead of me on other line and they were already entered to the cashier zone.. She didn't care. This attitude frustrated me and I said I was going to make a complaint against her.. She said she wouldn't care!

I got her tag number and noted ( Catherine since 2013 ). Since this happened after she noticed my accent, I felt like discriminated both based on nationality and handicap..

I teach/taught management issues in colleges and Universities for years and have never faced with such a situation..As an academic, in the management field, I can easily say that Dollar does not deserve care free and discriminatory managers like at their stores..

I left the items whom I intended to purchase and traveled about 15 miles to Dollar Tree, Jefferson City, TN store to purchase the items I needed.

I demand that a proper action to be taken against this Catherine based on inconvenience and pain she has caused.. If this matter is not resolved here, I intend to pursue other channels.

Dollar Tree store closing!!!

We are very, not happy with the decision that Dollar Tree has decided to make with closing our store, "It doesn't make enough money" Whenever you go in there are people, hard to find a parking spot. They should find a place with more parking. So many people are going to be lost without that store. Our town can never have anything. Reconsider Dollar Store. You have so many people rely on this store in the town that we live in. Some people do not have cars and they rely on this. Now there is only going to be one a couple towns up and and down. If you do anything with closing, you should look at the Family Dollar in town. It would be hard for the people working there because they would loose their job, but they can not be making any money.

Dollar Tree worst store i’ve ever seen - 12901 n interstate 35 austin, tx 78753

I shop at Dollar Tree on a weekly basis and most locations are very clean and run smoothly. Not today! (1/6/19) I went into this location (12901 N Interstate 35
Austin, TX 78753) around 4:30pm and it honestly looked like a hurricane had gone through this store! There was trash everywhere, opened boxes of product that people had stolen/eaten, boxes and boxes and boxes of freight strewn all over the store, etc. Two employees were working (one on register and very nice, the other looked like a homeless man and couldn't be bothered). I asked the cashier if they were closing and she just said no with no apologies or explanation as to why the store was so bad. I spoke to another shopper and we both agreed that this location was the worst we had ever seen. The boxes of freight that were all over the store were leaning because some were stacked so high. If someone happened to walk by and accidentally bump into the boxes there might be a lawsuit if someone got hurt. This store should be revamped or shut down.

Dollar Tree newspapers

On 1/6/19, I drove my son to Dollar Tree to purchase three Starledger papers as I was under the weather. I buy these papers solely for coupons. Only one paper had coupons. I immediately called the store and they said they would not take them back. Your receipt policy says you return within 30 days. I guess this is false and misleading. DollarTree is selling newspapers that are not the same when bundled. Mgr told me people take the coupons. I want two free papers next week w the coupons. Why would I buy three papers of the same... just to read them. Please honor this request.

Dollar Tree the whole entire store

Disgusting store outdated food, water all over the floor by the freezers, the freezers looked as if never been cleaned for years my husband used to work there with Craig I also HV been a store manager for a chain and your manager now stated there freezers were down but never got to cleaning them she stated she threw out the bad food already but I found outdated food in filth. Please clean thus up immediately or I will submit pics to the health department. Thx a concerned Customer

Dollar Tree customer service in hyde park ma store

I went to the listed store to pick up my items yesterday January 4th. I was very excited but left almost an hour later very disappointed. The email i received said i have until January 11th to pick up my items but i was unable to get them because the store could not locate them.The manager was very rude. She told me that she could not find all my items. She did not know when the store would find the items and i should try to come to the store again some other day. I asked if i could get a time frame to expect my items to be found she told me no. I finally had to ask if i could get a call for when the items were located. She just dismissed my inquiry with a wave and walked away from me saying "the phone number should be in the file so they will locate it". The least she could have done was to confirm my number on file or offer an apology for the inconvenience of driving to the store. Thisvwas my first time using this service and it has been a big disappointment so far. I am writing this in the hopes of improving your customer service awareness and to get to the bottom of what happened to my shipment.

Dollar Tree closing store early but store hours say there open still

January 3rd 2019 store hours say they close at 8 p.m. I arrived at 7:54 p.m. stores with clothes the manager saw that I was at the door and would not let me in ring of all customers and loss with them to exploit them out the door I said can I just drive one item I leave she said no where close I asked her please little brothers and your store hours so you're still open she said no we're closed for the night those were last customers should shut down the register already but I was out there five minutes before 8 the store was already locked up

Dollar Tree store in the 44221 zip code

Love, love, love the Doller Tree but... this store has been a hot mess for a long time. It's the closest to my home so I want to go there, but I am done.
Every time I go in the store is dirty, shelves are empty and merchandise is always sitting in boxes in the aisles. All the other Dollar Trees in local cities have there seasonal things out and this store is way behind. I have seen merchandise that people have bought on You Tube and this store doesn't even have it out yet! (Valentine's Day).

Dollar Tree customer service

My husband and I went to the dollar tree on West Market Street last night. A woman was named Shannon was working a register. We had heard her page help while we was still shopping. So when we went to check out another register had its light on. My husband simply asked if it was open. Shannon replied loudly in front of several people, "this is where I'm standing". It was very embarrassing and humiliating. I told my husband we should put our 12ish items back and just go to walmart. If people don't like their jobs they should be behind a desk and not in the public. We will most likely nothe returning to that location again and maybe none. I will do my Google maps review as they ask for my pictures and reviews often unless something is done about this. When I go shopping I expect to be treated as a human. I'm big on posting options and reviews and people's constantly asking me about deals and the best places to shop. I will no longer be telling people about the good deals you all have on somethings. I hope you can train your employees to be kind and curious. It's bad enough that most of our local dollar trees are a mess and barely stocked. We was there trying to find phone wall chargers but ended up without that and a bunch more things. I needed about 6 of those and a few usb and c chargers but there wasn't much of anything left. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because I'm still upset and so is my husband. I wonder how the other customers felt listening to such nonsense as well? It was beyond rude and uncalled for. Thank you for your time and sorry I had to waste mine.

