I have included a picture of the your store front. This was yesterday and I assure you this is the norm. Using a Walmart cart for a trash can is a first. This store is always trashy and dis-sheveled. Does not help your store nor the other stores in the complex. Additionally, why do I need to use 350 characters to tell a story that can be told in less - does not make sense!

I went to Dollar Tree in Moody, AL on 03/08/19. I purchased 2 items a car charger for my cell phone and a huge lollipop for my 2yr old. To begin with all I could find was the huge circular lollipop but I was really looking for the long, swirly kind that looks like the horn of a unicorn. So I asked the cashier and she pointed us in the right direction where my older son grabbed the sucker. I told him to check it to make sure it wasn't broken because I didn't want the baby to get choked. I explained to the cashier why I needed it unbroken and why I needed that particular kind of sucker and told her my sons age so she was fully aware. She rang up the items and I paid with all silver change. I gave her the exact amount so she didn't owe me any change. I got my bag and walked out the door. Upon arrival at the car my son wanted his surprise so I pulled out his lollipop and my older son opened it. It was broken in so many pieces there was no way a 2 yr old could eat it safely. I told my older son to take it back in and exchange it because it was broken and the baby was crying for it. He brought it back out and said he needed the receipt to exchange it. Now mind you by this time only about 5 minutes have lapsed since the purchase was made. I looked in the bag and there wad no receipt and then I remembered I paid with change and gave her the exact amount so she didn't hand me anything back including a receipt. My son went back in and informed her she didn't give us one and she STILL refused to exchange the lollipop. So my son screamed and cried until I got to another store to get a sucker. She was in the wrong for not giving me a receipt and then not exchanging a clearly broken lollipop I had just purchased a couple minutes prior. Until they get someone who can do the job better than that I won't be going back which is a crying shame because I shop there regularly and normally spend a lot of money. I didnt catch the girls name but she was an overweight blonde and I believe she wore glasses.

As a loyal dollar tree customer, I am shocked at the level of disrespect this store manager Tara is allowed to run. When I visit the store, boxes of products are full on the floor with mouse droppings on shelves, trash piled out back in the restrooms not in service. Each time I visit it seems she only hires woman and together they gossip about employees I suppose because they are passionate when talking about the people. So much so, as a guest I am not given the service I should. There was one man working at the store Reginald Morrison and he would have the shelves stocked, floor clean and the trash out back handled. He was scheduled once a week until Tara terminated her chosen male because he would not exceed to her personal advances unrelated to work. The work environment under her leadership is distasteful, arrogant, disrespectful and very unprofessional. If this is the leadership Dollar tree approves of in there store, I will be sure to inform others this is not the business you want to work for, neither spend your money. The Location is fairly new here in Middleriver at 1448 Martin blvd and it's a shame someone that unprofessional can move about in that matter with no regards of decent customer service. I would also like for someone to investigate the termination of Reginald Morrison. From the look and information of the matter it is discrimination against him since he is male and the store is run as a social gossip session instead a place of business. I really hope someone is concerned. Lots if decent people are losing their jobs and customers not shopping at the store because of the store manager Tara.

African American Store Manager around 5'4 in height weighing around 170 lbs. No name was given but this is my 6 th time complaining on the customer service I am receiving at this store. The manager refuses to give me cash back by saying they do not offer cash back after seeing another customer receive cash back. She also uses a very unnecessary and rude tone when communicating with customers. I am elderly and this store is more convenient and closest to me so it would be an inconvenience to me. Can you guys please just hire another manager or get rid of her. She does not deserve the position as much as I don't deserve the horrible customer service I continuously receive. Please be considerate of your consumers. Just because the product is a dollar does not mean the service should be at the same value.
I am a customer service rep with dollar tree and I am so disgusted with companies regard for us as reps. We rarely have any nice customers calling because most of the calls are complaints, refunds or people who just have been mistreated at a dollar tree store. It would be nice to have some sort of recognition or acknowledgement of some sort. How? An opportunity to be surveyed or recognized for a call when a customer wants to leave good reports on our service. Every since the new system update back in September all has went to hell with Dollar tree. The website goes down everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, enabling the company to lose money and sales. The website also gives off false information by allowing customers to purchase items that are out of stock . The order goes through then cancels and the customer is never notified and has been waiting or expecting to receive an order. It is very frustrating and adds on loads of stress to the agents and the customers. I have experienced multiple encounters with rude employees with horrible customer service as an agent calling the stores and also as a customer at a store. The product is more valued than the customers and the employees. The company needs alot of work! From the inside out. I hope something is done internally so that the company may thrive.
falsely accused of shoplifting
I went to the archer ave store 02/26/2019 @ 9:50pm. I went through the store but didn't find what I wanted. I got to the exit only to be stopped by a man, I assume he's the security, he said I had stolen items, I put my bags on the floor for him to go through and he refused, I asked him to call the police several times and he refused, I was kept in rhe store against my will for abt 10 minutes. The manager came, went through my stuff with my permission and found nothing, she seemed like the only well trained employee there. I've never been so humiliated in my life, this happened infront of other customers. After they disgraced me, what hurts the most is they didn't even apologize for the false accusation.

