CVS review: The CVS Pharmacy Manager

On Tuesday August 8, 2023 I went to the CVS pharmacy located at 9695 S Maryland Parkway Las Vegas NV 89123 to pick up my blood pressure medicine and I told the first person that I have new Part D Insurance and I want to make sure that you have this information for this prescription. She said she could not do it so she said the manager can help me. The manager Nicole came over and she was instantly irritated for what I don't know. She told me that I could not smile while she was talking to me. I told her I can smile, laugh, sing, shout or cry. This is America. She was being RACIST. She was mad then because others were watching her in disbelief. She went to another computer took my new Medicare Advantage card then I called my husband into the store for support as I am DISABLED. Nicole the racist then said my insurance was denied and she tried to give me the denial paper but I just walked away after talking with others who had seen this happen. I called United Healthcare when I got home and they told me that they paid for both of my prescriptions in full and that all I had to do was pick them up for no cost. She even tried to call the pharmacy but they had her on hold and kept hanging up on her. I will be getting an attorney in the morning.