Dollar Tree Sisters working @ same store & one is manager & has a record

A lady named Nicole Brown is a manager & has a record but was able to get it to go through which isn't fair.She gets her sister Sarah Brown a job which is against company policy.A lady that worked there before did a background check for part time ASM but didn't pass it & no one tried to get it to go through.How is it fair for one that has a record to get to be manager but the other one couldn't?The store manager knows about Nicole & Sarah being sister & Nicole having a record but she doesn't act like it matters.She's just worried about having help.I personally don't think a felon should have the chance to handle money & take it to the bank.They did a crime one time they'll do it again.I think someone from Human Resource should look into this because the DM doesn't do his job

Omg this is so petty! Just because somebody committed a crime in the past doesn't mean they will do it again. That is sterotyping in the worst kind of way. I made a big mistake when I was young and I got caught with a felony. I paid my debt to society and have never looked back. I cleaned my life up and became a decent member of society. People do change. And anyone that says different is closed minded...

Dollar Tree inappropriate behavior by a store associate

My boyfriend and I went to the dollar tree on Whitlock Ave. In Marietta, Ga. On Tuesday January 1, 2019.. I was looking for dry erase markers and my boyfriend went to ask the store associate, Angel, about them. Next thing I know he's coming out of the back room with her...in a very hurried sort of way...my ex boyfriend is something for me to deal with but the fact that your store associate would participate in that is very disturbing .

Dollar Tree trying to find a product

I purchased a hurricane wine glass the number on bottom of glass is [protected] go to your website to order nothing comes up I need 50 of these glasses for my mardi gras ball. I go to the stores I may find one talk to management they show they have them but cant find them or tell me to order on website and have it ship to store but I cant can someone help me with this please

Hello my name is Jerry Evans I am an employee of Dollar Tree. on 12/23/2018 about 5pm I was working as a cashier the asign assistant manager Paul and myself had a disagreement another employee was clock out and going home I ask her if she could purchase a drink for me Paul the assistant manager told me no I could not let her do that i didn't say anything I kept on working an hour goes by my line is right next to the exit door Paul the assistant manager kept leaving the store and we was so busy later I took my half hour break and I went to the pizza place that is two store's down from Dollar tree I seen Paul the assistant manager walk to his car in set in it for about 5 minutes there was only one cashier in the store by themselves as I started to walk back to the store Paul the assistant manager seen me headed back to the store he jumped out his vehicle and made his way back to the store I clocked back in and started working Paul left the store a few more times no where to be found he came back in and went to the front of line and told me I had to ring up a phone charger for him I mentioned to Paul he would have to wait until my customers were done he got upset and rung himself up anyway a paying customer said excuses me I was next he just went back to register 5 and started ringing customer's up once again he turns off his light at register 5 and goes back outside next I know I being told that I have to clock out and go home I spoke the the store manager brain and ask what did I do he said Paul said I was given him a hard time which was a false statement I did not want to go home but I was just following order's from my store manager brain I called the store manager brain and ask what did I do wrong he just kept saying to me I'm giving Paul the assistant manager a hard time I told Brian the store manager I didn't do anything but my job I mentioned to Brian the store manager that Paul behavior was unprofessional and he kept leaving the store and if you could just checked the camera's footage it will show that I never said anything to Paul or gave him a hard time it would show that Paul the assistant manager was leaving the store I feel like Paul the assistant manager was just trying to cover up his behavior and made false statement against me because I noticed his behavior I spoke the my store manager brain the next day and was told that I'm on leave till the 1/3/2019 and it's his word against mine I feel like my I have no employee rights I wrote a letter to my store manager brain to explain what happened and I was still told that I was on leave after I provided prove that Paul was just making it up to have me fired all im asking is for someone to understand that I didn't do anything wrong and a false statement was made against me Thank you..my phone number is [protected] if anyone wants to contact me

Dollar Tree helium balloons

I've grown up shopping dollar tree & love it (shhh... Im 41 yrs old.). My lil' niece turned 11 today & we had bought an unfilled helium balloon from a store that closed recently. We asked to get it filled at dollar tree in springfield, il but were told no! We had planned to pay for it, but still were told no! Such great customer service; may lose a life long customer!

Dollar Tree horrible management

Store Manager Fornicates with male employees .. those male employees have had special treatment with breaking codes then Frequently has off on weekends & always work on her shifts but he will never have to do much work & purposely leaves messes for the night crew. She will also fornicate with Her female employees boyfriends. Will befriend that female employee to keep in loop of the boyfriend & set up Group dates to see that employees boyfriend outside of work. The District Manager has a reputation of giving special treatments to his Store Managers but that another complaint

Dollar Tree employee service

At this Dollar Tree location EMPLOYEES are using cash back scam on customers. When you realize what happened they refund your money from the register but won't give you a receipt. Also when you come back to get your money, the person who scammed you is still EMPLOYED THERE. Supposedly unaware that people from regional office are on there way there to fire them . WHY ARE THEY STILL WORKING THERE? .And why is the manager telling the customer to press charges ? Why can't the store press charges? This place needs an on investigation.

Dollar Tree merchandise all over the place

This is really ridiculous! Pictures dont even do it ! This needs to stop! This needs to be cleaned up before someone gets hurt ! That store 1127 mt sterling ky looks like total crap! That store has went to hell ! The store got moved in new location in 2012 and omg it was beautiful had a wonderful crew and managment.. Now its ran by people who obviosuly does not care ! It looks worse in person !
