CVS review: Prescription pickup ( 1 comment)

This involves the CVS pharmacy on Rte. 45 in Third Lake, Il. Upon reaching the pickup window at 1:40 PM on Sunday, 4/10/22, I saw a sign that the pharmacy was closed for lunch until 1:30 and would be opened at 2:00. While I waited, five other cars came and left after seeing the sign. This is unacceptable management and customer service. It is no wonder that this pharmacy has only two stars and is working downward.

Desired outcome: What they do in the future will not effect me personally as I plan to move my prescriptions to my nearest Walgreens Drug.

All pharmacies do that now. Walgreens started it a year ago and others followed. It's very bad business.