Everytime I go into the dollar tree store, the cashier "asia" is always extremely rude. I went in tonight with my child and as soon as I walked in the door she started to say "hello, how" and looked up and with a snotty tone said "oh!" as I proceeded to check out, not once did she say anything as far as if I found anything or pricing, and did not once say have a good night as I walked out the door. This does not show good customer service, especially in front of a child. This happens every time I walk into the store and she is working.

Went to store yesterday feb 12 th. A nice old lady clerk tried to help me but her line was busy. I young man on a phone walked away when I arrived and she called him several times with no response. I walked to back corner where he was and noticed 3 people 2 girls and him just chatting away he is going thru boxes like work stuff, so I waited they just stayed back their as she called for them. I am a customer that's Been shopping at this dollar tree for years and never had no one disrespect me like today manger name lia at store # 3104 111 Wagaraw Rd in Howthorne NJ 07506. She's very rude and speaks to customers in a rudely manner and I would like to report this incident wish happend to me today am a 51 year old women and I should not be disrespected in public by a store employee.
Just because you're 51 doeisn't mean people should give you special treatment.
condition of store
I live in Lebanon Missouri, I would think that owners of stores would be required to do upkeep on their parking lots but evidently not. The store has years of cigarette butts and trash out front, they really need to sweep it. It is nasty and looks horrible. The previous small town that I lived in always took great care with their lot, the one in Lebanon is an embarrassment.
customer service/return policy when the error is the company error
I had placed an online order for multiples of 1 item as my local store only had 3 and I did not have time to run to multiple stores across the county. I even paid the extra to ship in time for the needed date. A package was received according to the time it should have been which impressed me- however it wasn't even close to the item I ordered. I spent 32 minutes on hold waiting for a representative to answer, when I did, he was very rude. In the end, I was told I would first need to drive to a store and return the item I received. Then call back to corporate and they would then refund my money. He then asked if I wished to have it exchanged instead and I asked can you deliver it in time for the needed date and he said "not even close". So now, even though I was trying to avoid the travel, I have to go to a store, return the item, then call back and hope they refund the money for the 11 items I ordered. Then if I choose to use the same items, I have to drive to multiple stores in the county anyway. At this point I'm ready to pay the extra $3 on each item just to get the right items at a better reputable service store. Crossing my fingers the store I go to knows the return policy and doesn't fight me on it, and that when I call corporate back and wait 30 minutes I get my money back.

This store needs to be inspected. The front of the store, including the doors have never been cleaned. It is filthy and dirty. Entering the store is filty, nasty and dirty floors. This store is unorganized with boxes constantly in the aisles which is unsafe. It is about time someone do something about this store. It has been this way for a long time. Thank You! Beverly Fair

On January 29th 2019, as I went inside the store, that's when the employee came to me lying to me that I came in with a child when he saw I came in by myself. He force me out the store for no reason as well stop without an cause. He needs to be fired and the district manager needs be held accountable for negligence not returning my call. These stores need to be close down for giving me bad treatment.

As I was checking out I recieved the incorrect change. My bill [protected] [protected]) was $9.86. I handed Dillen my $20 bill. (I know it was a $20 as I had just come from my bank.) Dillen handed me .14 cents.
I was told I had given a $10 bill (which I had never had) so I was not owed any more change.
I left the store very upset, and short my $10.
