CVS review: The clerk behind the counter used racial language when I was trying to drop off my package

I went to the CVS at 1284 Greenwood Ave, Trenton, NJ 08609 to drop off my packages for UPS delivery. When I get to the counter the manger Lindsey Hadley says that UPS has not been there pick up the packages in two days. She should have contacted UPS if this was the case that is just irresponsible of her to not have done so. I informed her that I would contact UPS myself about them not picking up the packages. She walks away and I proceed to hand my packages to male Spanish clerk he was not wearing a name tag or in uniform. He tells me he will only take one of the two packages. I tell him you need to take both. He say to me you heard her N word. I ask for his name and her refuses to give it to me. I went around to corner to inform Lindsey Hadley about the situation and tell her that I am filing a complaint. All she says is that her name is on the outside of the building. If this is the kind of customer service your organization provides. I will be telling everyone I know to not do business at CVS. This guy needs to be fired I will be going by the store to check and see if he still works there, if he is I will start posting this incident to social media, FB, Twitter, IG, Tiktok and any other platform I have an account with.
