CVS review: Waiting in line at the drive thru at the pharmacy

Pulled up to be the second in line at the pharmacy at 4:15pm on monday may 15th. Waited and waited and the drawer never opened the after almost 15 minutes the car pulled away. I then pulled up at the drawer and waited, I could see the female employee helping people that had walked into the store. I pressed the button and no one answered. After watching this employee wait on at least 7 or 8 people, and never even looking over I called again... She answered the phone and said she would be there as soon as possible. Again I waited another 15 minutes until she came to the window. Several people in line left or probably came into the store. This is rediculious... If she is the only one that can dispence drugs then the store or pharmacy manager has a problem. I will not waiting 30 fricken minutes to pickup one stupid prescription... This is horrible customer serice... Im sure no one will even read this or attempt fo get back to me... If I have to ill go to another store...
